Pour le dixième et dernier défilé du 14-Juillet de sa présidence, Emmanuel Macron a vu les choses en grand. Quelque 6 700 soldats, 98 avions, et 31 hélicoptères ont défilé sur et au-dessus des Champs-Élysées, à Paris, un record. Dans les tribunes, le président français avait convié une trentaine de chefs d'État, dont le président ukrainien Volodymyr Zelensky, pour réaffirmer le soutien de la France à l'Ukraine en guerre. Devant eux, près de 500 soldats des pays membres de la Coalition des volontaires ont également défilé dans un message d'unité européenne adressé à Vladimir Poutine. « Nous nous battons tous ensemble, et nous nous tenons au côté du peuple ukrainien », avait lancé le président français, Emmanuel Macron, hier. En neuf ans de mandats, marqués par la guerre en Ukraine, le chef de l'État a fait doubler le budget de la défense, passé de 32 milliards d'euros en 2017, à 64 d'ici 2027. La France veut se donner les moyens d'affirmer sa puissance mais aussi de soutenir efficacement l'Ukraine, en témoigne l'annonce, hier, de 16 nouveaux Rafales livrés à l'Ukraine. Fin juin, dans une interview à France culture, la candidate du RN à l'élection présidentielle Marine Le Pen réaffirmait son soutien « sans aucune ambiguïté » à l'Ukraine. Mais la position du parti nationaliste à l'égard de Kiev n'a pas toujours été si claire. Si le parti avait bien condamné l'agression russe en 2022, sa position était pro-russe lors de l'annexion de la Crimée en 2014 et du referendum d'autodétermination du territoire. « La Crimée est russe depuis de très nombreuses années », tweetait à l'époque Marine Le Pen. Officiellement, depuis 2022, le RN a tourné le dos à la Russie, réaffirmant régulièrement son soutien à l'Ukraine. Le président du RN Jordan Bardella estime même que la Russie constitue une « menace multidimensionnelle pour la France ». Mais l'époque n'est pas si lointaine où le RN empruntait 9 millions d'euros à une banque russe pour financer ses campagnes régionales et départementales 2015. Plusieurs membres du RN continuent d'ailleurs d'afficher leur russophilie, à l'image de l'eurodéputé Thierry Mariani qui considère que l'aide économique à l'Ukraine est un naufrage économique « qui nourrit la grande corruption ».Que retenir du dernier défilé du 14-Juillet d'Emmanuel Macron ? C'est une discipline libre mêlant sport et art. Le football freestyle consiste à réaliser des figures acrobatiques et des enchaînements créatifs à l'aide d'un ballon de foot. Le concept : deux freestylers, une scène, un ballon, une musique et trois rounds de 30 secondes pour le battle. La Côte d'Ivoire est le premier pays à avoir remporté le championnat d'Afrique de la discipline. Lumière sur le football freestyle à travers ses icônes ivoiriennes. De notre correspondant à Abidjan, Devant les yeux ébahis des enfants venus les admirer cet après-midi, des freestylers font virevolter un ballon de football sur une aire de jeu au Dokui, quartier situé à la lisière d'Abobo. Abobo, où la discipline connaît ses premiers adeptes à la fin des années 2000. Stéphane Bogui en est l'un des pionniers. Il est aujourd'hui président de la Fédération ivoirienne de football freestyle et des disciplines associées. « Nous avons débuté par une association, le collectif Donga Freestyle. En 2012, nous avons eu la septième vague de freestylers. À partir de là est né le club de Yopougon ainsi que celui de Marcory. » De ce noyau initial, semé par les précurseurs, naît la jeune fédération qui tente, tant bien que mal, de se faire une place. Objectifs : structurer la discipline et la faire rayonner dans le pays du football roi. « C'est à partir de là que nous avons eu cette stabilité et le tout premier championnat de Côte d'Ivoire, nous avons eu notre premier champion. » Auréolé du tout premier titre ivoirien, Abdoul Titi Koné enchaîne et en décroche deux autres, soit trois au total. Le jeune freestyler part ensuite à la conquête de l'Afrique et réussit à entrer dans l'histoire en remportant, cette fois-ci, le tout premier titre africain en 2018. Il récidive ensuite en 2019. « Remporter le championnat d'Afrique deux fois d'affilée, déjà, ce sont de grandes émotions