日本大正百保能黃金A微粒(大正製藥パブロンゴールドA微粒) PABRON GOLD A〈GRANULES〉 1. Dihydrocodeine Phosphate(磷酸二氫可待因)8mg:鎮咳劑。 Guaifenesin(癒創木酚甘油醚) 60mg:袪痰劑 dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride(鹽酸甲基麻黃鹼)20mg:支氣管擴張(鎮咳)。

Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions:    Taran: Hi Dr. Cabral! You are amazing and I truly appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge with the world. I was diagnosed with ichthyosis vulgaris when I was born. I have had very dry skin since birth. It was a lot worse when I was younger. It is much better, however would still be classified as very dry for a normal person. I have to regularly apply moisturizers on my entire body at least 2x daily. Thanks to your recommendation , I discovered my moisturizer was toxic (7 on ewg skin deep) I have 2 questions: 1. Can I do anything from the inside to heal my skin in the long run rather than relying on moisturizers? 2. What is the best for applying topically on skin? Oils? Moisturizers?   Aleisha: Hi Dr Cabral, thank you so much for everything you do and your generosity and energy in this world. I know you don't like to discuss specific brands on the podcast however I was wondering what your thoughts are on the ‘recovery' formula from the ‘Osmosis Skincare' Wellneas range. It says it can rebuild the fat pads lost with aging, I am 33 however due to a pretty intense health journey I have lost much of the volume in my fat pads and feel I look as if have aged dramatically and am considering giving this a go. The main basis of it is that it contains omegas 3,6,7 &9 from sea buckthorn fruit, oil & pulp and some macadamia oil. It is a very expensive product and the claim is that it takes 3 bottles to see changes and 7 bottles for best results. Is there an alternative to this you recommend?   Anouk: Hi there, Thanks for all the information you give out so generously. in July I tested pos. for ( ureaplasma, gardnerella, and candida alb) I took one round of doxy 7 days and a few months later I caught strep and re-tested for everything I still had the Urea +candida but I took clarithromycin for the strep. Of course all of these antibiotics were screwing up my vaginal microbiome.. I since have had a pap that came back HPV pos. ( LSIL) not sure if it the the stress of all of this but for the past few weeks i've had unbearable lower tailbone butt bone / pelvic floor aching and leg cramping, I can feel my vaginal muscles are almost in a permanent kegel and it's very hard to relax down there. Regardless of the pain i'd really like to do what I can to eradicate ALL of these things!   Glenn: What is the difference between caffeine and caffeine anhydrous as found in pre workout drinks and how bad is thus compound for the body. I've found info online on preworkouts and energy drinks but they all seem to revolve around the sugars/ artificial sweeteners in them rather than the other compounds. I enjoy taking these daily and found one that's pretty clean and devoid of sugars so are these really that bad long term? Thank you   Noel: What is you opinion on cupping therapy? I am not talking about wet cupping but just regular cupping. I am a 67 year old female and like 50 lbs overweight so probably have metabolic syndrome so may be prone to heart issues, stroke. But I am most concerned about my kidneys. A few years back I was diagnosed with kidney failure, GFR was 11! Now it is over 60 for the last several years. I understand if there is toxic removal it would get removed through my kidneys ( and liver) and don't want to overtax my kidneys. I am very active otherwise and don't have any aches and pain anywhere. Would also love to minimize my cellulite.   Thank you for tuning into today's Cabral HouseCall and be sure to check back tomorrow where we answer more of our community's questions!    - - - Show Notes and Resources: StephenCabral.com/2899 - - - Get a FREE Copy of Dr. Cabral's Book: The Rain Barrel Effect - - - Join the Community & Get Your Questions Answered: CabralSupportGroup.com - - - Dr. Cabral's Most Popular At-Home Lab Tests: > Complete Minerals & Metals Test (Test for mineral imbalances & heavy metal toxicity) - - - > Complete Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Test (Test for 75 biomarkers including yeast & bacterial gut overgrowth, as well as vitamin levels) - - - > Complete Stress, Mood & Metabolism Test (Discover your complete thyroid, adrenal, hormone, vitamin D & insulin levels) - - - > Complete Food Sensitivity Test (Find out your hidden food sensitivities) - - - > Complete Omega-3 & Inflammation Test (Discover your levels of inflammation related to your omega-6 to omega-3 levels) - - - Get Your Question Answered On An Upcoming HouseCall: StephenCabral.com/askcabral - - - Would You Take 30 Seconds To Rate & Review The Cabral Concept? According to the National Weather Service it will be a comparatively cooler 94 degrees on Friday, with highs in the 80s predicted starting on the weekend. There will be a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.The