Mientras tanto, lo que sí podrías delegar sin perder nada (miniaturas, descripciones, deadlines, publicación en redes, repurposing) lo sigues haciendo tú a las once de la noche.Está claro que hay algo que no encaja.Lo que he montado: un agente que va detrás de míEn lugar de otro chat donde pedirle cosas a Claude o ChatGPT, he construido un agente que vive en mi Telegram y hace tres cosas:Me persigue. Cuatro veces por semana revisa el estado de mis publicaciones en Notion y me pregunta cómo voy con cada pieza. Si algo debería estar más avanzado, me lo dice. Si no hay nada en marcha, me aprieta. Si no le contesto por Telegram, me manda un email para seguir apretando.Me edita como un editor cabrón. Cuando le paso un borrador, no me aplaude. Me dice si el gancho es flojo, si los tres primeros párrafos no enganchan, si me repito, si un titular tiene dudas de funcionar…Se encarga de otros activos. Miniaturas de referencia, descripciones, resúmenes, publicación en redes y reciclado para otras plataformas. Y encima tiene memoria persistente. Si hace dos semanas descubrimos que los posts con entregable convierten 10 veces más que los que no, lo tiene delante cada vez que planifico. No empezamos de cero cada conversación, que es uno de los grandes problemas de trabajar directamente con Claude o ChatGPT aunque tengan proyectos o memoria: no destilan aprendizajes progresivos.Cómo puedes montar un agenteEmpieza por construir tus activos, por capas:Capa de conversación Telegram como canal único. El agente tiene además su propio email (vía AgentMail) para mandarme check-ins y notificarme por email si no le contesto por Telegram. No toca mi bandeja personal, tiene la suya.Capa de estados en Notion como base de datos de contenido. El agente lee, crea items, actualiza estados y asigna fechas. Sin esto no hay nada que perseguir. Si quieres replicarla, te dejo aquí la plantilla que uso yo.Capa de memoria Honcho como sistema de memoria externo. Guarda observaciones, patrones y correcciones, y en cada conversación inyecta lo relevante. Además tiene un sistema que llaman dreaming: en paralelo a las conversaciones va destilando el contenido que hemos tenido y anotando solo lo clave. No guarda la conversación entera, guarda lo que importa.Capa de cerebro Hermes como framework del agente. Como modelos, una suscripción a Z.AI para usar GLM-5.1 (muy bueno en programación y con criterio en texto, pero escribe regular, lo que me fuerza a no pedirle cosas que puedan reemplazarme como creador) y MiniMax-M2.7 para tareas triviales. El routing es automático: “revísame este borrador” va al bueno, “¿cómo voy de fechas?” va al barato. Los mensajes rutinarios cuestan céntimos.Capa de distribución Zernio como API para redes sociales. Cuando una pieza pasa al estado de publicada en Notion, el agente extrae los puntos clave, crea las adaptaciones por red social y se las manda a Zernio para que las programe en Threads, Reddit y Twitter. En las próximas semanas conecto también Substack Notes ^^.Capa de datos Todo mi histórico de Substack y el resto de redes desde 2023, con visitas, signups y open rates. De ahí salen las decisiones editoriales cuando discutimos una idea. No de la intuición.Las tres zonas Cada tarea de un proyecto cae en una de tres zonas:Zona roja: No entra la IA. La idea, el ángulo, el punto de vista, los ejemplos personales, la primera frase de un hook. Si delegas esto, construyes una relación falsa con tu audiencia.Zona amarilla: La IA como sparring, nunca como autor. Investigar, sacar puntos de un audio que me he grabado, revisar si un argumento se sostiene, analizar contenido de otros creadores, sugerir titulares para que yo elija, editarme un borrador. La IA me da material, yo decido qué entra.Zona verde: La IA al volante sin pedir permiso. Recordatorios, deadlines, miniaturas, resúmenes, transcripciones, programación, repurposing. Todo lo que no tiene voz.El agente opera en verde y en amarilla. En roja no entra. Esa línea es el diseño, no un accidente.Por dónde empezar si quieres montar algo parecidoNo hace falta montar todo a la vez. Yo no llegué aquí en una tarde delante del ordenador. El orden que seguiría hoy, si empezara de cero:* Espacio donde volcar contenidos e ideas. Yo uso Notion y esta es la plantilla. Sin base de datos con estados claros, no hay nada que un agente pueda perseguir.* Canal de comunicación con el agente. Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, email. El que sea, pero uno principal. Que no esté en cinco sitios.* Sistema de memoria persistente. Este es el que marca la diferencia entre un agente útil y un chat más. Los agentes sin memoria son duros de mollera: repites la misma información, te cansas y dejas de usarlos. Es una de las razones por las que el hype de las herramientas tipo Open Claw se ha ido desinflando.* Una sola tarea al principio. Empieza por la persecución de deadlines o por la que mejor se adapte a tus necesidades. Para mi esta es la que más devuelve en sensación de control y la que menos riesgo tiene. Si le das diez acciones de golpe, fallan las diez y te frustras. Yo lo viví.* Edición y publicación cuando confíes. Cuando el núcleo lleve semanas funcionando, le abres la zona verde entera: que publique en redes, que sugiera titulares, que haga el packaging. Ahí es cuando dices “hostia, menudo pufo de curro que me he descargado ”.La pregunta que te tienes que hacerNo es “¿uso demasiada IA?”. Es: ¿qué parte de mi proceso creativo estoy delegando que no debería delegar, y qué parte sigo haciendo yo que la IA podría hacer sin que nadie notase la diferencia?Si le das una respuesta honesta, a lo mejor descubres que los tienes cruzados. On Monday, June 2, 2025, during the ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs, his former assistant, testifying under the pseudonym "Mia," continued her cross-examination. Defense attorney Brian Steel presented the jury with messages and a 2013 video in which Mia expressed admiration for Combs, referring to him as "one of the biggest inspirations in my life." Steel questioned the credibility of Mia's allegations by highlighting these past expressions of affection. Mia responded by explaining that her actions were a result of psychological manipulation and abuse, stating she was "brainwashed" and constantly sought Combs' approval due to the emotionally abusive environment she was in. Alise Oken is the owner and operator of Hi Hopes Farm currently located in Wellington, FL for the winter months competing at WEF. Since taking over her family's farm in 2015, Alise spends her time focusing on sourcing quality young horses and developing them for future sales and top sport. She's had a great start to her WEF Season, recently winning n the CSI2* at WEF 7. Alise has worked with many prominent equestrians including Laura Kraut and Nick Skelton, Peter Lutz, and Norman Dello Joio, learning invaluable lessons of horsemanship inside and outside of the ring.
