Egede, forsætisráðherra Grænlands, komi á Norðurlandaráðsþingið sem verður haldið í Reykjavík í lok þessa mánaðar. En þar á að reyna að stilla til friðar í norrænu fjölskyldunni. Við fjöllum líka um Líbanon og afleiðingar allsherjarstríðs Ísraels og Hezbollah. Ef það dregst á langinn gæti það haft djúpstæð áhrif á Líbanon og Seerwan Shawqi, sem hefur unnið að flóttamannamálum í Líbanon, segir að svo geti farið að landið verði ekki til í þeirri mynd sem við þekkjum núna. Heimskviður verða helgaðar stríðsátökum í dag. Við fjöllum um átök Ísraels og Hezbollah sem stigmagnast með hverjum deginum. Ísraelsher gerði árásir á höfuðstöðvar Hezbollah í Beirút í gær og segjast undirbúa innrás. Hezbollah ætlar að svara þessum árásum og ljóst að átökin eiga eftir að harðna en óvíst hvort allsherjarstríð brjótist út. Íbúar eru mjög áhyggjufullir og farnir að undirbúa það að flýja komi til átaka. Við ræðum við Veru Knútsdóttir, sérfræðing í öryggis og varnarmálum, og hennar mann Seerwan Shawqi, en bæði hafa bæði búið og starfað í Beirút í Líbanon. Seerwan segir að Hezbollah muni berjast áfram því baráttan sé ástæðan fyrir þeirra tilveru. Þeir hafi undirbúið sig vel og bíði eftir innrás Ísraelshers, þá svari þeir af fullum krafti. Rúm tvö og hálft ár eru liðin síðan Rússlandsher hóf allsherjarinnrás í Úkraínu. Það er viðbúið að margar bækur verði gefnar út um innrásina, enda margir sem lýsa stöðunni í Úkraínu sem mestu hörmungum í Evrópu frá seinni heimsstyrjöld. Rússneski sagnfræðiprófessorinn Sergei Medvedev er þegar búinn að senda frá sér bók sem á ensku kallast A War Made in Russia. Þar skoðar hann aðdraganda innrásarinnar með augum sagnfræðinnar. Hann veltir upp þeirri spurningu hvort allsherjarinnrás í Úkraínu sé stríð Pútíns - eða hvort réttara sé að kalla hana stríð Rússlands. Dagný Hulda Erlendsdóttir ræddi við sagnfræðinginn á dögunum um þessar stóru spurningar, um kalasnikoff-riffla, sem hann segir táknmynd Rússlands samtímans - og um hvernig það er að vera útlægur - en í heimalandinu er Medvedev skilgreindur sem erlendur erindreki. Shay Banon is the Founder and CTO of Elastic (NYSE: ESTC) the open source leader platform that enables enterprise search, observability, and cybersecurity. He was told he might not live a normal life and his condition could change at any moment. He has learned to overcome day to day fear and to embrace the future. Why Google Didn't Win in Enterprise Search  [17:24- 19:50]  - In 2010, Google was a public company and everyone assumed they would win the war for search. But the enterprise market was different, and Elastic ended up being successful due to their focus on unlocking knowledge from diverse data stores. Google eventually exited the market and transitioned customers to products built on Elastic. How to Compete with Cloud Providers [27:50-33:16] - Amazon famously copied Elastic's search service and launched a competing cloud offering called Amazon ElasticSearch. Elastic fought back by changing its open source licensing to defend its IP, and is now a partner to Amazon. This form of licensing is now commonly used by open source companies.

