Raised: When Jesus Calls the Dead to Life – John 11:27–57 In Episode 141 of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane explore one of the most powerful miracles in all of Scripture—the raising of Lazarus in John 11:27–57. As grief, doubt, hope, and faith collide, Jesus declares Himself to be “the resurrection and the life” before calling Lazarus from the tomb. Together, they unpack what this miracle reveals about the heart of God, the power of belief, and how Jesus often works in ways that stretch our faith beyond what we can see. This chapter is not only about a man being raised from the dead—it's about a Savior who brings life into every place that feels hopeless, buried, or beyond redemption. If you've ever wondered whether God can still move in what feels impossible, this conversation is a reminder that Jesus specializes in resurrection. What area of my life feels beyond hope—and am I willing to believe that Jesus still brings dead things back to life?____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams
Many people grow up around faith, attend church, and know about God. But there is a huge difference between knowing about Jesus and truly knowing Him personally. In this encouraging and heartfelt conversation, John Martin sits down with Richman Priestly to share a story of faith, family, and discovering the life-changing reality of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Richman grew up in a Christian home where the Bible, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit were a natural part of everyday life. Raised by parents who passionately pursued God, he was exposed from an early age to powerful examples of faith, worship, and hearing God's voice.Yet despite that strong foundation, Richman realized there comes a point when every person must encounter God for themselves. For him, that defining moment came during his freshman year of college. After changing his summer plans and attending a Christian discipleship program, Richman experienced a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit during a worship service. As he worshiped, he felt overwhelmed by the presence and love of God in a way he had never experienced before.During that moment, God began revealing His purpose and calling over Richman's life. What started as a single encounter became the beginning of a deeper journey—one marked by intimacy with Jesus, a love for God's Word, and a passion to help others experience God for themselves.Throughout the conversation, Richman emphasizes that Christianity is not merely about religion, church attendance, or good behavior. At its core, it is about knowing Jesus personally. He points to the words of the Apostle Paul:“I count everything as loss compared to the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus.”For Richman, this has become the pursuit of his life.He also shares an important message for those carrying shame, guilt, brokenness, or feelings of unworthiness. No matter your background, your failures, or your past mistakes, Jesus is still pursuing you. His love is not reserved for perfect people—it is available to everyone willing to receive it.One of the most powerful themes discussed is the fear of the Lord—not fear rooted in terror, but a deep reverence and love for God that causes us to desire what He desires and turn away from what separates us from Him.Richman explains that true transformation happens when we begin to care about what God cares about and allow our hearts to become aligned with His.This conversation offers practical encouragement for anyone wanting to grow closer to God:Spend daily time in God's Word.Develop a personal prayer life.Get connected to a Christ-centered church.Surround yourself with believers who encourage and strengthen your faith. And most importantly, pursue a genuine relationship with Jesus.God is not looking for perfection. He is inviting you into relationship. You are loved. You are wanted. And no matter where you are today, Jesus is still calling you closer. What would change in your life if your greatest goal became simply knowing Jesus more deeply?Contact Richman Priestly:

The Delay, The Death, and The Resurrection Life - John 11:1-26 In Episode 141 - When Jesus hears that His close friend Lazarus is sick, He doesn't rush to his side—He waits. In this episode, we unpack the tension of John 11:1-26. Why does God sometimes seem slow to answer our pain? We'll look at the heartbreak of Mary and Martha, the raw humanity of Jesus, and the staggering moment He redefines reality by declaring, "I am the resurrection and the life." If you're sitting in a season of waiting or wondering if God has forgotten you, this episode is a powerful reminder that His delays are never denials. Where in your life right now does it feel like Jesus is arriving 'too late'—and how does knowing He delayed on purpose with Lazarus change how you view that waiting room? ____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams

Jesus prays for you! That we would be kept unified and in him despite hardship in this world. With the ultimate goal being, that we experience perfect unity with God. Who Is Jesus? Pride, Jealousy, and the Battle for Belief – John 7:25–52 In this episode of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane dive into John 7:25–52, where confusion, pride, and jealousy collide around one central question: Who is Jesus? As the crowd debates His identity and the religious leaders resist Him, we see how hardened hearts can miss what's right in front of them. Together, they unpack how pride can block revelation, how jealousy distorts truth, and why humility is essential to truly see Jesus for who He is. This passage challenges us to examine our own hearts—are we open to truth, or are we filtering Jesus through our own expectations? If you've ever wrestled with doubt, comparison, or control, this conversation will call you back to simple, surrendered belief. Pastor Gabe George continues week three of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham. God isn't after surface-level belief, He's after deep relationship. In Genesis 15, we see a God who pursues us, makes an unbreakable covenant, and invites us to trust Him fully. In this message, Pastor Gabe explores the following Scriptures: GENESIS 15:1A ESV 1a After these things ... REVELATION 21:1-3 ESV 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. GENESIS 15:9-10 ESV 9 He said to him, "Bring me a heifer three years old, a female goat three years old, a ram three years old, a turtledove, and a young pigeon." 10 And he brought him all these, cut them in half, and laid each half over against the other. But he did not cut the birds in half. JOHN 3:16 ESV 16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. Our Broken Arrow Senior Pastor, Ethan Vanse, continues week three of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham. In Genesis 15, we see that at the center of everything is a God who pursues us, initiates covenant, and invites us into something unbreakable. Abraham shows us what that kind of relationship looks like: bringing God his deepest desires, his honest doubts, and even his greatest shortcomings. And instead of pushing him away, God meets him there—making a promise Abraham could never fulfill on his own and carrying the weight of it Himself. In this message, Pastor Ethan explores the following Scriptures: Genesis 15:1-18 ESV 1 After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: "Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great." 2 But Abram said, "O Lord God, what will you give me, for I continue childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?" 3 And Abram said, "Behold, you have given me no offspring, and a member of my household will be my heir." 4 And behold, the word of the Lord came to him: "This man shall not be your heir; your very own son shall be your heir." 5 And he brought him outside and said, "Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them." Then he said to him, "So shall your offspring be." 6 And he believed the Lord, and he counted it to him as righteousness. 7 And he said to him, "I am the Lord who brought you out from Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to possess." 8 But he said, "O Lord God, how am I to know that I shall possess it?" 9 He said to him, "Bring me a heifer three years old, a female goat three years old, a ram three years old, a turtledove, and a young pigeon." 10 And he brought him all these, cut them in half, and laid each half over against the other. But he did not cut the birds in half. 11 And when birds of prey came down on the carcasses, Abram drove them away. 12 As the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell on Abram. And behold, dreadful and great darkness fell upon him. 13 Then the Lord said to Abram, "Know for certain that your offspring will be sojourners in a land that is not theirs and will be servants there, and they will be afflicted for four hundred years. 14 But I will bring judgment on the nation that they serve, and afterward they shall come out with great possessions. 15 As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; you shall be buried in a good old age. 16 And they shall come back here in the fourth generation, for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet complete." 17 When the sun had gone down and it was dark, behold, a smoking fire pot and a flaming torch passed between these pieces. 18 On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, "To your offspring I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates, Psalm 25:14 ESV 14 The friendship of the Lord is for those who fear him, and he makes known to them his covenant. Misunderstood & Unbelieved: When Even Family Doesn't See – John 7:1–24 In this episode of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane explore John 7:1–24, where even Jesus' own brothers struggle to believe in Him. As tension rises and expectations clash, Jesus moves with quiet confidence—refusing to be driven by pressure, timing, or public opinion. Together, they unpack what it means to trust God's timing when others don't understand your calling, how to stay grounded when belief around you feels shaky, and why obedience often looks like restraint, not reaction. This passage reminds us that being misunderstood doesn't mean you're off track—it may mean you're walking in step with God. If you've ever felt unseen, questioned, or pressured to prove yourself, this conversation will encourage you to stay rooted in truth and trust the timing of the Father. Where am I feeling pressure to prove something—and is God actually inviting me to trust His timing instead? ____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams
