We talk beefs, dig into Internet drama, and have fun. The NBA is now a 365-day league and it's never been more present in pop culture. From Kevin Durant's burner accounts to LeBron taking his talents anywhere to trusting the Process, the NBA is becoming a pop culture requirement. In today's episode, I step off the court with NBA player Micah Potter and his wife Elle. Micah is a center for the Utah Jazz after a successful stint with the Pistons and the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the G-Leauge. He was a phenomenal college player at Ohio State and Wisconsin. His amazing wife Elle was a phenomenal volleyball player at Loyola and is now the Head Coach of their relationship! As you will hear, this convo gets raw and real and truly respect and appreciate their level of vulnerability. I was first introduced to Micah and Elle by a mutual friend at Northwestern Mutual. This season I'm exploring what high performers do behind the scenes. I've been enjoying fascinating conversations with professional stand-up comedians, magicians, actors, rappers, dancers, YouTubers, athletes, coaches, and everything in between to find out exactly what they do behind the curtain – when the cameras are off and the arenas are empty – to work towards mastery of their craft and to prepare themselves to perform at a world class level. I hope you find their insights, perspectives, and personal strategies as helpful as I do and use what they share to continue to Raise Your Game.Thank you so much for investing your time with us.
