Tom is a Founding Partner of OvationLab, a business advisory and clinical research firm dedicated to assisting businesses and investors in the natural product, testing, digital health, and device spaces to successfully launch and commercialize their products in the healthcare professional channel. Beginning in 2001 with the formation of the first concierge medical practice in Virginia, he has a long history in the design and implementation of novel practice models intended to compress the translational gap between the discovery and the widespread application of best practices in medicine. His most recent new venture in this area is AndHealth, a root cause focused, largely virtual practice funded. Funded in part by the investing arm of the AMA, the company closed the largest seed round ($57M) in the digital health space in 2001.   Sunita Mohanty, Co-founder and CEO of Vibrant, is transforming personalized medicine delivery through AI innovation. Previously, she led AI for AR at Meta and spearheaded groundbreaking products within Meta's incubator. At Vibrant, she empowers clinicians to practice personalized, preventive medicine while maintaining their independence. Her background includes driving product innovation at Lumosity, founding the kids' product team, and playing a key role in launching The Primary School, an integrated health and education model.