Our West Senior Pastor, Seth Swindall, continues week two of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham. Following God isn't always easy, but it's always worth it. In Abraham's story, we see what happens when fear, pressure, and uncertainty lead us to take control instead of trusting God. In this message, Pastor Seth explores the following Scriptures: Genesis 12:1 NET 1 Now the Lord said to Abram, "Go out from your country, your relatives, and your father's household to the land that I will show you. Genesis 12:10-20 NET 10 There was a famine in the land, so Abram went down to Egypt to stay for a while because the famine was severe. 11 As he approached Egypt, he said to his wife Sarai, "Look, I know that you are a beautiful woman. 12 When the Egyptians see you they will say, 'This is his wife.' Then they will kill me but will keep you alive. 13 So tell them you are my sister so that it may go well for me because of you and my life will be spared on account of you." 14 When Abram entered Egypt, the Egyptians saw that the woman was very beautiful. 15 When Pharaoh's officials saw her, they praised her to Pharaoh. So Abram's wife was taken into the household of Pharaoh, 16 and he did treat Abram well on account of her. Abram received sheep and cattle, male donkeys, male servants, female servants, female donkeys, and camels. 17 But the Lord struck Pharaoh and his household with severe diseases because of Sarai, Abram's wife. 18 So Pharaoh summoned Abram and said, "What is this you have done to me? Why didn't you tell me that she was your wife? 19 Why did you say, 'She is my sister,' so that I took her to be my wife? Now, here is your wife. Take her and go!" 20 Pharaoh gave his men orders about Abram, and so they expelled him, along with his wife and all his possessions. – Next Steps Looking to take a next step? Our Broken Arrow Associate Pastor, Ian Wilson, continues week two of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham. Following God doesn't mean life gets easier, it means you learn to depend on Him in a deeper way. In Abraham's story, we see what happens when faith meets pressure: a famine hits, fear rises, and instead of trusting God, he leans into control, self-preservation, and ultimately failure, and if we're honest, we do the same: choosing control over trust, fear over faith, and self over sacrifice. But the hope of the story isn't Abraham's performance, it's God's faithfulness. Even when Abraham gets it wrong, God steps in, protects him, and continues to fulfill His promises. In this message, Pastor Ian explores the following Scriptures: Romans 15:4 ESV Genesis 12:10-20 ESV 1 Peter 4:12-13 ESV Deuteronomy 11:10-15 NIV Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV Matthew 16:24-26 ESV Ephesians 2:1-5 ESV Romans 2:4 ESV Genesis 13:1-4 ESV – Next Steps Looking to take a next step? Our Spiritual Formation Pastor, Casey Shirley, continues week two of our teaching series, The Life of Abraham. When life is good, it's easy to recognize His presence, remember who we are, and build our lives around Him, but when circumstances get hard, we forget our identity, fall back into old patterns, and start trying to control everything ourselves. Yet even in those moments, God remains faithful, patiently forming us and inviting us back. In this message, Pastor Casey explores the following Scriptures: Romans 15:4 CSB Genesis 12:1-20 CSB Romans 12:1-2 MSG Psalm 32:6-9 CSB Genesis 13:1-4 CSB Psalm 86:11-13 ESV – Next Steps Looking to take a next step? Don't Be Afraid, I Am: Walking on Water & the Bread of Life – John 6:16–71 In this episode of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane journey through John 6:16–71, where Jesus reveals both His power over the storm and His identity as the Bread of Life. From walking on water to declaring “I am the bread of life,” this passage invites us to trust Him not just for provision—but for everything. As the crowd wrestles with His words and many turn away, Jamie and Jane unpack the tension between following Jesus for what He gives versus trusting Him for who He is. This conversation challenges listeners to move beyond surface-level faith and choose belief—even when it's hard to understand. Because in the end, the question remains: Will we walk away—or will we stay? Am I following Jesus for what He can do—or for who He is? ____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams

This episode creates space to breathe, listen, and realign your heart with what matters most. Our Lead Pastor, Whit George, closes out Holy Week on Easter Sunday. We often believe our biggest problems are external: our circumstances, our relationships, our situation... But what if the deeper issue isn't out there, and it was actually within you? The resurrection confronts that reality. If Jesus really rose from the dead, then this life isn't all there is. Your story isn't over, and what you're longing for actually has an answer. The resurrection isn't just about what happened 2,000 years ago, it's about what's possible for you right now. In this message, Pastor Whit explores the following Scriptures: LUKE 24:15-16 ESV 15 While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them. 16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. LUKE 24:21 ESV 21 But we had hoped that he was the one to redeem Israel... LUKE 24:25-27 ESV 25 And he said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Was it not necessary that the Christ should suffer these things and enter into his glory?" 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself. 1 CORINTHIANS 15:14, 16-19 ESV 14 ... if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain. 16 For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19 If in Christ we have hope in this life only, we are of all people most to be pitied. LUKE 24:32 ESV 32 They said to each other, "Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?" – Next Steps Looking to take a next step?