parce que, quand tu es champion pour la première fois, on t'attend. Donc moi aussi, déjà dans ma tête, je suis préparé parce que le talent seul ne suffit pas. » Avec sa rigueur, Abdoul Titi Koné change peu à peu de dimension et bourlingue grâce à son talent. Il rencontre des personnalités du monde sportif telles que Zinédine Zidane. En février 2026, il est fait chevalier du Mérite sportif ivoirien. En reconversion de carrière, Titi Koné collabore désormais à divers projets internationaux liés au foot. « Quand ils voient qui tu connais, ils pensent directement au freestyle. Et forcément, il y a les gestes techniques, il y a des petits ponts et tout ça, ça fait partie du football, c'est vrai. Je n'ai pas réussi dans le foot à onze, mais je suis toujours dans l'écosystème du football. » « Le foot freestyle était fait pour moi » Sur les traces d'Abdoul Titi Koné, dont il affirme s'être inspiré à ses débuts, Kevin Mobio, dit Arshvane, est le nouveau champion du football freestyle. Sacré trois fois d'affilée, il s'est imposé comme le leader de la nouvelle vague des freestylers ivoiriens. Pour cet ancien footballeur, le freestyle est arrivé dans sa vie comme une évidence. « J'avais comme l'impression que le foot freestyle était fait pour moi, en fait. À peine quelques mois d'entraînement et j'ai assimilé rapidement les figures. J'avais vraiment envie de jouer au foot, mais je vois que là, je fais un truc qui me réussit facilement. Donc j'ai décidé de laisser le foot et de me concentrer sur le freestyle. » Résultat : trois sacres d'affilée. Mais en dehors des compétitions, le football freestyle se vit aussi comme un art de la scène. Arshvane : « On nous appelle souvent pour des prestations, pour freestyle est intacte en Côte d'Ivoire, mais elle jongle à petite échelle, à l'ombre du football roi que le monde puisse savoir que l'on a des freestylers. On a une fédération en Côte d'Ivoire. » Beaucoup ont découvert le football freestyle aux Jeux de la Francophonie d'Abidjan. Ignace Cassio, né avec un handicap moteur, y avait fait sensation. Il a ensuite participé aux Jeux de Kinshasa et s'apprête à disputer ceux d'Erevan : « C'est un grand plaisir de participer pour donner toujours le meilleur de soi en harmonie. J'ai obtenu une médaille de bronze, une médaille d'argent et, cette fois-ci, la médaille d'or. » La passion autour du football freestyle est intacte en Côte d'Ivoire, mais elle jongle à petite échelle, à l'ombre du football roi. Le ministre rwandais des Affaires étrangères, Olivier Nduhungirehe, est l'invité de la rédaction. La semaine dernière, Kigali et Kinshasa ont tenu à Londres la sixième réunion de leur Comité conjoint de suivi de l'accord de paix. Les deux pays s'y sont engagés à désamorcer les tensions, notamment autour de Minembwe, et à élargir le mandat du mécanisme de vérification du cessez-le-feu. Mais cet engagement intervient alors que Washington multiplie les sanctions contre des responsables et des entreprises rwandaises, accusés de complicité dans le trafic de l'or et du coltan issus des zones contrôlées par l'AFC/M23. Devant le Conseil de sécurité, l'émissaire américain Massad Boulos a lui-même mis en cause le respect des engagements de Kigali. Le Rwanda maintient-il sa version des faits face à ces accusations convergentes ? Olivier Nduhungirehe répond aux questions de Patient Ligodi. RFI : On a suivi, notamment au cours de la dernière réunion du Conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies, Massad Boulos, qui a déclaré que la RDC n'avait pas neutralisé les FDLR et que le Rwanda n'avait pas retiré ses forces de défense ni cessé son soutien au M23. Que répondez-vous justement au médiateur ? Olivier Nduhungirehe : Il faut prendre ces déclarations en combinaison avec la déclaration du secrétaire d'État Marco Rubio, le 5 juin, lors de l'audition à la Chambre des représentants. Il avait dit que le Rwanda est en train de mettre en œuvre ses engagements, même si ce n'est pas suffisant, c'est ce qu'il avait dit. Mais il n'avait rien dit sur la RDC. Mais le problème, c'est que les engagements de la RDC font aussi partie intégrante des accords de Washington. Et jusqu'à présent, il