Archbishop Christopher J. Coyne's presentation was more than just words—it was a heartfelt reminder that hope is not optional for Christians; it's essential.Archbishop Coyne's talk started with a chuckle (and the wrong jacket ), but quickly drew us into something deeper: a call to reclaim Christian hope in a world that often feels hopeless.“Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope.” – 1 Peter 3:15Referencing Pope Francis' powerful words in On Hope, the Archbishop explored how modern challenges—like declining birth rates and cultural discouragement—stem from a loss of belief in the goodness of life itself. But as Christians, we are called to more. To live as people of hope. Not wishful thinking or blind optimism—but a hope rooted in God's promises, shared through community, and sustained by prayer, service, and love.Hope grows when we:• Forgive, even when it's hard• Accompany each other in struggle• Choose joy amid uncertainty• Build bridges, not wallsLet's be the witnesses the world needs—joyful, resilient, grounded in God's mercy.Because Christian hope doesn't disappoint.

In this episode: We are inspired and refreshed by the light from these scriptures: On Love: Songs of Solomon 1:1-11 On Wisdom: Proverbs 24 On Hope: 1 Sam 16.     In this series: In a world where many have lost FAITH not just in God but in the “system”, many are walking around HOPELESS and the word LOVE is thrown around unintentionally, not to mention decisions upon decisions; our own personal decisions and legislative ones being made without the backing of WISDOM… These reasons and more is why we shall be bringing you daily nourishment of FAITH-HOPE-LOVE-WISDOM nuggets from none other than the WORD of GOD.  Yes, tell me a better place we can find Words on Faith, Hope, Love and Wisdom than from the Ancient of Days-the Everlasting-Alpha and Omega?!   Scripture says in:  I Cori 13:13 (NIV) says; And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.    Prov 4:7 (NKJV) says; Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. ‭‭Prov‬ ‭13:12‬ (‭AMPC)‬‬ says; Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire is fulfilled, it is a tree of life. ‭‭Rom ‭15:4‭-‬5, 13, 33 ‬ ‭(NKJV)‬‬ says; For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, (v13) Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (v33) Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. So journey along, take a seat, get comfortable, open your eyes, ears, heart, mind and soul to receive this engrafted word with meekness that is able to save our souls from the pits of Faith-lessness, Hope-lessness, Love-lessness and Wisdom-lessness.  Enjoy this Faith-Hope-Love-Wisdom series and we hope this episode blesses your heart! He has been Board Certified in Family Practice and Pain Management and is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and a Founding Diplomate of ISEAI. Back in the 80s, he began seeing an increasing number of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue cases, but because the medical world was unfamiliar with this condition, patients were sent to therapy. From there, he started connecting the dots to conditions such as mold toxicity and started helping his clients, even though it wasn't the "norm" in the medical world. From there, his journey into mold and understanding how it affects the body took off. This includes studying with Dr. Shoemaker. 6:00: Dr. Nathan goes through his other books and what sparked his desire to keep releasing information about mold, healing, and treatments. 9:30: Dr. Nathan discusses his idea of how many individuals are suffering from mold exposure, his experience in treatment, and the common symptoms he's seen. He goes over mold allergy and mold toxicity as well as the difference between the two. He discusses the influence of genetics and the various other components that result in adverse health reactions. 14:00: Dr. Nathan addresses the misconception that since mold exists in nature, it's no problem for our health. He also discusses mycotoxins, a toxic byproduct of some mold species.16:30: Dr. Nathan discusses why he agrees to disagree with Dr. Shoemaker on the idea that it's not mold growth in a home that's causing health issues, but actinomyces. Michael discusses his related experience and opinions as well. 21:45: Dr. Nathan discusses his new book, Energetic Diagnosis, and the motivation behind writing it. 24:00: Dr. Nathan discusses his short ebook, Mold and Mycotoxins, and its recent rewrite. 34:45: Dr. Nathan discusses his experience with a urine analysis being inconclusive even though the individual is suffering from toxicity and delves into the explanations behind it. 37:00: Dr. Nathan explains how crucial remediation and mold avoidance are in helping patients heal from exposure. You can get better, but you can't heal in the environment that's making you ill. 46:30: Dr. Nathan discusses the need for more studies, technology, and research funding to help better understand mold exposure and the impact it has on health.53:00: Dr. Nathan explains the importance of being patient while healing from mold toxicity because it can take years. But, it is treatable. To Learn More About Dr. Neil Nathan:https://neilnathanmd.com/https://www.amazon.com/Neil-Nathan/e/B004IW6A5A%3Fref=dbs_a_mng_rwt_scns_shareThe Mold Medic https://www.themoldmedic.com/https://www.allamericanrestoration.com/