Johnson County Board of Supervisors is likely to provide public funding for emergency contraception for victims of sexual assault and rape as a state program remains in limbo. The move comes as more than 160 reimbursement requests for emergency contraception provided to sexual assault survivors from across the state are pending approval from the Iowa Attorney General's Office.According to records obtained by The Gazette, and first reported by Iowa Public Radio, the reimbursement requests from hospitals and pharmacies across the state total about $7,000. The vast majority are from this year, but one dates to August 2020. One is coded as confirmed child abuse.Republican Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird paused the funding as part of an audit of the victim services administered through her office. Bird announced the audit upon taking office in January. However, it was not until early April that sexual assault response teams and other victim advocacy organizations learned of the policy change after her office confirmed it to the media, according to interviews and emails obtained by The Gazette under a public records request.A fire at Iowa State University's power plant Thursday disrupted the campus' cooling system, compelling instructors to move classes online — or cancel them altogether — and prompting administrators to encourage on-campus residents to head home for the weekend. As a result of the fire, reported at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, classes for the remainder of day and Friday were moved online or canceled.Students were instructed to check their email and class communication channels for further direction from instructors and professors. Six people were injured Wednesday after an anhydrous ammonia tank exploded at an agricultural cooperative facility in Manchester. The city on Manchester initially reported on Facebook that three anhydrous ammonia tanks had exploded at the Three River FS facility, 1000 S Fifth St., but Manchester Fire Chief Mike Ryan said Thursday that only one tank exploded.Other nearby tanks were pushed around by the force of the explosion, causing minor leaks in two other tanks. The Manchester Fire Department was called at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday, Ryan said.No injuries were reported at the scene, but six people were later transported in personal vehicles to the Regional Medical Center in Manchester to be treated for injuries related to the explosion, according to Delaware County Emergency Management.Anhydrous ammonia, as a liquid, is a widely used source of nitrogen fertilizer. Its fumes, if inhaled, can cause lung irritation and respiratory problems, according to state websites.

In this cranked-up super-speed society we live in, we're usually on to something else if the topic doesn't grab our attention in the first 6 seconds. And that would certainly be the case if the topic is anhydrous ammonia fertilizer. But today I'm asking you to care, for many reasons that I discuss in this episode. Before I get to the fertilizer, I mention the group of foods that give you the most nutritional quality for your food dollar. And that group would be beans, chickpeas, split peas, and lentils. And you can do mainstream lunches and suppers with these inexpensive foods. If you want a copy of my favorite bean recipes (including a killer hummus),  just send a note on my contact page and I will email you my favorite recipes.  One of the reasons that beans and lentils are highly nutritious is that they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory substances that have been shown to help prevent cardiovascular events (strokes, heart attacks). They also slow down the entry of glucose into our bloodstream. Dr. Michael Gregor has both a video and a blog article that gets into the studies that show this. In the episode, I mention a description of farmworkers getting 3rd-degree burns when their skin is exposed to liquid OR gaseous ammonia in these concentrations. The article that I quote from can be found here.  Although the data on this is alarmingly minimal, liquefied anhydrous ammonia does appear to kill earthworms on or near the surface where this toxic substance is sprayed. Killing earthworms is bound to have a trickle-down effect on the nutritional quality and flavor of food. The USDA article that tells us all about earthworms can be found here.  If you have any questions or comments on this or other episodes, feel free to contact me on my contact page, which is on my website: Healing outside the Box.

Kelly Garrett applies anhydrous in the fall and swears by it. Why? Economics, yield bump, and time management. But despite the increased yield, cost savings, and time management, there is the issue of soil biology. Anhydrous can be damaging to our precious soil's biological mix. So that's why Mr. Garrett is experimenting with AgXplore's NZoneGL — a nitrogen utilization product that protects soil biology. Presented by Advanced Drainage Systems.