n'y a pas le moindre commencement d'exécution de ces engagements. En ce qui concerne Massad Boulos, le problème qui est présent, c'est que l'accord de paix est un accord qui a été signé par deux parties avec des obligations, des engagements sécuritaires. Même les Américains disent que le gouvernement congolais ne s'est jamais engagé dans la mise en œuvre de son obligation sécuritaire principale. Les FDLR sont localisées sur le territoire congolais. Les FDLR, on les retrouve notamment à Walikale. Les FDLR ont dit qu'ils ne vont pas désarmer. Ça, c'est factuel. Pourquoi vous ne quittez pas les territoires congolais comme le dit Massad Boulos ? Est-ce que vous pensez que l'accord de Washington est un accord unilatéral qui ne regarde que le seul Rwanda ? Pourquoi, dans un accord de paix, tout en reconnaissant que l'une des parties n'a pas mis en œuvre ces accords, continue de soutenir les FDLR, continue d'utiliser les drones pour tuer des populations civiles ? Mais dans le même temps, on dit que l'autre partie doit mettre en œuvre ses obligations, comme si c'était un accord qui ne concernait que le seul Rwanda. Donc il faut quand même, à un certain moment, être cohérent. Toutes les deux parties, comme l'exigent les accords de Washington, doivent mettre en œuvre ces obligations. Ce n'est pas le seul Rwanda qui doit le faire. Quelle est votre réponse par rapport à ça ? Les États-Unis admettent que la partie congolaise n'a pas mis en œuvre ses obligations de neutralisation des FDLR. Les États-Unis admettent même qu'il y a eu une intensification des attaques de drones. Vous avez vu la dernière déclaration du groupe international de contact qui parle de ces attaques de drones. Mais lorsqu'il s'agit de sanctions, il n'y a que le Rwanda qui est sanctionné. Donc, il y a un problème. Ça nous ramène à une autre opinion sur la médiation. Nous sommes déçus par la partialité de cette médiation. La partialité de plus en plus flagrante, de plus en plus criante, où, malgré les preuves sur le terrain, malgré les éléments que nous avons fournis aux Américains depuis l'année passée, quasiment chaque jour sur les violations quotidiennes de Kinshasa dans l'application de l'accord de paix. Mais à la fin, il n'y a que le Rwanda qui est sanctionné. C'est un problème. Qu'est-ce qui explique cela ? Il faut demander à ceux qui prennent les sanctions. Ce n'est pas nous. Et ce n'est pas la première fois puisque là, on a eu l'armée rwandaise qui a été sanctionnée. On a eu des officiers rwandais qui ont été sanctionnés. Gasabo Gold a été sanctionné par l'Union européenne, on se rappelle l'année dernière, et là maintenant par les États-Unis, ça fait quand même beaucoup. Oui, justement, c'est ça la question qu'il faut poser à ceux qui prennent des sanctions. Si les Américains ou les Européens disaient que la RDC mettait en œuvre ses obligations, je comprendrais qu'ils ne prennent pas de sanctions contre la RDC. Mais le problème, c'est qu'ils admettent eux-mêmes que la RDC n'a rien fait dans la neutralisation des FDLR. Et d'ailleurs, au lieu de s'acheminer vers cette solution, la RDC prend le chemin inverse. Par exemple, à la mi-mars, lors de la première réunion entre les trois parties, donc la RDC, le Rwanda et le Burundi après la prise d'Uvira, l'armée congolaise, les commandants des FARD, ont déclaré le 29 mars à Kisangani qu'ils allaient engager des actions contre les FDLR. Mais qu'est-ce qui s'est passé ? C'est que deux jours après le 31 mars, ils ont plutôt envoyé des hélicoptères à Walikale pour donner des armes, des munitions, de l'argent aux mêmes FDLR. Nous avons donné cette information aux Américains. Donc, il y a un problème dans cette médiation qui fait que la partialité de la médiation américaine ne présage rien de bon dans une mise en œuvre effective des accords de Washington, et aussi ne présage rien de bon pour une paix durable à l'est de la RDC et dans les Grands Lacs africains. Alors que le lieu de prière est fréquenté à la fois par les juifs et les musulmans, les travaux d'entretien dans le caveau des Patriarches, également appelé la mosquée Ibrahimi, illustrent les tensions entre les colons israéliens et les