December 1, 2025 Daily Devotional: “Prophesy to the Impossible” Ezekiel 37:4 "Then he said to me, 'Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!''This just has to be one of the most dramatic scenes in the Bible. The prophet is placed in a valley filled with bones, bones that are not merely dead, but very dry, signifying a total, long-term absence of life and hope. This valley represented the nation of Israel, utterly defeated and exiled, their hopeextinguished. God then commands Ezekiel to do something that defies all human logic; "Prophesy to these bones.!" Think about the absurdity of the command. He was told to speak not to people, but to skeletal remains. He was to "prophesy" and speak God's word, which normally requires a living audience. He was to command the dry bones to "hear the word of the Lord." This passage is a powerful lesson for us today, God often calls us to speak His truth into situations that look absolutely hopeless or dead. God is not asking you to rely on your own strength or expertise. He is asking you to rely on the power of His Word. Ezekiel's job was not to reanimate the bones; his job was simply to speak what God told him to speak. The life, the breath, and the victory belonged to God alone. Today, identify one "dry bone" situation. Don't resign yourself to its fate. Instead, speak God's truth, His promise, or His power into it. Your simple act of speaking God's word is the catalyst for His resurrection power. Reflect on one "dry bone" situation you face. Then, find a corresponding promise from Scripture. Today, take that verse and read it aloud to the situation. Declare God's word over the impossibility. What are the "dry bones" in your life right now? Is it a brokenrelationship, a stalled dream, a deeply ingrained habit you can't break, or a situation at work that seems beyond repair?
Are you missing the joy God is offering you right now?In this sermon from Isaiah 12, Pastor Adam Burton shows how God turns our fear into joy and our gratitude into praise. The Weapon of Worship: Learning from Jehoshaphat Thanksgiving Week Message Scripture: 2 Chronicles 20:1-30 Summary Following our seven-week "Suited Up" series on spiritual warfare, this Thanksgiving week message explores one of the most unusual and powerful weapons in spiritual battle: worship. Not just worship on Sunday morning when everything's going well, but worship in the trenches—worship when you're surrounded, outnumbered, and facing impossible odds. The story of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20 demonstrates how worship invites God to fight our battles for us. The Story: King Jehoshaphat ruled Judah during a time of relative peace. But one day, messengers came with terrifying news: three armies—Moab, Ammon, and others—were united and marching against Judah. They were outnumbered, outmatched, and out of time. Humanly speaking, the situation was hopeless. But what Jehoshaphat did next is one of the most remarkable displays of faith in Scripture, teaching us how to fight spiritual battles with the weapon of worship. Key Points: 1. When Facing Impossible Battles, Turn to God First Jehoshaphat's first response reveals his character. 2 Chronicles 20:3 says, "And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah." Notice three things: First, he felt fear—the text doesn't hide this. Three armies were bearing down and he was terrified. But fear drove him TO God, not away from God. Second, he sought the Lord with determination and focus—this wasn't casual prayer but desperate, all-in seeking. Third, he called the nation to fast, recognizing this battle was too big for human effort. Jehoshaphat's prayer (2 Chronicles 20:6-12) is a masterclass in praying during impossible circumstances: He starts with WHO GOD IS: "You rule over all kingdoms. In Your hand is power and might." He recalls WHAT GOD HAS DONE: "You drove out the inhabitants. You gave us this land." He acknowledges THEIR HELPLESSNESS: "We have no power. We don't know what to do." He declares THEIR DEPENDENCE: "Our eyes are upon You." This is brilliant praying. Jehoshaphat doesn't deny the threat's reality, doesn't pretend they can handle it, doesn't give God suggestions. He simply reminds himself and the nation of God's character, God's past faithfulness, and their complete dependence on Him. The first step when facing impossible battles: Turn to God first, not as a last resort. 2. God Responds With a Promise and a Strategy After Jehoshaphat prayed, God responded through the prophet Jahaziel: "Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's. Tomorrow go down against them...You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord." God's message had three parts: A promise: "The battle is not yours, but God's"—one of the most important truths about spiritual warfare. When you're facing battles as God's child, you're not fighting alone. The battle ultimately belongs to God. Strange instructions: "You will not need to fight. Position yourselves, stand still"—go to the battlefield but don't fight? Just stand there? This made no sense militarily, but God's strategies rarely make human sense. Repeated reassurance: "Do not fear or be dismayed"—God knows fear is natural, so He repeats the command three times. Before they saw any evidence of victory, they worshiped (2 Chronicles 20:18-19). The armies were still coming. The threat hadn't changed. But they worshiped anyway. That's faith—not waiting until the problem is solved to give thanks, but giving thanks because God has promised to solve it. The next morning, Jehoshaphat did something audacious: "He appointed those who should sing to the Lord...as they went out BEFORE the army" (2 Chronicles 20:21). He sent worshipers to the front lines. Not warriors. Not weapons. Worshipers. The choir went first, armed with nothing but praise, singing about God's mercy while enemy armies bore down. When God makes you a promise, respond with worship—before you see it fulfilled. 