In this episode, Pastor Ryan teaches us why Jesus died and encourages us to share the good news.Matthew 3:16–17 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”Romans 5:8But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 2 Corinthians 5:20–21 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.Ephesians 6:19-20 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.
"The Way, The Truth, and The Life" – Power and Promise In this message, Pastor Matt explores Jesus' declaration in John 14:6: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Set during Jesus' final moments with His disciples before His crucifixion, this sermon reveals how Jesus used Jewish wedding customs to illustrate His relationship with believers. Just as a Jewish bridegroom would prepare a place for his bride and return for her, Jesus promises to prepare heavenly dwellings for His followers and come back for them. Key Insights: * Jesus doesn't just show us a path—He IS the destination * Christianity isn't about religious performance but about "knowing, growing, and walking closer with Jesus, our eternal Savior" * From our first breath of faith to our final earthly moment, our relationship with Christ should be growing more intimate * Jesus patiently addresses His disciples' confusion and questions, showing us how He meets us in our uncertainty Key Scripture: John 14 (https://www.bible.com/bible/111/JHN.14.NIV) This message concludes with an invitation for believers who haven't yet been baptized to take this first step of obedience in their Christian walk. As Jesus tells His troubled disciples: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms... I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." Whether you're new to faith or have been following Jesus for years, this message will deepen your understanding of what it truly means to follow Christ as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In these messages let us grow another measure in Christ. May we desire to pursue His holiness, to meditate upon 'right standing' in Him. The Holy Ghost is our conviction, the One who continues to alert us to the areas that needs change in our lives. There is a Highway of Holiness, it is narrow according to Matt. 7:13-14 Jesus admonishes us: "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

In this episode, Pastor Ed teaches about some crucial things that Christians should know. John 3:16-1716 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.2 Timothy 3:16-1716 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for [a]instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.Romans 3:2323 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,Romans 6:2323 For the wages of sin is death, but the [a]gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 5:88 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.Romans 10:99 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.1 John 1:99 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.John 14:66 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.Psalm 119:1111 Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.Philippians 4:1313 I can do all things through [a]Christ who strengthens me.John 16:3333 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you [a]will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”Psalm 37:1-81 Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb.3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness.4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.5 Commit[a] your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.6 He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday.7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret—it only causes harm.
Welcome to our latest podcast episode, where Pastor Ken dives deep into understanding worldviews and their significance in our lives. Discover how our worldview shapes our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Pastor Ken contrasts various popular perspectives, such as humanistic, naturalistic, and post-modern worldviews, with a biblical one, underscoring the importance of a foundation grounded in God's truth. Where did we come from? Pastor Ken draws on scriptures like Genesis 1:1 and Isaiah 42:5 to highlight the divine creation of humanity, emphasizing that we are a product of God's intentional and extraordinary act. What's our purpose in life? Through vivid analogies and biblical references, Pastor Ken illustrates how a biblical worldview shifts our focus from self-centered living to glorifying God in everything we do. Scriptures like Ephesians 2:10 and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) remind us that our true purpose is to be image-bearers of God. How do we determine right from wrong? Pastor Ken emphasizes the unchanging nature of truth, rooted in God's word. Passages like 2 Timothy 3:16 and John 14:6 reveal how truth originates from God, providing a moral compass for our lives. What happens after we die? Pastor Ken addresses our ultimate destiny, explaining the realities of heaven and hell. With references like Hebrews 9:27 and Revelation 21:4, he offers hope and clarity about eternal life with God. Join us on this transformative journey to develop a biblical worldview that answers life's most profound questions. The Bible is the foundation for over 40 thousand Christian denominations, not to mention many other sects from different religions. But do you know the one true way given to us through the Hebrew scriptures (more specifically the Bible)? Yes, there is only one way! not tens of thousands or even two ways. In this podcast episode, we look at the one true way of the bible. This is the way the Messiah told us to follow and the way that the Apostles followed. Hence, we must follow unto salvation as all other paths lead us to a different destination.
“You can’t have your cake and eat it too.” This popular proverb literally means “you cannot retain possession of a cake and eat it, too.” Once the cake is eaten, it’s gone forever. Another way to say this is “you can’t have it both ways.” In the early church, many early believers were treating their newfound faith in this fashion, where popular culture and false teaching were undermining Jesus’ way. That as long as my thinking was good, my behavior was no big deal; as long as my spiritual soul was good, the sins of my earthly body did not matter. The Apostle John in his letter, 1 John, warned the early church of this kind of bifurcated thinking. Today Christians can still be susceptible to this wrong kind of living. Sound doctrine goes hand and hand with sound lifestyle. Come explore together 1 John and see how Jesus wants us to be. This is the Way!

Listen as Pastor Rob Bentz shares our latest message, Jesus, The Way, and see why believing in Jesus is still the only answer only way!
Does your life have purpose or direction? Or are you following along to the ever-changing waves of the world? This week our guest, Phil Ling, shares a practical message of purpose and integrity from Colossians 3.
Jesus often surprised people with His teachings."Lose your life to save it.""The first will be last.""Pray for your enemies."But maybe the most shocking assertion Jesus ever made was John 14:6: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."Yes, it's an exclusive claim... but also the most inclusive invitation. Rich or poor, old or young, man or woman, any political persuasion, any background, any nation, any context—the invitation is for all.Listen to "Is Jesus the Only Way?"Support the show
Pastor Marc Sharp continues with the third message leading up to Easter Sunday about the main characters involved with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. The story today is about Pilate. There are few characters in this drama more perplexing than Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor who presided over Jesus’ trial, and who ordered his death by the cross. Was he eager to do so, or reluctant? Was Pilate a "good guy", or a murderous tyrant?
