Welcome to another engaging episode of Agents Lounge, where your hosts Francisco and Marco dive deep into the crucial world of trade partnerships within the real estate landscape. Today's installment features a riveting conversation with Cesar Rodriguez, the master plumber and entrepreneurial force behind COR Plumbing, an enterprise that stands tall even amidst the chaos of the recent “winter apocalypse” in San Antonio. This episode unpacks the hard-earned journey of a dedicated professional who has built a reputable business from the ground up. Cesar's narrative is as authentic as it gets, commencing his venture with a single truck and a loyal canine mascot, only to navigate through the uncertain waters of a global pandemic. The true essence of his expertise is illuminated — a master plumber who has clocked a staggering 8000 hours and aced a strenuous state examination to stand where he does today.Listeners will be lured into tales of pipe-bursting winters and the mayhem it brings to unprepared plumbing systems. PEX pipes versus traditional materials, the life-saving nature of preventive maintenance, and the efficacy of annual inspections — this episode is a goldmine for homeowners and real estate aficionados alike. Learn what a TMP valve is and why your home's safety might depend on it, and why you should never take water pressure for granted.Cesar shares his love for deep-sea fishing and not-so-pro golf, rounding out the portrait of a man as committed to his family and community as he is to his craft. But the heart of this exchange lies in the emphasis on building solid relationships with partners like Airtegrity and the unanimous appreciation for Cesar's collaboration.About Cesar Rodriguez:Cesar Rodriguez is a skilled and passionate master plumber, and founder of COR Plumbing, which he started in 2018. With over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Cesar began his career in AC installation before transitioning to plumbing. He honed his expertise over an 11-year period with a focus on residential and commercial services. Known for his dedication to quality and reliability, Cesar grew his operation from a one-man, one-truck business to a six-person team known for timely service and expertise. He's respected for his comprehensive skills in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and addressing common issues like water pressure and flooding. Cesar emphasizes the importance of regular inspections and maintenance, valuing customer education on these topics. He enjoys using cable machines, a skill in which he's exceptionally skilled. His commitment to work is equaled only by his love for outdoor activities, including deep-sea fishing and golf, despite his admission of not being particularly skilled at the latter. As a family man and active church and community member, he believes in giving back and participating in communal activities. Looking ahead, Cesar envisions continuous growth for COR Plumbing, aspiring for a larger team and facilities, while maintaining the high-quality service that defines his business.https://corplumbing.net/About The Show Sponsor:The Agents Lounge Podcast is proudly sponsored by Airtegrity Comfort Solutions, your trusted HVAC experts in San Antonio, TX. Welcome to another episode of The New Quantum Era Podcast hosted by Kevin Rowney and Sebastian Hassinger. Today, they are joined by Cesar A. Rodriguez Rosario, Chief Scientific Officer at Strangeworks, who is discussing the parallels between quantum computing and the development of the classical computing world at the stage of vacuum tubes and the invention of the transistor.Cesar Rodriguez is a great example of somebody who is knowledgeable about the space of Quantum Computing and sees its possibility but he's got a decent level of guarded optimism and even skepticism on some of these results, which sometimes run fits and starts and sometimes even go backward.Key Takeaways:[4:33] Cesar shares what brought him into Quantum Computing.[5:35] Cesar talks about his academic background[11:39] Coming from computer engineering and having an unconventional journey through quantum physics, does Cesar consider he has a different perspective on the field today? [15:28] Given the current stage of technology, what does Cesar think of the role of foreign theorists? [17:37] How does Cesar view the reliability and the breakthrough potential of the currently existing crop of algorithms given the current limits?[18:57] Cesar explains what QUantum Advantage is.[21:08] From the landscape of the current algorithms out there, does Cesar feel like there's an imminent breakthrough in these scare algorithms? [23:05] Will there going to be more "dequantized" algorithms?[24:35] Cesar shares what he calls Quantum Value.[25:21] Looking at the theory landscape, what are the most exciting things to Cesar?[29:20] Does everything still fit into the general buckets of VQE and QAOA? Are there other categories that are emerging that are distinct enough from those two approaches that they have their own acronym yet?[30:52] What does quantization mean?[33:49] Cesar explains why quantum computers are fundamentally better at some problems than classical computers.[37:33] Cesar defines the molecular geometry problem[39:50] Cesar speaks of the beginning of Quantum Computing.[42:53] Cesar talks about a recent major breakthrough.[45:48] Cesar talks about the complexity of photonics.[48:28] Cesar shares the challenge of speed.[52:10] Kevin and Sebastian share the highlights of an interesting conversation with Cesar A. R. Reid is a terrific book for understanding the early history of classical computing. Tweetables and Quotes:“You can use some qubits and their quality is really, really good. You can connect them very, very efficiently, and you can connect as many as you want, in a way that scales, we have to do all those things… and nobody has cracked the code for all these bullet points.” — Cesar A. Rodriguez Rosario“Ideally, what's going to happen is that once we have the scalable error corrected qubits and all that, then you don't have to be a theorist anymore, and then I'm going to be a full-time quantum engineer and that will be healthy, I want that to happen since that would mean that the industry succeeded.” — Cesar A. Rodriguez Rosario“It's okay, that things are not useful, yet, there's nothing wrong with that, because we're still working towards that.” — Cesar A. Rodriguez Rosario

