Send us a textScaling TikTok Shop ads isn't about increasing ad spend and hoping for results. It's about strategy, execution, and timing. In this episode, I walk through the four phases of scaling TikTok Shop ads using a proven structure. This approach ensures that every ad dollar is working for you, not against you.By the end of this episode, you'll understand:How to launch Product Shopping Ads (PSAs) to get immediate tractionThe role of Video Shopping Ads (VSAs) in driving visibility and conversionsWhen and how to use Cost Caps and Target ROAS to push volume while staying profitableThe power of GMV Max Campaigns, TikTok's answer to Advantage+ and PMaxIf you're serious about growing on TikTok Shop, this is the framework to follow.Key Takeaways:Scaling TikTok Shop ads isn't about spending more—it's about structure. If your campaigns aren't set up correctly, you're just burning cash.Start with Product Shopping Ads (PSAs) to capture demand. These work like Google Shopping ads inside TikTok Shop and are the best way to gain traction early.Layer in Video Shopping Ads (VSAs) to increase visibility. Creator-driven video ads help buyers see your product everywhere, building demand.Use Max Delivery first, then test Cost Cap and Target ROAS. Focus on pushing volume before optimizing for profitability.GMV Max campaigns are for serious scaling. Once you have strong traction, this is TikTok's version of Meta's Advantage+ or Google's PMax, designed for brands ready to scale big.Growth Plan: www.upgrowthcommerce.com/growGet 5 Offers for 2 Products (10 in total) along with 10 highly engaging tried and true creatives, 30 captivating headlines, descriptions, and ad texts sent to you for only $99. Go to https://www.upgrowthcommerce.com/offer and order now - this offer is only available for a limited time.We love our podcast community and listeners so much that we have decided to offer a free eCommerce Growth Plan for your brand! Many of us have been awaiting any update as to what was going on with the cost cap results for the F1 2022 season. The FIA seemed oddly quiet and less transparent about the cost cap this time around. Seeing how the FIA had the current dominant team (Red Bull Racing) breach the previous season. Many of us thought we would receive updates time to time leading up to the certificates being issued. But, nope! The FIA and F1 release to main outlets that all teams have received their certificates and are in compliance. No one exceeded the cost cap. Okay! This is good news. So, why not more tooting of the horn for such a major accomplishment in this era of Formula 1? How do you feel?

One of the biggest off-track stories of last season was Red Bull being hit with a 10% reduction of the aerodynamic testing allowance it was entitled to for the 2023 F1 campaign, for breaking the budget cap in 2021. Red Bull's rivals might have hoped that the punishment would slow them down, but if anything the world champions look even more dominant this term. On this week's show, host Edd Straw and former F1 technical director Gary Anderson take inspiration from a listener's question as they explain how Red Bull have mitigated the impact of the ATR restrictions - and why their rivals haven't been able to take advantage. Before that, Gary muses on the challenges (and potential complications) that lie ahead for Aston Martin, with their upcoming switch from Mercedes to Honda power units in 2026.  And finally, Gary answers two further questions from listeners; the first on which current F1 teams he'd want to join as technical director (and who he'd take with him) and the second on whether experienced drivers can actually make for worse test drivers... The Race F1 Tech Show is back! For the first episode of a new series, host Edd Straw is joined by former F1 technical director Gary Anderson for an in-depth look at a bit of serious F1 tech that's used by every team on the grid: The semi-automatic gearbox.  With the help of special guest John Barnard, the man responsible for bringing the first iteration of the paddle-shift box to F1 in 1989 with Ferrari, we look at how the technology works, what performance benefits the system has brought to F1, and how gearboxes have developed over the last 30-plus years.  Gary also talks through his experience of developing such technology at Jordan in the Nineties, but not before giving his opinion on F1's recent cost cap controversy...  And in our listener questions section, Gary answers a question on the performance characteristics of 2022-spec F1 cars in wet conditions and low-speed corners. Does Liberty Media have a FIA problem? The cost cap scandal, tractor incident, and points confusion mar Max Verstappen's titles. The pinnacle of motorsports is really the top of a circus tent.Liberty Media has done a lot to expand and grow F1 over the last few years, but the FIA malfeasance, ineptitude and corruption keep getting in the way of creating the ultimate global fan sport. The cost cap rumors are true and Red Bull went over budget for 2021. Red Bull cheated, but will that actually be punished.Liberty Media also sees its 2022 season marred by an almost catastrophic Japanese Grand Prix. Pierre Gasly was lucky to miss a tractor and marshal who were inexplicably on track. Carlos Sainz has a massive shunt that had people questioning the reliability of Pirellis wet tires. And what should have been a great moment for Max Verstappen and Liberty Media, is instead a confusing memeable experience that deprives all of a proper celebration. Liberty Media has done a lot to expand and grow F1 over the last few years, but the FIA malfeasance, ineptitude and corruption keep getting in the way of creating the ultimate global fan sport. All this and more Formula 1 talk!Instagram: @califormula1Twitter: @Formula1Caliwww.califormula1.com
