In der vierten Folge unseres Podcasts "Schiffbruch mit Jesus" tauchen wir tief in Simons bewegende Geschichte ein. Simon wuchs als echtes "Sonnenscheinkind" auf, stets fröhlich und aktiv im Leben unterwegs. Doch sein sonniges Leben wurde von einem plötzlichen und unerwarteten Sturm erschüttert. Simons Schiffbruch ereignete sich, als seine Ehe nach nur einem Jahr in die Brüche ging. Seine Frau verliebte sich in jemand anderen, und die Trennung traf ihn wie aus heiterem Himmel. Anfangs versuchten sie gemeinsam, ihre Ehe zu retten, aber bald wurde klar, dass ein Zusammenbleiben nicht mehr möglich war. Simon war es gewohnt, dass es für jedes Problem eine Lösung gab und dass er Probleme lösen konnte. Doch in dieser Situation stieß er an seine Grenzen. Er durchlief eine schwierige Phase, in der er sich dazu entschied, an sich selbst zu arbeiten und zu überlegen, was er in seinem eigenen Leben konkret ändern konnte. Die Hoffnung war dabei sein ständiger Begleiter, bis auch sie zuletzt schwand. Welche Gedanken und Gefühle durchlief er, und was half ihm, seinen Weg zu finden, während der Sturm langsam nachließ? ChargeOne ist Spezialist für E-Mobility-Ladelösungen und gehört zum Münchner Elektrofachbetrieb Heinemann Elektroanlagen. Im Gespräch mit Simon Roth, Leiter der technischen Abteilung bei ChargeOne, erfahren wir, wie das Unternehmen den Aufbau der Ladeinfrastruktur im Autokino DriveIn von Axel Wahmke angegangen ist.  Dabei handelt es sich um eines von fünf Autokinos, die Axel betreibt und in die Elektrifizierung gestartet ist. Er selbst profitiert hierbei von der Tatsache, dass ChargeOne als End-to-End-Anbieter für B2B-Ladepunkte agiert. Sprich, diese planen, bauen und betreiben die Ladelösungen und rechnen diese auch entsprechend ab. Durch deren Mietmodell ist es Unternehmen möglich zu monatlich planbaren Kosten, ohne Anfangsinvestition und Verwaltungsaufwand, wie Reparatur oder Abrechnung für Kunden, Ladeinfrastruktur anzubieten. Im Gespräch selbst erläutern Simon und Axel noch, wieso das Projekt gerade im Umfeld eines Autokino sehr fordern war. Klar ist wohl jedem, dass auf keinen Fall mitten im Film die Projektoren schlapp machen sollte. Auch der Strom für das Bürogebäude und die Kantine müssen vorhanden bleiben. Selbst bei Vollauslastung. Deswegen ist die softwareseitige Installation der Stationen genauso wichtig wie die Berücksichtigung der baulichen Anforderungen einer Liegenschaft, wie Simon ausführt. Ein intelligentes Lastmanagementsystem und die Steuerung über das Backend sind hier die relevanten Stellschrauben. Im Detail werden das die beiden Herren jedoch besser zu vermitteln wissen. Daher gehen wir direkt rein ins Gespräch. Viel Freude damit.

Simon Roth is very talented and something of a child prodigy when it comes to 3D modelling. Starting out as a freelance 3D animation modeller at the age of 12 he eventually went to university and on to a start a PhD.
