As entrepreneurs we are forced to constantly audit and assess how our inputs are impacting our outputs. Naturally, we have applied this auditing process to nearly all aspects of our lives. Is what we're putting in getting us our desired results? This is a question we frequently ask ourselves so we can be certain that the actions we are taking are aligned with the goals we have set out to achieve. When we are focused on achieving our health and fitness goals it's easy to slip into an all or nothing mindset. The key to sustainable fat loss is not about eating less but eating more of the right foods. There is so much talk these days about calories in and calories out, but it goes deeper than that. If we can start maximizing our daily calories with whole/volume foods, we will be able to eat more while still achieving our weight loss/fat loss goals.
