Doing things that feel risky! This episode was inspired by a video that Paula watched where an older lady expressed her regrets about living her life fearful of doing things and that she hadn't taken enough risks.We speak about putting life into our living, thinking we have time and the loss of time, being stuck in stuck-ness and how we navigate our way through the processing of what to choose.