Palestiniens. Car le monument se trouve sur la partie sous contrôle militaire israélien de Hébron. Difficile alors pour des Palestiniens de se rendre dans ce lieu sacré pour les trois religions monothéistes et qui abrite les sépultures d'Abraham, Jacob, Isaac et Rebecca. De notre envoyée spéciale à Hébron, Lieu de prière et de tension entre les deux communautés, les fidèles juifs et musulmans viennent se recueillir sur la sépulture d'Abraham à Hébron, la plus grande ville de Cisjordanie occupée. Les uns l'appellent le caveau des Patriarches, les autres, la mosquée Ibrahim. D'après les accords d'Oslo, signés en 1997, la ville inclut une zone sous contrôle militaire israélien, la zone H2, précisément où se trouve le monument. Impossible pour les 40 000 Palestiniens de circuler librement dans la zone, contrairement aux 200 familles de colons israéliens. Face à la polémique entre Israéliens et Palestiniens autour des travaux d'entretien, l'enjeu est désormais politique. Devant l'entrée du sanctuaire, côté juif, l'accès se fait sous escorte militaire car les Israéliens ont commencé les travaux il y a dix jours. « Il faut refaire le toit », explique Aaron Maruani, l'adjoint au maire de la colonie voisine d'Hébron, Kyriat Arba. « C'est l'endroit où tout a commencé pour nous. C'est un lieu de prière aujourd'hui pour les Israéliens, l'autre moitié pour les musulmans. La chambre principale du côté israélien est découverte, quand ils prient, ils sont sous la pluie. C'est vraiment un besoin basique d'avoir un toit, c'est devenu un drame mondial, mais il n'y a rien de spécial. » En vertu du protocole d'Hébron, signé au moment des accords d'Oslo en 1997, c'est la municipalité palestinienne qui assure l'entretien des édifices publics. Le dossier traîne depuis des années. Pour Anouar Abud Eisheh, ancien ministre de la Culture palestinien, la bataille autour du lieu de culte est surtout politique. « Cela fait 14 siècles que c'est le patrimoine des autochtones musulmans. Quand les colons arrivent, qu'ils veulent gérer la mosquée d'Abraham et qu'ils disent : "C'est le caveau des Patriarches et les musulmans n'ont pas le droit d'être là." C'est de l'occupation. » À lire aussiCaveau des patriarches : heurts entre Palestiniens et soldats à Hébron La mosquée Ibrahim « est en train d'être confisquée doucement par les colons » La configuration du sanctuaire est particulière, explique Johanna, une Israélienne juive venue prier. « On est très très attachés à Hébron. Les musulmans prient de l'autre côté, chacun a son entrée, chacun se respecte. » Surtout personne ne se croise et chacun rappelle les massacres passés à Hébron : 70 juifs avaient été assassinés par des Arabes en 1929, et puis en 1994, un colon a tué 29 musulmans lors de la prière, dans la mosquée. Aujourd'hui, les militaires israéliens sont présents partout des deux côtés et aux checkpoints, comme l'explique Hicham Sharabashi, activiste palestinien. « Aujourd'hui il n'y a qu'un accès, une entrée, un checkpoint pour aller à la mosquée et après la prière vous ne pouvez pas rester, il faut quitter la zone. » L'armée dit assurer la sécurité des colons. La question des travaux va donc bien au-delà du simple toit et le rabbin Ben le concède volontiers : « Si vous faites des travaux de rénovation dans votre maison, ça signifie bien que c'est votre maison. Donc on montre que nous sommes les propriétaires de la maison. » C'est précisément ce que craint Anouar Abu Eisheh : « On sent le danger. On sent que le patrimoine de mes parents, de mes grands-parents est en train d'être confisqué doucement par les colons. » Le ministre israélien d'extrême droite Bezalel Smotrich a récemment déclaré avoir retiré aux Palestiniens leur autorité sur le monument : il assume une forme d'annexion rampante dans la zone. Rendez-vous dans l'extrême nord du Pakistan, dans les montagnes du Gilgit-Baltistan. Située aux confins de la Chine et de l'Afghanistan, cette région isolée abrite certains des plus hauts sommets du monde et des milliers de glaciers. Ses paysages à couper le souffle accueillent chaque année des centaines de milliers de visiteurs. Pourtant, la région est en première ligne face