The Greens are calling for a beefed-up Privacy Commissioner to tackle major breaches. The party's campaigning on plans for the Commissioner to apply for penalties of up to $500 thousand for breaches by individuals, and $10 million for corporations. Any penalty would have to go before the courts. Greens Co-Leader Marama Davidson says the Manage My Health hack showed the need to close the gap allowing companies to treat New Zealanders' data as an afterthought. She told Heather du Plessis-Allan the proposal would see penalties match those given for breaches of the Commerce Act – bringing privacy protection up to where it should already be. If you've seen any action movie, ever, you love explosive breaching. There's something incredible about seeing a special forces soldier or SEAL place a charge, and blow a door. While most of us don't have the means or the access to try such things, we can always learn about them and position ourselves for greater success in our futures. To dive into this conversation, I'm catching up with Steve, owner of Chimera Concepts and breaching instructor for Core Vision. We spend some time touching on the logic and rationale behind shotgun breaching, but then dive all the way in, as we get into energetic breaching, and the science behind the skill. There's lots of legal considerations, and a absolute ton of fascinating science involved with using explosives to breach a door or structure; understanding over-pressure once inside a structure, the dangers involved with it. We got into so much, in a relatively short amount of time. An outstanding conversation, and one I'm sure you'll learn a ton from.Visit our sponsors! Our Patreon - www.patreon.com/prepared_mindset_podCustom Night Vision - www.customnightvision.comUS Duty Gear - https://usdutygear.com/ code 'PreparedMindset'

In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, former President Barack Obama chimes in on social media saying the motive behind the shooting outside the White House Correspondents' Dinner remains unclear, even as investigators review writings from the suspect outlining plans to target President Trump and members of his administration. DC Police have identified the suspect as 31-year-old Cole Allen of California, who allegedly opened fire at the Washington Hilton during the annual event attended by Trump and senior administration officials. Federal law enforcement officials confirmed to Fox News Digital that after Allen's arrest, he said he intended to target Trump administration officials and had prepared a manifesto detailing his intent, while also sharing anti-Trump and anti-Christian rhetoric on social media. Breaching has long been one of the most valuable skillsets in our community. To defeat our enemy, to eliminate the threat, we must be able to access that threat, access the hold of our enemy. While there's been so many advancements in breaching technology, the core concepts always remain. In this episode, I sit down with Chris Kuras of Good Dude Concepts to talk about breaching work as a part of a SWAT team in Florida, as well as what he's been able to bring to the conversation with the invention of his Breaching Rescue Bar, or B.R.B. As a tool that is accessible to all walks of life, with intentional design to lend itself to numerous needs, it fills a gap that many professionals and civilians alike have had to work around for years. We got into a lot in this discussion, and if you're interested in learning the skillset, this may be a great starting point for you!Check out Good Dude Concepts - https://good-dude.com/Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/good_dude_concepts/Visit our sponsors! Our Patreon - www.patreon.com/prepared_mindset_podCustom Night Vision - www.customnightvision.comHerrington Arms - www.herringtonarms.comRMA Armor - www.rmadefense.com 'PreparedMindset5' to save!

The Chinese communist regime has “created a market in the organs of their political enemies,” says Matthew Robertson, a researcher who has been investigating China's organ transplant system for more than a decade.Fluent in Mandarin, Robertson is a China studies research fellow at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation and co-author of a number of research papers on China's organ transplant system including, “Execution by organ procurement: Breaching the dead donor rule in China.”After conducting a forensic review of thousands of Chinese research papers, they found 71 cases where violations of the dead donor rule were essentially written into the paper itself. In a moment that stunned the world, Chinese leader Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin were recently caught on a hot mic with their translators talking about increasing longevity through repeated organ transplants. What is the true extent of China's forced organ harvesting industry? How are physicians in China complicit? It's been known for many years that practitioners of the Falun Gong spiritual practice have been a prime target—but are they the only ones?Views expressed in this video are opinions of the host and the guest, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Epoch Times.Editor's Note: Matthew Robertson previously worked as a journalist for The Epoch Times.

Highlighting the challenges and opportunities in this mission field, he discusses recent ministry updates, the vision for a new church plant, the call for more laborers, and the need for a mission headquarters. The talk concludes with an exhortation from 2 Timothy 2:1, offering seven keys to being strengthened by God's grace to fulfill our God-given purposes.Appreciate this content?