En este tercer episodio de El Border Kid platico con el fotógrafo y emprendedor, Cesar Rodríguez, sobre sus principios de la fotografía, distintos proyectos que ha emprendido, y la actualidad de su negocio más reciente Petnahpp.
Sitting on the plane last Sunday as my flight was about to land back in Miami, I was literally moved to tears. I had just finished journaling and reflecting back at the beautiful process that took place this whole year and feeling so much gratitude for the life I have, and for who I get to be for myself in my body. It's a tough thing to describe, this feeling of coming home to myself and arriving into the heart. In this episode, where we flip the script with my good friend and fellow podcast host Tanai Milgram, I do my best to describe it as well as the process and what contributed to it. Among a few other things, I share.. - how and why I went from engaging in casual sex to spending 12 months celibate in Costa Rica. - how I ended up in an isolated little town for 2 months and how that wound up being some of the most valuable time of my life. - who Cesar was 12 months ago and who Cesar is now. - my experience of jumping into the digital nomad life as well as overcoming the fears that came with it. - my new view and desire around love and romance. I hope that hearing some of my story provides an opening for the fruition of your very best life, and perhaps even your own healing. Thank you for taking part in this journey with me. Sending you so much love today and always. ----------------------------------- Listen to this Podcast on: Spotify: http://bit.ly/LIONpodcast Apple Podcasts: http://bit.ly/LION-podcast Google Podcasts: http://bit.ly/LIONgcastAmazon Music: http://bit.ly/LIONapodcast Watch the Video Version on YouTube: http://bit.ly/LION-YTSubscribe to the Love Is Our Nature Blog: LoveIsOurNature.com Follow Tanai on IG: @tanaimilgram

Compared to a couple of years ago, we're spoiled by how many real quantum computers we can access online today. Some systems are available through multi-hardware cloud sites like Microsoft Azure Quantum and Amazon Braket; some through individual system manufacturer's own sites. As more machines come online, and more businesses compete for quantum compute time, things are starting to get a little complicated. Strangeworks is working on making it easy for customers to control access and costs, all while providing shorter queue times to specific systems. Sometimes the best quantum computer for your use case is the one you can actually get some time on! If you've ever run away from a relationship because things got a little imperfect (or uncomfortable,) then this episode is for you! This week I'm talking with Cesar Rodriguez, an entrepreneur, blogger, and podcaster behind Love Is Our Nature — an open space for challenging conventional philosophies of love & life. He's breaking down the barriers and sharing his male perspective on why we seek a “perfect” relationship to validate our existence, but leave no space for the imperfect humanness to inevitably show up. We're digging deeper into the origins of the qualities we seek in our partners and why you MUST make space for humanity over perfection in order to have the relationship of YOUR dreams. You'll hear more about: Cesar reflects on his experiences as a commitment phobe Why you pursue validation through your relationships, and how this reflects your childhood experiences We debunk a common misconception about men and rejection Why the pursuit of the “perfect” partner brings fear when conflict arises The importance of making room for humanity, flaws, and vulnerability in your relationships How societal norms of masculinity influence men's ability to be REAL with their partner Cesar shares his enlightening experiences with plant medicine — and how it helped him get in touch with his heart My #1 reason you should detach your energy and slow down your relationships Cesar's TOP 2 things you can do in a relationship to be fully self-expressed And much more! In today's episode Sarah chats with Shelley Rodriguez of Hope for the Warriors. Sarah first met Shelley at an in-person veteran caregiver wellness workshop in Virginia. Shelley was part of the amazing team pouring into veteran caregivers, helping them take a day of rest for themselves, and to have a time out from dealing with all the ways war had come home. Shelley is a Texas native and has worked for Hope for the Warriors since 2012, when she was hired to develop and implement the family reintegration program. Since that time she has worked as a regional social worker and is currently the program director of Critical Care Coordination, the largest distributor of direct financial assistance and case management services within clinical health and wellness. Shelley is married to Col. Cesar Rodriguez, of the United States Marine Corps of Summerville, Texas. They have two children: Isabell, who is 24 and married to Marine Sergeant Andrew Wormington, and continuing her graduate education; and Isaac, who is 20 and is attending college in Arkansas and playing basketball. In this episode we chat about: Building a career despite multiple military moves Sometimes you can do all the things, just not all at once How Hope for the Warriors helps families Healing through sharing your story Exercise as a coping strategy How to stay positive when helping people when there are never-ending needs Creating boundaries to prevent burnout How to build a support network We hope you enjoy the show and please continue the conversation in the comments on our website, where you can also find links to all the resources mentioned in the show: https://www.bravelove.tv/we-are-only-in-charge-of-writing-our-own-stories,-with-shelley-rodriguez-from-hope-for-the-warriors/ --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/bravelovetv/message

Stumbling into the multi-level marketing industry as a broke college student, Cesar Rodriguez very quickly learned the importance of listening to the guidance of leaders. Starting out in MLM he had adopted the mindset of child-like innocence which enabled him to absorb the best qualities of leaders – also earning him the nicknames “the kid” and “the sponge” quite appropriately. Now just over a decade later, Cesar is an author, coach, speaker, and MLM millionaire. With his recent partnership with World Ventures he has shown that he continually practices as he preaches and is helping others work towards their ideal MLM success.
