Read on for today's agenda below prepared by David (thank you very much). - Retired US Diplomat to 5 different nations David Hunter shares his knowledge, passion, interest, and experience.1) Assassination Attempt On Former Pakistani Prime Minister?: Last week former PM of Pakistan Imran Khan was wounded in the legs by what appears to be an attempted assassin while in Waziristan, in the North-West of Pakistan. He now claims the attempt was organized by the current Pakistan Government of PM Shehbaz Sharif, and with funding by the USA. Is he right? Does this matter?2) Saudi Arabia's Massive Investment in Elon Musk's Twitter?: Why is Saudi Arabia's richest billionaire Mr. Alwaleed, investing together with Elon Musk in buying Twitter? Doesn't Musk believe in 'free speech'? That is not what Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Moh. bin Salman practices at home. What is going on? 3) Is the US CIA Seeking Release of the Former Saudi Crown Prince?: Since his arrest in 2020, former Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef has been imprisoned. Reportedly in May of 2022, CIA director Burns traveled to Saudi Arabia to request his release. But former Crown Prince Nayef is a top competitor for succession to become Saudi King . Is Biden trying to replace the unreliable Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, if he can? 4) Is Iran's Drone Sales to Russia a Violation of the Iran JCPOA Agreement?: Iran recently admitted it shipped 'a few' of its Shahad-136 'kamikaze' drones to Russia, who is using them to attack civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. Is Iran in violation of it's agreement on restricting missile sales under the Missile Technology Control Regime?

Born in 1993, Samuel grew up with his brother, John (co-founder and CTO of OnePointOne) in Wheelers Hill, Victoria, Australia. Samuel (and John) came to the United States to play collegiate tennis in 2011. Samuel captained his Division 1 Tennis team at Santa Clara University and graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and in 2018 with an M.S. in Robotics and Mechatronics. While at Santa Clara, Samuel was involved in the creation of an autonomous marine vessel as well an autonomous omnidirectional robot. Samuel's Master's Capstone Project was the origin of OnePointOne's technology. Samuel and John founded OnePointOne, Inc. in July of 2017 with a mission to nourish the 1.1 billion people that began this millennium hungry. Since then, Samuel has raised over $60M from notable investors such as Fred Luddy, Novak Djokovic, and HRH Khaled bin Alwaleed. With that funding, the incredible team at OnePointOne has built the most advanced vertical farming technology on the market (according to Bain & Company). OnePointOne, Inc. employs a completely unique combination of aeroponics, automation, and AI, and stands apart in the field of indoor farming in terms of productivity, resource efficiency, and data capabilities. OnePointOne's Cultivation Chambers (CCs) are two-story tall, fully-enclosed cubes that grow a wide variety of berries, flowers, root crops, and leafy greens. Their fleet of robots manages the facility's operations, which include: plant movement, plant inspection, cleaning, light movement, and more. OnePointOne plans to build hundreds of these CCs throughout the world to combat major crises in health, nutrition, and medicine. OnePointOne focuses on robotics and automation, agricultural technology, plant-based food and medicine, digital cities, and the Human condition. Recently, OnePointOne launched "Willo", which is the future of personalized nutrition. Willo grows the best tasting produce on the planet. Members discover how complex, robust, and delicious produce can be. And their greens are built to last. With Willo, you can guarantee that your produce will last 2-4 times longer than what you would find at a conventional grocery store. Gone are the days of throwing out expensive greens that spoil just a few days after buying with them. Everything Willo grows begins exclusively with a non-GMO seed, with each plant receiving the perfect mixture of elements to maximize taste and nutrient density. By providing the ideal composition of elements for each crop, they can grow exceptional produce in significantly less time while amplifying the plant's natural ability to fuel and heal you. Willo's technology virtually eliminates the environmental impact of agriculture. Designed with sustainability in mind, Willo's crops are grown in a 100% controlled environment. This means that every single farming element is meticulously cared for, including the seeds, light, water, nutrients and air, resulting in the most pristine produce on the market. Their farms can grow anywhere on the planet all year round. Imagine the most perfect tomato you've ever eaten, grown in the dead of winter and delivered to your doorstep mere days after it's been harvested. Remember the taste of that fresh lemon basil you had on that trip to Thailand, and every other noodle dish has paled by comparison since—how would you like a fresh supply always in your kitchen? Picture a super kale that delivers an amazing supply of 4 vitamins and minerals in a single serving and tastes unbelievably delicious while doing it. And that's just the beginning. During this discussion, you'll discover: -Sam's journey into the health and fitness field... -Discussing wholesome parenting