In this episode, I'm going over how I quit Social Media for 30 days. I tried this experiment where I deleted all social media apps and I turned off all notifications of my emails on my phone. I would even leave my phone at home when I do errands.  Based on current studies, American millennials spent on 3.5 hours a day on their phone and most of that time is spent on social media apps.
