Redlining. What a strange term evoking an antiquated way of thinking, or, on the other hand, evoking nothing, because you have no idea what it is. After that, things got really crazy. Somehow, Jeff inverted gravity. We are really not sure how he did this. It was everything that Carrie and I could do to make sure Julianna did not leave. We even had to promise to clean her house. Of course, that was after Jeff started to walk on her walls...ARGHH!  At least Jeff did not throw anything at Julianna....that would have been the final straw. The globe is warming up, ice caps are still melting, diseases are spreading, pollution is polluting, and the weather is more extreme every year. Jinkies! So what is a simple human to do? How can we prepare and make it through the next disaster? And the one after that? And the one after that?In this first episode, we’ll be discussing the planning aspect of disaster preparedness. Next week we will discuss building a kit and stocking up on supplies, and in the third episode of the series, we will walk through how to practice your emergency plans and why practice is so important.And note: These are not “go bag” episodes (although we will hit on that topic to a degree). The Corona Virus has swept our globe, changed our way of life, and forced us to look at what we’re willing to sacrifice for our own safety, and for each other.