3. Worship Invites God to Fight Your Battles Watch what happened when worship went to the front lines: "Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated" (2 Chronicles 20:22-23). When they began to sing and praise, God set ambushes. The three armies that had united against Judah suddenly turned on each other. By the time Judah's army arrived, the enemy was already destroyed. Judah didn't swing a single sword. They just worshiped, and God fought. The principle: Worship invites God's presence, and God's presence defeats the enemy. When you worship, you're declaring several truths: God's supremacy over your circumstances Your dependence on Him Your trust in His character Your confidence in His promises Every one of those declarations is an act of spiritual warfare. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of genuine worship because worship acknowledges the truth about who God is and who the enemy is not. How this works practically: When anxiety attacks, worship shifts focus from the problem to the Problem-Solver When bitterness takes root, worship reminds you of God's goodness and mercy When discouragement overwhelms, worship reorients perspective from temporary circumstances to eternal truth When temptation seems irresistible, worship reminds you that God's presence is more satisfying than sin Worship isn't just singing songs—it's declaring truth about God that drives out lies from the enemy. 4. Victory Through Worship Brings Abundant Blessing The story doesn't end with the enemy's defeat. When Judah came to the battlefield, they found the dead bodies of their enemies and "an abundance of valuables...more than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil" (2 Chronicles 20:24-25). Three days to collect the plunder. They went to battle empty-handed with only worship, and came home with more wealth than they could carry. They named the battlefield "The Valley of Berachah" (blessing) because that's what it became. They went to battle with worship. They came home with worship. And in between, God gave them victory and abundant blessing. When God fights your battles, the victory is complete and the blessing is abundant. When you fight in your own strength, even if you win, you're exhausted and barely surviving. But when God fights for you, you come out blessed, strengthened, and with more than you had before. The final result: "And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. Then the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave him rest all around" (2 Chronicles 20:29-30). The Bottom Line: When you face impossible battles, worship is a weapon that invites God to fight for you. Jehoshaphat turned to God first in desperate prayer, believed God's promise before seeing the outcome, sent worship to the front lines, and watched God fight and give abundant blessing. This Thanksgiving, when battles come—and they will—send worship to the front lines. Declare God's character. Praise His faithfulness. Thank Him for past victories. Trust Him for present battles. Watch Him fight for you.

Let's be honest—there are seasons when prayer feels like talking to the ceiling. The words feel hollow, the passion isn't there, and your heart wonders if God is even listening. Every believer walks through dry seasons in prayer. But here's the truth: dryness doesn't mean distance. Silence doesn't mean absence. God is closer than you feel, and those dry stretches often become the proving ground of your faith. Our springboard for today's discussion is:“Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.” — Jeremiah 33:3 (ESV)Prayer isn't always fireworks. Sometimes it's discipline. Sometimes it's pressing through when every emotion screams, “Give up.” But understand this: the silence of God is not rejection—it's invitation.Dry seasons expose whether your relationship with God is built on feelings or faith. If prayer is only sustained by emotion, you'll quit the moment the well feels empty. But when prayer is anchored in truth—when you know that God has promised to hear—you'll keep showing up even when the emotions are gone.Think of it like a marriage: the strongest bonds aren't built in the honeymoon moments but in the quiet, faithful, ordinary days. The same is true in your walk with God. Faithful prayer in dry seasons builds a depth of intimacy that passion alone cannot produce. And remember, the Word of God is your well. When your prayers feel dry, let Scripture fuel your dialogue. Pray the Psalms. Declare God's promises. Let His Word become the language that carries you through the desert until the rivers of His presence flow again.Dry seasons don't last forever. But the faith you build in them will.Question of the Day:When prayer feels dry, do you lean into faith—or do you give up too soon?Mini Call to Action:Today, take 10 minutes to pray through one Psalm—line by line. Don't rush. Don't force emotion. Just let God's Word guide your prayer until you sense His nearness again.Prayer:Father, thank You for never leaving me—even when I can't feel You. Teach me to press in through the dry seasons, to anchor my prayers in Your promises, and to trust that You are always listening. Refresh my spirit and renew my passion for prayer. We all walk through seasons where pain makes it harder to sense God's presence — physical pain, emotional struggles, mental battles. You pray, you worship... but the heaviness still lingers sometimes. I know that place. That's why I want to share 3 simple tools that have helped me + Frans stay connected with God — even on the hardest days: ✨ Borrow someone else's joy (Philippians 4:4) ✨ Declare: “God is my Plan A — I have no Plan B” (Hebrews 12:2) ✨ Practice simple gratitude (1 Thessalonians 5:18) When we use these tools, our hearts reconnect with Him — and that connection is EVERYTHING. If you're in a hard season right now, friend — come read this new post. I pray it encourages you
