Arkansas Attorney General Bud Cummins, who is representing the family of airport administrator Bryan Malinowski, who was fatally shot in an ATF raid, suggested the agency's raid may have been conducted to support a new regulation by the Biden administration. “As bad as that story I just told is,” he explained, “it's even worse if it's politically motivated.” He also raised concerns about the militarization of law enforcement, especially in situations where they have time to plan. “They had 1,000 options that would be safer than what they did,” he said. “They created this situation,” he added.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
