This week on The Chrome Cast, we spend the first half of the show discussing yet another group of new devices on the way. These new boards mostly fall in line with the things we discussed last week, so if you haven't already, catch up on episode 39 to get up to speed. These new Chromebooks mostly stay in the vein of the other 'Hatch' and 'Kukui' devices we've been tracking, but there's one real oddball in the group. The second half of this rather-long podcast was a highlight of our 2019 Holiday Gift Guide. We've put this together for our readers to highlight the things we use personally and around the office on a daily basis. These items range anywhere from an espresso machine to the Google Home Max, but they all do their job exceptionally well, have stood the test of time, and are well worth your consideration as a great gift idea for your loved ones. We're now a week removed from the arrival of all the new Google Hardware for the Fall 2019 season. The show was great and now that we've had some time to reflect and decompress a bit, our feelings and reactions have become quite a bit more clear about all we saw at the event. The main thoughts in this episode surround the Pixelbook Go and the Pixel 4/4XL. The Pixelbook Go has arrived in the office to pretty rave reviews by anyone who's spent a few moments with it. We have a couple videos up already of the unboxing and the pre-review, but we can say it is easily one of the best Chromebooks of 2019 and we spend quite a bit of time explaining exactly why that is. For the Pixel 4, however, the reception has not been good. As a matter of fact, we actually have a video coming out about this phone and why no one at Chrome Unboxed has actually ordered one yet. There's a lot that goes into this, so stick around for the whole show and see why we're so high on the Pixelbook Go and so ‘meh' on the Pixel 4. It all comes down to remembering. The games not over until I give up on myself. Becuase as long as I am learning, I'm not failing. There are 100 questions we ask ourselves day in, day out. Breath in, breath out. And yet, the question in the last podcast was about are we actually asking the wrong questions. This conversation continues that conversation by looking at the price of change and the questions of change we ask ourselves. And so much more. This conversation was inspired by looking at the legacy I'm living (not building for the afterlife - regardless if you believe in that or not). We broke their current single “Party People” last week, and been getting a lot of great Responses, so we set up the interview. Josh K took http://HitzRadio.com during his air shift on the road and we all met at VIA FOOD BAR, and met these amazing Ladies. JOSH K would like to give Special thanks to www.armadaMagazine.com and Maximus for introducing him to Kevin Turner, who is the Girls Manager, and Agent, and allowing to have the great opportunity to meet them, and have them on-air. One thing for sure is these ladies are truly down to earth, real, and we all have a blast. So much energy, and Josh said he was envious – "While I’m stuck in the studio, they are already setting up booking and are headed to Jamaica among other places for appearances. They are bringing the party to a City near you!" . – “Spin that Shit!” Notable Links: www.ArmadaMagazine.com www.viarestaurant.net www.hitzradio.com
