להפך – היא מעודדת כל מי שחולם ליזום, להגשים חלומות, ופשוט לצאת לדרך. head in the sky and fit on the ground - המסע של Airis Labs נועם פרידמן, מנכ"ל ומייסד-שותף של Airis labs, הקים את החברה חודשים ספורים בלבד לפני ה-7 באוקטובר.
Airis "The Chef" Johnson joins Trish once again on the podcast! The two catch each other up on what's been going on the last few years. This talented, funny, and 100% real chef talks about being on Food Network's "Chopped" (twice, Champion once!) and what it means to do reality TV. She shares how she's been helping others navigate the waters of reality TV in an effort to help them for their appearances. Airis talks about her work on a new book (not necessarily a COOKbook) and where she got the idea for an adult cartoon - not that kind of adult - just more mature cartoon. The two gripe about culinary mistakes they see others make in the kitchen, they chat about pantry staples, and cooking in general.
The lines between the game and reality blur as a mysterious voice speaks directly to the players, warning them that their DM is stalling to avoid the Shadowfell. Key details, like Airis's letter, have been withheld, and now the Rain must confront their DM's fears while heading toward the Nightmen Cave. What is the DM so afraid of, and who—or what—is that unknown voice?
Airis finally cures the wererats he encountered long ago, but what happens next? Unfortunately, the audio was lost—so you'll have to tune in to the group session to hear Airis recount the story firsthand.

The Drow now know what each member of the RAIN can bring to their house as they are auctioned off to the Drow houses. While Nadia and Airis seem to understand that it might be better to play the part, Riku and Ishi are less than thrilled to roll over, even if to fake it. Who knows what the right call is? And how will the RAIN escape this Drow city?
The RAIN split up, with Honorcrest and Airis going one way and RIN the other. We focus on RIN and their journey through the cavern. What will they find within the Echoing Cavern, and can they handle it without their helpful healer?

The RAIN heads out to take on some cultists, and Airis's trainer Honorcrest tags along to join them. The RAIN can't even get a simple sheath for a sword without it becoming an ordeal. Is someone just purposely making their lives hard to make for some type of a sick entertaining game?
In this episode, we're talking about hosting better virtual social events. While the debate continues about the best way to work, one thing is clear: human connection is essential for productivity and retention. However, hybrid work models often leave employees feeling disconnected. As leaders, we must improve online connections. From hosting hundreds of virtual sessions, I've learned a lot about improving these connections. I'll be sharing my top three tips, along with ideas from our leadership community, on making virtual social events more engaging and meaningful. *** Links to further resources: https://www.jackboxgames.com/ https://www.quizbreaker.com/ https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/trivia/ https://www.td.org/training-facilitation-courses https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/writing-survey-questions/ Recommended activities: Escape Room: Crack The Mystery Escape Room Game: https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/3022220 Magic (InsideOut event: Gary Ferrar): https://www.ahrealmagic.com/ BINGO (with custom answers using BingoBaker): https://bingobaker.com/ Trivia Event (with or without a DJ): Cooking (InsideOut event: Airis the Chef or a favorite recommendation: Pasta with the Grandmas): https://www.instagram.com/airisthechef/?hl=en https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/1610894 Baba Brinkman (custom rap songs based on event interactions): https://bababrinkman.com/ Cards Against Humanity (online): https://www.online-tech-tips.com/fun-stuff/4-sites-to-play-cards-against-humanity-online/ Scavenger Hunt Cheese and Charcuterie Plate Assembly or Sandwich-Making Event (provide vouchers for attendees to buy their favorite ingredients, compile, and eat together): https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/1674019 Musical Happy Hour (InsideOut event: SongDivision): https://songdivision.com/ Succulent Planting (InsideOut event: KraftyLab): https://www.kraftylab.com/ Pottery Making (no kiln required!): https://sculpd.com/ Talent Show (let the staff show off their “other” skills) Wine Tasting (InsideOut events: ONEHOPE wine and Vinebox): https://www.onehopewine.com/ https://www.getvinebox.com/ Milestones and Celebrations (like baby showers, anniversaries, and birthdays—sharing life events creates real human connections) *** This audio blog was brought to you by Aquent, a global work solutions company helping guide businesses toward the talent, technology, and services they need to create a better future of work: aquent.com For more of our thinking: aquent.com/blog Learn more about Aquent's InsideOut Design Leadership Community: aquent.com/communities/inside-out
With the Family War stopped, the RAIN's debt to the Shroud paid, and Riku's former family assassin defeated, The RAIN can leave Addersfield and head towards wherever the wind takes them. I wonder if the wind can start exploring Airis's backstory?