Summary: Anhydrous ammonia (NH3) is an effective nitrogen crop fertilizer used throughout the Midwest and beyond. Anhydrous ammonia is potentially dangerous, as it seeks water from the nearest source, which may be the human body – especially the eyes, lungs, and skin because of their high moisture content. Few problems occur when anhydrous ammonia is handled properly and applied as intended. However, it is important for all individuals working with this type of fertilizer to understand the potential health risks, necessary safety precautions, and proper response in the event of exposure. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is one of the last lines of defense for workers against Anhydrous Ammonia injuries. Women in all industries, including agriculture, have trouble finding and purchasing respiratory protective equipment that fits and is safe and comfortable to wear. The National Safety Council, in a 2019 publication of Safety and Health, reported OSHA documentation indicating the lack of a full range of PPE, as well as, employers' limited knowledge of PPE designed for women – as some of the reasons for the difficulty. The focus of the training is on anhydrous ammonia safety during transport and application, including the anatomy of the nurse tank and toolbar, safety inspection processes, hitching, and unhitching safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), rural roadway safety, and first aid/emergency procedures. Hazard communication and emergency action plans will also be addressed. Intended Audience: Farm/Ranch owners and operators, health and safety professionals, safety officers or specialists, managers, supervisors, safety coordinators, health safety and environmental interns, and any person or persons who serve as safety personnel in an agricultural setting. Objectives: At the conclusion of the program, participants will be able to... We're excited you're here!  We did a make over of the 12 days of Nutrients that we do every year in December.  We hope the bring you great value! "A lie told often enough is accepted as the truth.” -Hitler See, the problem with the truth is it's the truth. And no matter what happens, no matter how many times something is said that isn't truthful, no matter how accepted it becomes, it's still not the truth. I've asked you on this journey as we go through The Twelve Nutrients of Christmas and pretend that you know nothing about nutrients. Because the problem with a lot of what we know is that it isn't true. Now, you say, “How can that be?” Well, it's easy. Let's go back to 1491 when everyone in the entire world knew the world was flat. And then it wasn't. For this year's 12 Days we will be sharing alot from “The Anatomy of Life and Energy in Agriculture.” by Dr. Arden B. Andersen. If you'd like to check the book out you can grab it from our aff link for $18 on Amazon – https://amzn.to/2PgyGLp For day one we are going to talk about nitrogen and how we can utilize it better on our farms.  The first quote by Dr. Arden B. Andersen says that, “Nitrogen, along with potash, is being overused, misused, and abused. It produces great profits for the fertilizer industry. It is the major electrolyte in the soil and living tissue. Without nitrogen, there is no life. It is the primary component of protein and amino acids. The other side of that is because nitrogen can enter a plant in the absence of phosphate, it can just go into the plant by itself. We set ourselves up that it's ripe for a nitrate toxicity. And ripe for nitrogen funding protein formations. In other words, when we don't have enough phosphate and/or enough sugar, then all of a sudden we end up with cells that aren't reproducing correctly. When that happens, the plants resonate at a different frequency and they attract lots of insects and are stressed by environmental conditions. Then we end up with plants that have low nutritional value, short shelf life, and less flavor.” See, the problem with the truth is, it's still the truth. If an animal dies in the desert and we cover it with a tarp, the buzzards can't get to it. The vultures don't eat it. The animal is still dead. We can present it as anything we want, but it's a dead animal. When we do this to our plants, we can present them as anything we want. They're still not healthy, they still attract the insects. It's still makes us buy more and more and more of the things that take those away. Here's a little tidbit for you. “Nitrogen is utilized in plants in two forms. Nitrate, NO, and ammonia, or NH4. Not NH3, NH4. Both of these have very distinct functions. The nitrate nitrogen is needed early in the growing season to stimulate growth of the leaf crops throughout the season. The ammonia nitrogen is needed later in the season for fruit and seed set.” So consequently, often times we have that backwards. Let's presume that we're doing the right thing and we're using 28 or 32. Why? Because it's a 50-50 mix of both of