Happy Halloweenies, to all our little bunniculas. This week we are having a hauntingly good time with Emmy and Oscar-nominee JoBeth Williams. You Might Know Her From The Big Chill, Kramer vs. Kramer, American Dreamer, Wyatt Earp, Frasier, Stir Crazy, Jungle 2 Jungle, Dexter, Poltergeist, and Poltergeist II: The Other Side. We talked to JoBeth about the Poltergeist films with shocking reveals about the props, Zelda Rubinstein, and the grueling stunts that left her bloody. We also dug into her theatre beginnings with Raúl Juliá at Williamstown, her nude scene in her film debut, Kramer vs. Kramer, stealing from Little Edie in Me, Myself, and I, headlining the ‘80s rom-com American Dreamer on location in Paris, and the incestuous dating history of The Big Chill cast. This one was a true candy cornucopia of tricks and treats. Neil Nathan, MD has been practicing medicine for 47 years, and has been Board Certified in Family Practice and Pain Management and is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine and a Board member of ISEAI (The International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness). With Dr. Rich van Konynenburg he did the ground-breaking clinical research which demonstrated the importance of methylation chemistry in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and he has recently completed a study with Dr. Robert Naviaux on the metabolomics of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. He has written several books, including Healing is Possible: New Hope for Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Persistent Pain, and Other Chronic Illnesses and On Hope and Healing: For Those Who Have Fallen Through the Medical Cracks. He has hosted an internationally syndicated radio program/podcast on Voice America called The Cutting Edge of Health and Wellness Today. He has been working to bring an awareness that mold toxicity is a major contributing factor for patients with chronic illness and lectures internationally on this subject which led to the publication of his book, Mold and Mycotoxins: Current Evaluation and Treatment, 2016 and now to his most recent book Toxic: Heal Your Body from Mold Toxicity, Lyme Disease, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and Chronic Environmental Illness. His current medical practice is the Redwood Valley Clinic in Northern California. He can be contacted most easily through his website www.neilnathanmd.com, through which consultations are available. Dr. Nathan has been treating chronic complex medical illnesses for 25 years now, and Lyme disease for the past 15 years. As his practice has evolved, he finds himself increasingly treating the patients who have become so sensitive and toxic that they can no longer tolerate their usual treatments, and his major current interest is in finding unique ways of helping them to recover. The recent findings that mast cell activation and porphyria are more common than has been appreciated by the medical profession are of particular importance in this regard.

Why You Should Listen: In this episode, you will learn about mold illness, cell danger response, mast cell activation, and much more. About My Guest: My guest for this episode is Dr. Neil Nathan, MD. Dr. Nathan is a Board-Certified Family Physician and a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Holistic Medicine. From the time he began medical school at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine, it has always been his passion to try to help as many of patients as possible. He was never satisfied with sending patients home with the cliché: “Sorry, we just don’t have any answers for you.” In a career of more than 40 years, he has delivered babies, done surgery, and worked in the emergency room but over the years found other disciplines that held the promise of providing more useful answers for those patients that did not respond adequately to conventional care. Over time, he found himself working mostly with patients who had not received a clear diagnosis from conventional medicine and were suffering with persistent and debilitating illnesses. These included Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Chronic Lyme disease with its co-infections, mold illness, Autism, and all varieties of Chronic Pain, amongst others. Dr. Neil Nathan is honored to have been the recipient of the First Annual Rich van Konynenburg Award from the Seeking Health Educational Institute Conference coordinated by Dr. Ben Lynch. Dr. Nathan worked with Dr. Konynenburg in completing research on methylation chemistry in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia which helped to launch the profound increase in interest in this subject on an international level. He is an author with several books available on Amazon.com including "On Hope and Healing: For Those Who Have Fallen Through the Medical Cracks", "Healing Is Possible: New Hope for Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Persistent Pain, and Other Chronic Illnesses" and his latest "Mold & Mycotoxins: Current Evaluation and Treatment 2016" which is a personal favorite. Many of his patients simply cannot take even miniscule doses of herbs, or homeopathic remedies without a profound reaction. While their physicians, who may never have seen such sensitivities, diagnose them as having depression and anxiety, these reactions are not psychogenic, but physical. He continues to develop new strategies and treatments to help these patients recover their health. Key Takeaways: - What tests are useful for exploring mold in the environment? - How is RealTime Labs urine mycotoxin testing helpful? - What is his basic approach to treating the mold patient? - What do you treat first - Lyme or mold? - What is Cell Danger Response and what research is underway in this area? - What is Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, what triggers it, and how is it treated? - What is the role of viruses in chronic illness? - Should we be looking at SNPs when exploring methylation?