If you want your words to carry power, you have to stop speaking like a beggar and start praying like a BELIEVER.I think so often, we talk TO God and not WITH God. So often we forget that its a two way relationship. A two way conversation and that just as much as God desires to hear from us, He also desires that we hear from Him. Stop praying uncertain prayers about things God has already promised like healing, provision, and peace. Know His will and declare it. 1 John 5:14 says “this is the confidence we have in approaching God; that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 2.We don't need to pray “God be with me..” You don't need to ask God to be with you, He promised He already is. Instead thank him for his present and walk in it. Hebrews 13:5 says I will never leave you or forsake you. Declare God is with you now and always. I walk with His presence, not apart from it.
To declare God's truth with conviction, we must first possess a deep understanding of that truth; without knowledge, our declarations lose their power and authenticity. Understanding God's word allows us to confidently proclaim His promises and purposes in our lives. Speaking God's will in our lives and into the lives of others is both an act of faith and a proclamation of the life-giving power inherent in His Word, emphasizing that true transformation begins with understanding and knowing Him deeply.

9 AndI say to you, make friends for yourselves by unrighteous mammon, thatwhen you fail, they may receive you into an everlasting home. 10 He who isfaithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust inwhat is least is unjust also in much. 11 Therefore if you have not beenfaithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the trueriches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in what is another man's, who willgive you what is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters; for either hewill hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one anddespise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon." In Luke 16:1-3, Jesus tellsthe parable of the unjust steward, a man who, facing the loss of his job, cleverly secures his future by reducing the debts of his master's debtors.Jesus uses this story to teach about stewardship, faithfulness, and ourrelationship with wealth. This parable challenges us to consider how we use theresources God has given us—our time, talents, and money. The steward, thoughdishonest, was commended for his shrewdness, not his ethics. Jesus points outthat worldly people often act with more urgency and ingenuity in securing theirfuture than God's people do in pursuing eternal priorities. As “sons of light,”we're called to live with eternity in view, using temporary resources to makean eternal impact. In this parable Jesus offers three key lessons. First, use wealthwisely for eternal purposes. Money, or “unrighteous mammon,” is not evil initself, but it's temporary and deceptive. We're urged to use it to “makefriends” for eternity. We can do this by supporting ministries, giving tomissions, helping the needy, and spreading the Gospel. Imagine meeting someonein heaven who says, “I'm here because you gave to that mission.” That's thekind of investment Jesus calls us to make. Second, be faithful inlittle to receive much. Faithfulness in small things, like how we handle money, reflects our trustworthiness for greater spiritual responsibilities. If we'recareless with earthly wealth, how can God entrust us with “true riches” likespiritual influence or heavenly rewards? Every dollar we spend is a chance toshow our priorities—whether we're serving God or chasing fleeting pleasures. Third, we must choose ourmaster: God or money. Verse 13 is clear: we cannot serve both God and mammon.Money is a terrible master, demanding our loyalty and distracting us from God'spurposes. But when God is our Master, money becomes our servant, a tool toadvance His kingdom. This calls for single-minded devotion, where everydecision aligns with God's will. Today, I challenge youto evaluate your stewardship by considering these three steps: • Assess your spending.Look at your bank account or budget. Where is your money going? Does it reflecteternal priorities, like giving to God's work or helping others? Commit toredirecting one expense this week toward a kingdom purpose, maybe a donation toa ministry or a gift to someone in need. • Practice faithfulnessin small things. Choose one area of stewardship, your time, a talent, or asmall financial decision, and be intentional about honoring God with it. Forexample, set aside 10 minutes daily for prayer or use a skill to serve yourchurch. • Declare God as yourMaster. Write down or pray this affirmation: “God, You are my Master, notmoney. I will use what You've given me to serve You.” Let this guide yourdecisions, especially when tempted to prioritize wealth over faith. PrayerLord, thank You forentrusting us with Your resources. Forgive us for times we've served moneyinstead of You. Help us to be shrewd for Your kingdom, faithful in the little, and wholly devoted to You. Empower us to live for eternity this week. In Jesus'name, Amen.