these and we have that nitrate that's needed more upfront in that growing season. And we have the ammonia that is needed later. But what happens? The soil bacteria go to work on the ammonia and immediately start to convert it to nitrate. So what does that mean? That means that when we use pure ammonia form nitrogen early, we don't have the nitrate formed there when it needs it. And the bacteria go to work on it and start converting it. So when we get into the later part of that lifecycle of that plant, now we don't have as much of the ammonia as we need. We have more nitrate. Now, the plant can convert that back. A corn plant will convert nitrate back to ammonia, but it burns energy in the process. And so what we need to do is be cognizant of that. Therefore, what does that mean? It makes 28 or 32 a great product of choice. And it makes the Guardian Stabilizer product that we have (Dicyandiamide) the perfect product because it keeps nitrogen in the ammonia form longer. It hangs onto that ammonia and we get a yield increase just because we have the nitrogen in the correct form at the correct time in the growing cycle. See, all of the people that want to talk about the four R's, they talk about the right place, the right time, the right product, the right whatever, but they're not doing it. Most of them probably don't even know it. And the fact is the right form early on is nitrate. The right form later for seed set, for yield, for grain, is ammonia. And so we need to have both of those available throughout the growing season to get the maximum yield. And we've known that for a significantly long period of time. Dr. Arden B. Andersen is not anhydrous-friendly. And I know some of you out there are going to say that, “Well, you know, we've been using anhydrous for a long time and we're getting away with it.” However, Dr. Dan Skow says, “He remembers when he first started his practice in the early 70's and anhydrous ammonia was as scarce as chlamydia was in hogs. And as anhydrous ammonia usage became more and more popular, so did chlamydia in hogs on those farms. Today it's a serious problem requiring vaccination multiple times. Anhydrous is a cheap source. It looks really good on paper. But again, chemistry is chemistry. It is another common practice of modern AG that degrades the soil fertility and it's just is not our friend.” Guys, we are in a different time. Our number one goal is to bring you information. We do have great products and we have a system that is second to none. And our whole philosophy is geared towards profitability per acre. There are 15 nitrogen stabilizers on the market. Three of them work. Two of those three work because they're indiscriminate bactericides killing all of the bacteria in the soil. One does not kill bacteria and it does stabilize nitrogen. Are you sure you're using the one that works? Everything that happens in agriculture's good for somebody, but is it good for you? Using lots and lots of N is good for somebody, but who?

Anhydrous nepheline, jadeite, and albite glasses doped with F as well as hydrous F-containing haplogranitic glasses were investigated using 19F combined rotation and multiple-pulse spectroscopy; 19F → 29Si cross-polarization/magic angle spinning (MAS); and high-power 19F decoupled 29Si, 23Na, and 27Al MAS nuclear magnetic resonance methods. Fluorine preferentially coordinates with Al to form octahedral AlF63− complexes in all glasses studied. In addition, F anions bridging two Al cations, units containing octahedral Al coordinated by both O and F, or tetrahedral Al-F complexes might be present. The presence of Si-F bonds cannot be entirely ruled out but appears unlikely on the basis of the 19F → 29Si CP/MAS spectra. There is no evidence for any significant coordination of F with alkalis in the glasses studied. 23Na spectra are identical for the samples and their F-free equivalents and the spectra do not change upon decoupling of 19F. The speciation of F in the hydrous and anhydrous glasses appears to be very similar. Over the range of F contents studied ( up to 5 wt.% ), there seems to be hardly any dependence of F speciation on the concentration of F in the samples. The spectroscopic results explain the decrease of the viscosity of silicate melts with increasing F content by removal of Al from bridging AlO4-units due to complexing with F, which causes depolymerization of the melt. The same mechanism can account for the shift of the eutectic point in the haplogranite system to more feldspar-rich compositions with increasing F content, and for the peraluminous composition of most F-rich granites. Liquid immiscibility in F-rich granitic melts might be caused by formation of (Na,K)3AlF6 units in the melt with little or no interaction with the silicate component. The presence of F in granitic melts might increase the solubility of high field strength cations by making nonbridging O atoms available which form complexes with these cations.