techniques... -How Sam developed an interest in helping people through better nutrition... -The moment Sam opened his heart to the betterment of humanity... -The essential elements of the Willo brand... -Aeroponics and AI farming... -How an app can allow you to personalize your nutrition... -How the Willo differs from other vertical farming systems... -What's the carbon footprint of Willo... -The future of vertical farming... -And much more... -And much more!... We've had doctors, athletes, and celebrities on this show, but today, we can say for the first time, that we get to welcome a real-life PRINCE to the PLANTSTRONG podcast. Khaled bin Alwaleed is a member of the Saudi Arabian royal family who makes his living as a venture capitalist - supporting and investing in green businesses, changing technologies, and sustainable solutions for our health and the environment. Khaled spoke in person at Plant-Stock about four years ago and shared his life-changing Galileo moment when he saw his health come full-circle with the health of our planet. It's an empowering story that he shares again in this interview. Wealth can certainly provide a lot of things, but it can't buy personal health or compassion. Those come from within and THIS is how Khaled operates - from his desire and obligation to make a positive difference because, as he says, “With great power comes great responsibility.” It's this responsibility that drives him to invest in people and companies that align with his values - that is to say - values that protect the planet, animals, and improve personal health because, at the end of the day, health is the REAL wealth. The Alwaleed Program team speaks with Dr. Rushain Abbasi, winner of the 2021 Alwaleed bin Talal Prize for Best Dissertation in Islamic Studies for his dissertation entitled, "Beyond the Realm of Religion: The Idea of the Secular in Premodern Islam." In this study, Rushain challenges the prevailing view that maintains that premodern Muslims did not distinguish between the religious and the secular and that this distinction only emerged with the invention of these categories in the modern, post-Enlightenment West. His longue durée study demonstrates how numerous Muslim thinkers from the medieval to early modern period (1000-1750) regularly differentiated between the religious and the secular in subjects ranging from politics to prophethood. Furthermore, Rushain constructs a radically different conception of secularity that, far from being opposed to the religious, was based on a desire to bring religion to its best and fullest expression.Rushain Abbasi recently completed his Ph.D. at Harvard University in the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations. In 2021-22, he is a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow in the Humanities and Lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies at Stanford University. The UN has called on Israel to scrap a new programme to force thousands of African migrants out of the country. Middle East Correspondent Yolande Knell has been speaking with some people effected and gives us the latest. A Bar Mitzvah would normally be associated with a boy who is 13 and a Bat Mitzvah would be for a girl at the age of 12 or 13. The ceremony traditionally marks a child's coming of age. However, as we hear its becoming more common for older people to have a Bar or Bat Mitzvah; second time around or maybe for the first time. Hackney Council have released a report into unregistered educational settings. They say gaps in current laws mean hundreds of children are not having a proper education and growing up without being able to read or write. Instead they are subjected to hours of religious doctrine. Hear more on the programme. And the Sikh Federation UK have called for restrictions to be placed on any Indian government officials entering Sikh temples unless for private worship... we find out why. Hundreds of churches across Germany are defying the state, opening their doors to offer refuge to more than six hundred asylum seekers facing deportation. And the numbers are growing. Dale Gavlak reports from Germany on growing tensions between churches offering refuge and public opinion towards refugees. And what should mosques look like in the 21st Century and what role should they play in the lives of young Muslims? Dr Khadijah Elshayyal from the Alwaleed centre and Hassan Joudi, from the Muslim Council of Britain tell Edward why it's an issue now and what may be uncovered. Khaled has bold ambitions to “relegate factory farming to the dustbin of history” by investing in technology-driven solutions like plant-based proteins and cellular agriculture/clean meat. In our conversation, Khaled explains everything from why he went vegan to his ideas on how you can use investments to create a better world, and perhaps most significantly, he details his projections for the end of factory farming. The world's population is projected to reach 9.7 billion by the year 2050 and the demand for meat is rising globally. Given that industrial animal agriculture produces 99% of meat available today and is driving massive amounts of greenhouse gas emissions, destroying our ecosystems, causing widespread animal suffering, and contributing to a global public health crisis, this system needs an urgent upgrade. Find out how Khaled hopes to achieve that in the next 10 years by listening to this episode.
