The Fitness Business Freedom podcast is an invaluable resource for business owners in the fitness industry. As someone who may not be proficient in all areas of running a business, this podcast fills in the gaps and provides expert knowledge on various topics related to the fitness business. The wide variety of topics covered ensures that there is something for everyone, whether you are a newer gym owner or have been in the industry for a while.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the diversity of guests and their real-world experience. The host does a fantastic job of bringing on knowledgeable gym owners and fitness professionals who share their insights and lessons learned. These real-life examples provide actionable information that can be implemented to improve business strategy. The episodes are easy to listen to and digestible, making it convenient for busy business owners to learn on-the-go.
Another great aspect of this podcast is its emphasis on thinking and acting like a business owner. It delves into the not-so-glamorous parts of running a fitness business, helping remove any mystery around achieving success. The guests provide valuable lessons and insights into what it takes to build a solid business in the industry. Whether it's through mentorship, consistency in methods, or establishing core values, these podcasts emphasize the importance of learning from the best instead of trying to figure it out on your own.
While this podcast has many strengths, one potential downside could be its focus solely on the fitness business industry. While it may not be applicable to all small business owners, those specifically in or considering entering the fitness industry will find immense value in the information presented.
In conclusion, The Fitness Business Freedom podcast is a must-listen for anyone involved in or interested in entering the fitness business industry. With its range of topics covered by experienced guests and a skilled host, listeners can gain actionable insights and practical knowledge to apply to their own businesses. Whether you're a gym owner or personal trainer hoping to grow your business, this podcast provides the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

He exited that venture to focus on his health, reconnect with his family and found solace in fitness. Sumit traveled the country meeting with different gym owners and he shared the biggest challenges they all had in our talk. We didn't stop there. Scaling a client base past just a handful of clients brings certain limitations to the surface. One of those is providing an exceptional experience and maintaining a high level of accountability for each individual. Since launching the software in 2016 he has been fortunate to bring two awesome boys, Asher and Ezra, into the world with his incredible wife Erin. In my conversation with Trevor we really hit on the technology side of the fitness industry. Given that is software Coach Catalyst is designed to not only bring more personal touch, but to allow your business to run efficiently.
