Supply Constraints Create Strong Price Leverage Palladium supply remains highly constrained, with minimal new investment in Russia and South Africa. In a relatively small market, even modest demand shifts can drive sharp price increases. Gonneville Is Highly Leveraged to Palladium Upside Chalice's Gonneville project offers rare scale exposure to palladium in a Tier-1 jurisdiction. Each US$100/oz increase in the palladium price adds substantial value to project NPV, highlighting strong upside leverage. Simplified Processing Has Transformed Project Economics A major metallurgical breakthrough allowed Chalice to remove a capital-intensive downstream processing stage. This materially reduced capex, simplified the flowsheet and improved robustness across commodity cycles. Conservative Assumptions De-Risk the Investment Case The project's pre-feasibility study uses palladium price assumptions well below spot levels. This conservative approach demonstrates economic viability at the bottom of the cycle, while preserving significant upside in a rising price environment

Rich reflects on his path from altar serving as a child to hearing and accepting God's call to the priesthood. He and Fr. Craig also discuss the importance of prayer, community, and perseverance in discernment, and how even health challenges can become encounters with God's mercy.(0:25) Fr. Craig welcomes Fr. Rich Dorsch of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish. Fr. Rich shares early lessons from ministry, including learning to see challenges as opportunities, and moments during Mass and confession when he feels overwhelmed by God's love for His people.(3:17) The priests reflect on how wearing the Roman collar often draws strangers to conversation, even when they are running personal errands. Both priests encourage listeners not to fear that they are “too old” to discern and to trust that God works through every season of life.(8:40) Fr. Rich remembers a difficult and overwhelming first time altar serving, an experience that almost made him quit. Later, he gets involved in campus ministry at Grand Valley State University.(15:36) As Fr. Rich's faith grows, friends, family, and even his girlfriend suggest the priesthood. Though resistant, he begins to recognize that his deepest joy comes from serving in the Church. After college, Fr. Rich works in hospital emergency transport and later joins his family's dental insurance company. (26:13) A young man recognizes Fr. Rich from a hospital interaction that helped bring his family back to faith. Fr. Rich says that after years of him firmly closing the door to the priesthood, it was like the Lord had removed the hinges and taken the door away, awakening in Fr. Rich the certainty of his vocation.(31:28) Fr. Rich begins taking evening theology classes and attending daily Mass before finally enrolling in Sacred Heart Major Seminary. The priests discuss some of the challenges of adapting to seminary structure and community life, and Fr. Rich admits he nearly left twice before learning to go all in on his discernment.(50:09) Fr. Rich recalls how some health challenges and dietary restrictions became unexpected avenues of grace and early ministry. His time in the hospital also deepened his compassion for those who suffer and helped him unite his priesthood with Christ's own suffering on the Cross. He then offers some advice to young men discerning the priesthood and closes the episode with a prayer.

The accumulation of his work was always focused on the presentation of his investigation at a later time in the courtroom. Only then, could the families of homicide victims find the answers that would hopefully bring closure to the loss of a loved one.John Wayne Gacy was a monster of a man who walked among us. Not only the families of his victims; but citizens, especially those who lived in the Chicago area expected that law enforcement had done a complete and thorough investigation.Dorsch knew Gacy and even had dinner in his home, the very home where the bodies of so many of his victims were later found. After Gacy's arrest, Dorsch responded to law enforcement requests to the public for information about possible victims and locations. However, that information was not welcomed and he was told "We don't want any more bodies" The City of Chicago rushed to get the case into court and obtain a conviction.The authorities had ended their investigation with Gacy's arrest. With a heartless disregard for the victim's families, known and unknown, they not only buried Gacy but the truth along with him. At first, Dorsch felt betrayed and alone but it was the stories and the pleas for help that came from the families of some of Gacy's victims that persuaded him to begin his own investigation. Now, more than twenty years later he is able to reveal all that he has learned. He will reveal never-before-know information that should have been discovered in the weeks and months that followed Gacy's arrest.