Ladies and gentlemen, what if I told you that the words you speak have the power to shape your reality? That the very vibrations of your voice can unlock the divine forces within you? Too often, we speak from our fears, our doubts, our limitations—never realizing that every word is a command to the universe, a call to the unseen forces of creation. But today... I want you to shift. To speak not from your past, but from your future. To declare words of **faith, power, and divine manifestation**—because when you align your words with God's truth, you don't just hope for miracles… YOU WITNESS THEM!1. THE CREATIVE POWER OF YOUR WORDSJesus said in Mark 11:23 (NKJV): "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says." 2. PROGRAMMING YOUR MIND FOR VICTORYMost people speak from habit—repeating patterns of negativity, self-doubt, and fear—without realizing that their words are shaping the very circumstances they wish to escape. If you constantly declare:

Welcome, Warriors! Today, we're diving into a powerful truth: Joy is not just an emotion; it's a spiritual weapon. Psalm 28:7 reminds us that the Lord is our strength and shield, and through Him, our hearts exult in joy. Joy has the power to repel darkness, defeat discouragement, and bring victory in spiritual battles. Let's uncover how joy, rooted in our trust in God, equips us to overcome the enemy. Our Springboard for Today's Discussion Is:Psalm 28:7 - "The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him."This verse reminds us that joy springs from trusting God's protection and provision, empowering us to stand firm in the face of spiritual warfare.Joy is an act of defiance against the enemy's schemes. It counters despair with hope, fear with faith, and discouragement with thanksgiving. When we praise God with joy, we declare His sovereignty over our circumstances and disrupt the enemy's plans to steal our peace. In spiritual warfare, joy shifts the atmosphere. Like Paul and Silas praising God in prison, joy-filled praise can break spiritual chains and bring freedom. It's a bold declaration that we trust God's power, even in the midst of battle.Seeing joy as a weapon requires intentionality. It's choosing to praise God when it's hard, to sing when the enemy whispers fear, and to trust when circumstances seem bleak. This choice not only strengthens our faith but also weakens the enemy's grip, aligning us with the victory we have in Christ.Steps That You Can Take* Praise God IntentionallyBegin your day with praise, even if you don't feel joyful. Singing or speaking words of thanksgiving invites God's presence and pushes back the enemy's influence.* Declare God's PromisesMeditate on scriptures like Psalm 28:7 that remind you of God's strength and faithfulness. Speak them aloud to affirm your trust in Him and to silence the enemy's lies.* Rejoice in TrialsEmbrace the opportunity to rejoice, even in difficulties. Remember that your joy reflects your confidence in God's ultimate victory and sovereignty.ConclusionJoy is a weapon that confounds the enemy and strengthens your spirit. It's not about denying struggles but about proclaiming God's greatness in the midst of them. Let your joy be a light in the darkness and a testimony of God's unshakable power.Question of the Day: How can you use joy as a weapon in a current challenge you're facing?Growth Challenge: This week, commit to praising God daily, especially during tough moments. Write down how choosing joy shifts your perspective and brings victory in your battles.Let's Pray: Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of joy that strengthens us and equips us to stand against the enemy. Help us to praise You with joy, declaring Your sovereignty and power over every challenge. Let our joy be a testimony of Your faithfulness and a light to those around us. In Jesus' name, Amen.Joy is a weapon, Warriors—powerful, unshakable, and victorious. Use it boldly in your battles. Let's Get To Work!My Reasons To Believe is a reader-supported publication. Learning How to Win on Team Victorious • Sunday Service To support this ministry: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org App: www.ToddCoconato.com/app As Christians, we are on Team Victorious—Christ has already won the ultimate battle. Yet, many believers still struggle with how to walk in that victory. Winning isn't just about acknowledging victory in a general sense; it's about learning how to live out that victory daily. In this sermon, we'll explore how God equips us to be “more than conquerors,” learning not only to survive but to thrive as believers. Point 1: Understand That Victory Is Already Ours Through Christ “But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 15:57 (NKJV) Point 2: Be Transformed by Renewing Your Mind “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” — Romans 12:2 (NKJV) Point 3: Learn to Use Spiritual Weapons “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.” — 2 Corinthians 10:4 (NKJV) Point 4: Stand Firm in Faith “Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13 (NKJV) Point 5: Overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of Our Testimony “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” — Revelation 12:11 (NKJV) Point 6: Put on the Whole Armor of God “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:11 (NKJV) Point 7: Walk in the Spirit “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16 (NKJV) Point 8: Keep Pressing Toward the Goal “I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 3:14 (NKJV) Point 9: Cast All Your Cares on Him “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV) Point 10: Declare God's Promises Boldly “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV) Being on Team Victorious isn't just about acknowledging that Jesus has won; it's about learning to walk in that victory daily. Many Christians know they are “on the winning team” but haven't learned how to truly live like victors. By understanding the victory we have in Christ, renewing our minds, using our spiritual weapons, and boldly declaring God's promises, we can win the battles we face and live a life that glorifies God.