Today's guest is Airis McCottry Gill, the executive director for employee experience and organizational management at the VA. Airis discusses authenticity at work, and the importance of building psychological safety and trust in organizations. She discusses the VA's employee journey map and the E-signals they're designing to improve the EX by using the human-centered design blueprint they used to transform the veteran's experience office. Link to VEO: Employee Experience - Veterans Experience Office (VEO) (va.gov) Ran out of time during the conversation to discuss this with Airis, so passing along more information regarding “Identity Insights”, the Federal Government's first intersectional approach to examine employee experience, recently highlighted in Chief Human Capital Officers Council's 2022 Federal Workforce Priorities Report (2022 Federal Workforce Priorities Report (chcoc.gov)): Identity Insights In 2021, VEO's Employee Experience & Organizational Management (EXOM) Directorate, in partnership with the Office of Resolution Management, Diversity & Inclusion (ORMDI), launched Identity Insights, the federal government's first intersectional approach to examine employee experience (EX). Focused on identifying pain points that employees attribute to one or more of the identities that they hold, the pilot phase engaged employees across eight identity groups that have been either historically underrepresented and/or faced discrimination and bias in the workplace: American Indian and Alaska Native, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic, Individuals Born between 1946 and 1964, Individuals with Disabilities, LGBTQ+, and Women. By capturing quantitative data to explore the role that identity plays in EX, Identity Insights is a pivotal step forward to driving meaningful change rooted in data from our workforce. Soooo, Riku gets a sad backstory where everyone wants to kill him, and Airis gets a Welcome Home festival thrown for him? It looks like Will wrote the wrong backstory.

Airis the Chef takes the spotlight in this light-hearted, real and honest conversation. She grew up in New Orleans with a grandma who cooked most of the meals and a mom who she credits for exposing her to not only food, but life experiences. It was in college that Airis - not being a huge fan of the cafeteria food - decided she wanted to do some cooking of her own, her dishes getting rave reviews from friends. Her path led her to New York City where she enrolled in nighttime culinary school. After getting fired from her first job, an opportunity at Whole Foods really set her on her path of working in kitchens. It wasn't all pretty, as she explains, and says she learned quickly it would have to be up to her if she wanted to grow in this industry. She went from line cook to executive chef almost overnight and she says all of the stepping stones, and all of the jobs has really set her up for where she is today.

Beyond 1st Level is back, and so is The Rain. With that said, there is a pretty big elephant at the table already. Last we played, Nadia told Airis that his father was dead, and now she has to... show him?
In this installment of The Gote Talk, Celly & Airis make an entertaining and insightful first appearance on the show joined by their fellow second year CFL'er and current champ Zo. After a quick interview on Airis and her outlook on her fantasy season, we delve into a number of topics, with a guest pop up appearance by Daz himself. Tap in

In this special episode, we have David (DM) joined by The Rain; Riku (Will), Airis (Cesar), Ishi (Kelley), and Nadia (Sam), summarizing and sharing their thoughts about the campaign and episodes 51 through 60 of Beyond 1st Level. How does Cesar think Airis is feeling with his party members siding with a Vampire? What about Sam and Nadia’s new look? Use this episode to catch up and hang out with Beyond 1st Level.
If the Rain is in the Edyn, Airis might as well stop at his temple. While he checks in and covers his adventures, Nadia speaks with a local Paladin and finds that her brother has not returned from up north. The Paladin also helps Nadia with a prayer to Nidon. In true fashion Ishi and Riku go off on their own and end up helping a local business with their spider problem.

On this podcast, you’ll discover: • How B2B sales differs from business to individual consumer sales • The most common misconception about selling • How to answer those pesky objections • And MUCH, MUCH more! This week's episode is from the DUG Mid Continent HART Energy Conference. We spoke with AIRIS Wellsite Services about Frac Sand, and the OSHA Requirements for it. Kyle was HIGHLY skeptical at first, as we are sure many of our listeners are. However it quickly became clear that there is a often serious hazard at play there that needs folks like AIRIS Wellsite Services to help assist with. Its not the"sand" or the "dust" that is the hazard here, see you can cough up that stuff if you breath in (not advocating breathing in sand or dust), but this super fine particulate that can build in the air. Daily PEL "permissible exposure limit" from OSHA for sine silica {Frac Sand} Quite an interesting episode for you today for sure. This interview and our one on one chats were very eye opening for us, we hope it is for you too. If you have any questions or thoughts, please let us know. If you need help from some folks with real world experience that want to help you keep your people safe, and keep your business profitable at the same time, check out AIRS. DJ CherishTheLuv, a breast cancer patient at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC, talks about the importance of PRIMARY FOOD’s role in her successful cancer treatment in this episode. The food on our tables that we put in our mouths is secondary food. Primary Food is all the stuff in life that nourishes us before we eat—Our creativity, our relationships, our spirituality, physical activity and interaction with this awesome world we live in. It was the great relationships with her Self, with others, with art, music, writing, nature, travel, food and dance, that were the groundwork of Cynthia’s successful and smooth cancer treatment. As Rev. DJ CherishTheLuv, she aims to share this knowledge to help others heal and find more ease and inner peace around the world.