au changement climatique et voit ses glaciers fondre à un rythme accéléré, avec des conséquences déjà visibles : inondations soudaines, glissements de terrain et ruptures de lacs glaciaires se multiplient. Pourtant essentiels à l'économie locale, au tourisme et à l'irrigation des cultures, les glaciers sont également devenus une source croissance d'inquiétude. Plus imprévisibles que jamais, ils menacent désormais les villages à leur pied. De notre correspondante Ondine de Gaulle à Gilgit-Baltistan, Dans une pièce unique, simplement meublée, Malika, 52 ans, tablier noué autour de la taille, s'active aux fourneaux. Dans ce petit restaurant de Gulmit, au cœur du Gilgit-Baltistan, elle a dû tout recommencer à zéro. L'été dernier, son ancien restaurant, au bord de la rivière, a été emporté en quelques minutes par une crue soudaine : « Personne ne nous avait prévenus qu'une chose pareille allait arriver. J'étais occupée à mes tâches habituelles. Soudain, quand la crue a frappé, j'ai fui. Le restaurant et tout le reste ont été emportés. Nous n'avons reçu aucune compensation du gouvernement. » La catastrophe a été provoquée par la rupture d'un lac glaciaire, relâchant soudainement plusieurs millions de mètres cubes d'eau. Le village de Malika se trouve au pied du glacier de Gulmit, qui culmine à près de 7 300 mètres d'altitude : « Le dérèglement climatique s'est aggravé ces trois dernières années. De telles crues s'étaient déjà produites par le passé, peut-être une fois tous les 15 ou 20 ans. Mais leur intensité n'était pas aussi forte. » La région accueille près de 13 000 glaciers, les plus nombreux hors des zones polaires. Nous retrouvons Saleem Khan, guide de haute montagne de 34 ans, à la fin du glacier de Passu. Devant lui, de l'eau jaillit d'une vaste crevasse ouverte dans la glace : « Autrefois, le glacier faisait 30 kilomètres de long, mais il ne mesure plus aujourd'hui que 12 kilomètres, à cause du changement climatique. » À lire aussiAu Pakistan, comment le changement climatique intensifie les moussons meurtrières « Tout a été emporté » Avec la hausse des températures, les glaciers de la région fondent, depuis 2010, à un rythme environ 65% plus rapide que durant la décennie précédente. « Ces glaciers ont causé de nombreux dégâts aux terres agricoles, aux habitations et à l'industrie du tourisme. À terme, les habitants partirons, car il ne restera plus rien. Ce sera la fin de notre civilisation », s'inquiète Saleem Khan. Dans une vallée voisine, à Hassanabad, les crues glaciaires ne sont plus des événements ponctuels et se succèdent depuis 2019. À l'été 2025, une crue soudaine a tout pris à Ali Dawar, 74 ans, chapeau traditionnel vissé sur la tête : « Tout a été emporté : nos cerisiers, nos autres arbres fruitiers, les maisons, les étables... » Il craint que ses enfants ne puissent plus vivre sur ces terres : « Les experts nous ont dit que dans les cinq années à venir, les eaux emporteront tout ce qu'il reste. Mais qu'allons-nous faire ? Nous sommes pauvres. Nous n'avons pas les moyens de louer un logement en ville et nous ne sommes pas assez instruits pour trouver un travail de bureau. » Ces glaciers alimentent une grande partie du Pakistan, et leur disparition progressive pourrait fragiliser la sécurité hydrique et alimentaire de plus de 220 millions de personnes.

C'est une affaire qui fait parler depuis des dizaines d'années. Dans les années 1950, Raymond Mis et Gabriel Thiennot ont été reconnus coupables du meurtre d'un garde-chasse dans le département de l'Indre. Le 11 juin dernier, ils ont obtenu un procès en révision, près de 80 ans après les faits. Si la justice a accédé à cette demande, c'est parce qu'après avoir formulé des aveux lors de leur garde à vue en 1947, les deux chasseurs se sont rétractés. Ils affirment avoir été torturés pendant leur interrogatoire. S'ils ont reçu de leur vivant une grâce présidentielle, leur comité de soutien souhaite aujourd'hui faire reconnaître leur innocence dans le meurtre du garde-chasse. Sur ce point, la Cour de révision rendra son verdict le 2 juillet prochain. À quoi sert précisément un procès en révision et comment se déroule une telle audience ?