In this sermon with a brief introduction to angels (Cherubim and Seraphim), we focus on the fact that God has assigned some of His angels to minister (serve alongside, assist, aid, help) us His sons and daughters, heirs of salvation. We consider some of the ways that angels assist us as God's people. #1, Angels Protect Us And Deliver Us #2, Angels Assist Us, Open Doors For Us #3, Angels Can Deliver Material Things #4, Angels Can Open Prison Doors – Natural and Spiritual #5, Angels Can Remove Chains – Natural and Spiritual #6, Angels Engage in Spiritual Conflict #7, Angels Assist in Evangelism We also consider some simple ways we can receive angelic assistance for ourselves, or release angelic assistance for others whom we care about, e.g. family members, other believers, etc. #1, Pray and Ask God #2, Declare God's Word We also clearly indicate that our focus has to be on the Lord Jesus, and we do not go pursuing after interacting with angelic beings. We also clarify that angels will not do what we are supposed to do. Angels will not make decisions for us. Through this sermon we are encouraged to expect and ask for angelic assistance in the everyday situations of life, because God Himself has arranged for His angels to minister to us. The James Webb Space Telescope is en route to its place in the heavens a million miles from Earth. This is the most impressive effort ever made to understand the cosmos and learn the secrets of the universe and its Creator. NASA administrator Bill Nelson quoted Psalm 19: “The heavens declare the glory of God.” For centuries, scientists have studied creation to learn more about God. They viewed the natural world as evidence of the Creator, and the more we learn about it, the more we learn about God. Scientists study and follow precisely the laws that govern the physical world, whether or not they realize that this points back to the great Lawgiver. But more and more of them are acknowledging that scientific evidence does prove the existence of a great Designer and Creator. Today we look at how the heavens declare the glory of God. Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about the weapons of our words. We have to align our words with the Word of God. We have to put reading the Bible into our routine everyday. The devil's #1 weapon he uses against us is accusations and words, our thoughts and what we tell ourselves. Our confession is how we deal with satan in every way. We have to use our words to defeat our traumas, anxieties, stresses and everything else weighing on us. Declare God's Word into your life, God will perform His Word! The Lord always keeps His promises to those who believe and have faith in Him! We can't change the fruit until we change the root!