Donc dans de l'eau bouillante salée, à l'anglaise pour les initiés ; frits dans une huile végétale mais pas toujours et cuits à la vapeur. Dans les cuissons à l'eau, vous avez tout simplement la raviole comme la raviole du Dauphiné et son coeur au conté et fromage blanc. La raviole d'Etchebest farce de champignon et sauce crémeuse au foie gras ou encore le berlingot d'Anne Sophie Pic au Banon et cresson. Dans la même idée, en Allemagne, vous pouvez trouver des maultaschen, gros ravioli à base de mouton, ou d'épinards. Le dim sum, le fameux assortiment vapeur numero 124 qui est un pléonasme d'ailleurs, un dim sum, c'est toujours vapeur. Celui qui peut se frire, c'est la wantan, sorte de tortellini chinois. qui se sert souvent comme garniture de soupe. Il peut être frit et ou cuit à l'eau. Dans la famille des cuissons à l'huile, j'appelle le gyoza, que vous connaissez sûrement, petit coquillage de blé farci au porc ou au légume originaire du Japon. J'appelle le non moins connu Pierogi. Elle deviendra par la suite écrivain, écrivant des romans d'abord, puis également des essais sur des sujets majeurs dont les derniers en date "La Paix des Sexes" (qui a reçu le Prix du livre citoyen en 2022) ou encore "Le Péril Dieu" avec toujours, la liberté en fil conducteur. En 2011, Tristane a porté plainte contre Dominique Strauss Kahn pour tentative de viol. Elle nous partage aujourd'hui son avis éclairé sur des questions fondamentales comme celle des violences sexuelles, de l'enjeu majeur du fonctionnement de la Justice, de l'importance de la parole des femmes et de la nécessité d'une auto détermination de la part de ces dernières pour échapper à l'enfermement mortifère dans le statut de victime éternelle. Nous avons aussi parlé de la necessité de bien s'entourer, de l'importance de la prise de recul dans une société qui se défait dangereusement de toute forme de nuance. Maman de deux enfants, nous avons abordé le sujet de la maternité et de comment cette dernière a appris à Tristane à changer de regard sur l'époque, laissant la possibilité à un espoir de naitre au milieu du désespoir face aux extremismes qui mènent à mal le principe même du vivre ensemble et de la démocratie. Today's guest is Justin Banon, co-founder of Boson Protocol, the decentralized network on which the future of commerce will run. Boson Protocol (BOSON) is a decentralized infrastructure for e-commerce transactions. The ecosystem enables the exchange of digital value for real-world products and services through the use of tokenized futures contracts. Сommitments to buy and sell physical assets are represented as stateful non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the platform. Together with its native utility token BOSON, the protocol aims to demonopolize commerce and allow buyers and merchants to interact with minimal intervention from intermediaries. Justin is a serial entrepreneur, he previously blitzscaled the Priority Pass Group to a $1Bn per annum revenue global rewards platform. With an academic background in physics, digital innovation and crypto, Justin applies first principles thinking to solve human problems with technology. By combining cool tech with deep tech, he imagines a future where commerce is open, fair and equitable. He has extensive blockchain experience where he consulted for MakerDao, Centrifuge, et. Today we're talking to Justin Banon, CEO and co-founder of Boson Protocol, which enables smart contracts to execute real-world commerce transactions and input commerce data, reliably and autonomously. Justin started out with a physics degree and then went on to a master's in digital business. His first major project was building out a digital voucher program. As a self-proclaimed business model geek, he started to understand how tokenized networks affect business models. He was excited about the potential to have business models that had equitability baked in. He would soon leave his well-paying job to begin the journey of building a blockchain version of his voucher system, and thus Boson Protocol was born. Boson Protocol introduced a new way to enable commerce between a buyer and seller in a remote way. Justin says to think of them as a black box that goes in the middle and replaces the intermediary governed by a human arbitrator and instead has it governed by a game-theoretic. Their game is the same sort of class, except there are two deposits (buyer and seller), and more complex rules that result in both parties being interested in going through with the transaction to the agreed level of quality. Justin says they have built the market leader in certain domains in representing products and services of things. He says their main advantage is the people they have on their team, where they are building out the strongest token and ecosystem design teams. Justin says it's easier to have the team centered in Europe as they're in the middle of all time zones, but a remote team still takes a huge amount of coordination and communication. Software helps a lot with this, but Justin still likes the team to get together every 3-4 months. The Boson Protocol implements NFT on both sides of the transaction and has recently updated their architecture to leverage ocean protocols. They use NFT's as a unique digital object encoded with a game. NFT holds deposits, and the game manages the behaviors of buyers and sellers. Having raised about 3.5 million in the last couple of months, Boson Protocol is about to do a public sale and will be announcing the platform soon.
