Peter qualified as a PT a decade or so ago after a change in career from project management to personal training. Quickly establishing himself as one of Scotland's most prolific fitness writers, he has contributed to various national and international magazines. Since qualifying as a Pre- and post-natal exercise specialist, he has become one of Britain's leading post-partum fitness experts. He has worked with BBC Scotland and various parenting and fitness websites. He started Healthy Postnatal Body (HPNB) in response to emails from post-partum women outside his local Edinburgh area who found that expert and affordable post-partum care was not available in their area. In addition to this, the online exercise programs available were too expensive and didn't offer any expert support or guidance. Over 80% of women suffer from post-partum health issues that can be healed with the right guidance and exercise. He believes post-natal exercise advice should be affordable, if not free, for all. Pelvic-floor issues, diastasis recti, post-natal back pain, and posture issues are too common and affect many women. It is simply unacceptable for post-natal recovery programs to cost hundreds of £ per year. So, ever since then, he has been banging this particular drum to anyone who would listen and some who wouldn't

Here is my favorite quote from this interview:  "If you take the full spectrum of crayons and you color with it, it's going to look brown. Well that's what I call anger. It's usually a handful of emotions that we are coloring the world with." I'd love to hear your thoughts on this episode.