As we started this new year I wanted bring us to back to some basics to help remind you of some solid truths to get you started ;in the right direction this year! Last week I touched quickly on the fact that we believe that Jesus is the son of God, He came, died and rose again in victory so we could have freedom in Him! Today quickly on of the foundational beliefs is that the Bible is God's word and truth. 2 Timothy 3:16-17. It says, All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.Hebrews 4:12- For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double edged sword. It penetrates even to the dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. God speaks to us through his word! Woot! When we trust and believe that His word is truth and stand on the promises of God then we can stand in His victory, peace, joy..you name it! So today's quick encouragement is Develop spiritual disciplines- Just like any other thing in our life, eating heathy, exercising, sleeping well, all the self care stuff…we need to develop spiritual habits that will help us grow in our walk with God!2Declare His wordThis is going to be a simple one. While you're developing your discipline of reading his word, start to declare it out loud! There is something amazing that happens when we partner with God's word and actually use it to speak life over ourselves, marriages, families, kids, work places, schools, homes etc! There is power in His word and power in OUR spoken words! If you aren't sure what scripture to declare you can start by grabbing my printable scripture cards! The link is in the description!! It's an easy way to take scripture on the or hang around your house to declare His goodness throughout your day!! Check them out now! :) Quotes from the googleWhat we say matters because our words express our emotions, what we are thinking and feeling. Those emotions are read by others, and influence how others respond to us, learn from us, reflect us. This is part of the empathy process. We typically think of empathy as a caring feeling, but that is compassion.More and more, studies are showing how the language we use can affect our minds and our bodies in both positive and negative ways. A 2020 study discovered that words of encouragement helped recipients overcome fears and improve performance at a task or during a game.Grab the awesome scripture cards! >> https://stan.store/mrsangelapitnikoff/p/30-scripture-cardsBe encouraged, challenged and blessed today!!✨Come hang with me on IG- https://www.instagram.com/mrsangelapitnikoff/✨Join our FB sisterhood!- https://www.facebook.com/groups/kingdomdaughterssisterhood✨Be more amazing and leave a review!- https://lovethepodcast.com/LoHGyj✨Want some fun free resources? 1 Corinthians 2:6-16 - - May 28, 2023
Greetings, fellow travelers on the path of faith. I'm Matthew Adams, stepping into a narrative that's as old as the hills and as fresh as the morning dew. Today, we're exploring an ancient story that resonates with a timeless truth for spiritual warriors everywhere.Scripture:[The Lord] said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!'” - Ezekiel 37:4, NIVIn a desolate valley scattered with the remnants of life long passed, the prophet Ezekiel stands at the precipice of the impossible. The Lord presents a tableau of dry bones, a symbol of hopelessness and finality. Yet, in this vision, God hands the megaphone to mankind, and the prophet is commanded to speak life into death. We make The Power Of God's Whisper Podcast and this newsletter free for everyone to strengthen and become better listeners. To support our work and help keep the lights on, consider a paid subscription if you are in a position to.Driving Points:* Divine Partnership:It's an odd job, isn't it? Almighty God, asking a mere mortal to give a command that only Divine breath can fulfill. But therein lies the crux of our calling. We are co-laborers with Christ, stewards of a spoken authority that has the power to align with heaven and alter earth's reality. Our voice, when echoing God's decree, becomes a catalyst for the miraculous.* The Commission of Speech:It's a wonder, the weight that words carry. They can crush a spirit or raise valleys of dry bones to vibrant life. The charge isn't just to blabber but to declare with intention, aligning our utterances with the heartbeat of heaven. When we articulate the divine will, we're not just moving lips, but we're stirring the Spirit to action.* The Resurrection Effect:This is where the rubber meets the road. Our speech doesn't just bounce off the walls; it has a destination and a purpose. Just as Ezekiel witnessed sinews and flesh knitting together at his words, our proclamation of God's promises can breathe life into dead situations, restore hope to despondent souls, and usher in the reign of God's Kingdom on earth. Conclusion:As spiritual warriors, our battle cry isn't formed by sheer volume or eloquence. It's birthed in the quiet place of listening, where God's voice becomes our voice. When we speak what He's breathing, dry bones dance, and hope resurrects.Call to Action:Let's not underestimate the power of a word well-spoken. Speak life into the dead areas of your world. Proclaim hope into despair. Declare God's truth over lies. Be bold, fellow warriors, for your words are a weapon forged in the fires of eternity.Prayer:Lord Almighty, tune our ears to Your frequency and our words to Your will. May we not just be hearers of Your Word but also fearless speakers of Your truth. Empower us to echo Your voice with clarity and authority, that the dry bones around us may rise and walk. Amen. This is Matthew Adams, reminding you that our words are more than sound; they're the echo of eternity in a world craving revival. Until next time, let your voice be a beacon of life and a herald of God's unshakable truth. Keep speaking, keep believing, and watch as God moves mountains through your faith-filled proclamations. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. If you were given the opportunity to impart something meaningful to the next generation, what would you talk about? Well for David, a man after God's own heart, he declared in the book of Psalms, “Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your might to all who come.” Daniel also speaks of this and adds that God's Kingdom is eternal. On this side of eternity, we can only personally experience our one life. But God is everlasting. And if we've put our trust in Jesus, we will spend eternity with Him. And while we are here on this earth as "strangers in a foreign land," this is our opportunity to tell others of God's power and how He conquered sin and death. He did that through Jesus dying on the cross for our sins! Now, who can you share that with this week? For more resources on sharing your faith, visit our website at www.sharelife.today.
