C dans l'air du 27 février 2026 - "Epstein ou Epstine" : à quoi joue Mélenchon ?Sa prise de parole était attendue. Le leader insoumis Jean-Luc Mélenchon a tenu hier un meeting à Lyon, deux semaines jours après la mort du militant nationaliste Quentin Deranque, après des affrontements avec des antifascistes. Devant 2 000 sympathisants galvanisés, l'ancien député des Bouches-du-Rhône a condamné les événements tout en accusant le groupuscule identitaire Nemesis d'avoir orchestré l'affrontement : « Elles voulaient un incident pour que surgissent des gens armés, casqués, cagoulés. (…) Une organisation criminelle ! ». Tout en condamnant la violence de « ces jeunes qui ont perdu leur sang-froid », il a demandé la dissolution du collectif Nemesis et renouvelé son soutien à La Jeune Garde, groupe déjà dissous en juin 2025 : « La Jeune Garde n'a jamais voulu à aucun moment la mort de qui que ce soit, parce que leur formation ne prévoit pas qu'on tue ». Commentant enfin le scandale Epstein, il a ironisé sur la prononciation de ce nom. Une charge antisémite ciblant les médias, accusés à demi-mots de vouloir couvrir un scandale international, dans une approche très complotiste. Ses propos ont fait réagir sur X le président du Conseil représentatif des institutions juives de France, Yonathan Arfi : « N'en déplaise à Jean-Luc Mélenchon, un élève de cinquième sait qu'en anglais “Epstein” se prononce “Epstine” (…) Voir dans cette prononciation une manipulation est un délire complotiste aux vrais relents antisémites ». Sur le côté droit de l'échiquier politique, ce sont deux anciens de la famille LR qui se livrent un duel fratricide à Nice. D'un côté, le maire actuel, Christian Estrosi, candidat Horizons qui vise un quatrième mandat, et de l'autre le député Union des droites (UDR) Eric Ciotti, allié du RN. Les deux candidats se sont mutuellement disputé des collaborateurs, à l'image de Françoise Meunier, adjointe historique de Christian Estrosi, récemment passée dans le camp Ciotti. « On ressent des coups bas comme je n'en avais que rarement ressenti dans ma vie politique », a récemment déclaré Christian Estrosi à RTL. Porté par la vague RN à Nice, ville très ancrée à droite, Eric Ciotti est largement en tête dans les derniers sondages, tandis que Christian Estrosi semble payer sa proximité avec Emmanuel Macron. Le président de la République, lui, n'a pas hésité à profiter du remaniement d'hier soir pour placer plusieurs de ses proches à des postes clés, une semaine après la nomination polémique de sa ministre des Comptes publics Amélie Montchalin à… la Cour des comptes, chargée de certifier les comptes de l'État. Catherine Pégard, 71 ans, ancienne présidente du château de Versailles, jusqu'alors conseillère culture à l'Élysée, succède à Rachida Dati au ministère de la Culture. Proche du couple présidentiel, l'ex-ministre de la ville Sabrina Roubache est nommée ministre déléguée à l'enseignement, à la formation professionnelle et à l'apprentissage. Quant à Maud Bregeon, elle récupère le portefeuille de l'énergie, en plus de rester porte-parole du gouvernement. Comment interprété le dérapage de Jean-Luc Mélenchon, perçu comme antisémite et complotiste ? Une telle stratégie de radicalisation ne le condamne-t-il pas à la marginalisation ? Jusqu'où ira la guerre fratricide entre Christian Estrosi et Eric Ciotti pour la mairie de Nice ? Devant la multiplication des candidatures, Dominique Poêlon peine à s'imposer mais va prendre une décision qui va tout changer. La Chute de Lapinville Lapin, pervers narcissique en fin de droits, raconte son retour à Lapinville et sa décision de faire un podcast pour se venger de ses anciens camarades d'école. Il est bientôt rejoint par Chloé Bloomington, star de cinéma qu'une énorme shitstorm oblige à revenir dans sa ville natale pour jouer dans une fiction quotidienne à la con. Puis, on suit l'enquête de Spiruline, astucieuse stagiaire à la mairie, qui dévoilera des scandales insoupçonnés dans les plus hautes sphères de Lapinville… Tour à tour, les Lapinvillois témoignent pour essayer de comprendre comment, une chose en entraînant une autre, ails ont fini par provoquer la destruction de la Terre. Leurs destins entremêlés forment une pelote visible de l'espace dont cette série, cinq minutes par jour, va dérouler le fil. L'Ouest centrafricain, une décennie après la crise: l'hôpital de Bouar renaît [2/4]

La Centrafrique poursuit lentement mais résolument son processus de reconstruction. À Bouar, une ville d'environ 30 000 habitants située à l'ouest du pays, l'hôpital préfectoral renaît progressivement après plusieurs années de profondes difficultés. Manque de personnel qualifié, insuffisance d'infrastructures adaptées, pénurie de médicaments et d'équipements médicaux... Autant de défis qui ont longtemps empêché cette formation sanitaire d'assurer pleinement sa mission première : sauver des vies. Aujourd'hui, en complément des efforts engagés par le gouvernement pour améliorer la qualité des soins, une nouvelle étape vient d'être franchie. Début février 2026, le Haut Commissariat des Nations unies pour les réfugiés a doté l'établissement en équipements médicaux, redonnant espoir au personnel soignant comme aux populations locales. De notre correspondant de retour de Bouar, Dans les couloirs silencieux du service des urgences, le temps semble suspendu. Sur les lits usés, les patients tentent de trouver le sommeil. Le bras relié à un sérum, ils observent presque machinalement les gouttelettes tomber une à une, au rythme lent de l'attente. Cet hôpital fonctionne avec des services limités : la chirurgie, la maternité, la pédiatrie et les urgences. Martin Zekana est le médecin-chef de cet hôpital : « Nous avons un circuit d'évacuation qui est clairement défini pour des cas qui dépassent notre plateau technique. Il s'agit entre autres des cas de traumatologie, des accidents de la voie publique où il y a des fractures ouvertes. On n'a pas un service de traumatologie, ni de radiologie qui peut nous situer sur la lésion osseuse. Devant cette situation, nous transférons les patients à l'hôpital général de Bangui. » Mireille, victime d'un accident, fait partie des patients pris en charge dans cet établissement. Comme beaucoup d'autres, elle vient de loin, du village de Kpocté, situé à proximité de Bouar : « À chaque maladie, nous sommes obligés de venir ici parce que dans mon village, il n'y a pas de centre de santé. Nous transportons les malades sur des motos ou dans des pousse-pousse, même les femmes enceintes. Nous sommes heureux que l'hôpital soit doté d'équipements qui permettront de sauver des vies et de s'occuper des malades. » Des défis à relever Cette dotation du HCR permet de relever le niveau du plateau technique de l'hôpital, explique le docteur Martin Zekana, médecin-chef : « Nous avons reçu le Dinamap, qui est un moniteur de paramètres vitaux d'un malade au niveau du bloc opératoire. Nous avons aussi reçu des lits de réanimation, des lits mécanisés. Il y a également des appareils qui nous permettent de voir dans quelle mesure le malade a besoin d'oxygène ou pas. » L'hôpital de Bouar est le plus grand de toute la préfecture. Mais avec l'accroissement de la population, sa capacité d'accueil reste limitée et le nombre de spécialistes se compte sur les doigts d'une main. « Nous avons des difficultés d'accès à l'électricité et à l'eau potable, explique le docteur Zekana. Il y a aussi d'autres défis à relever en termes d'extension d'infrastructures, la nécessité d'avoir un centre d'imagerie et surtout de rehausser notre plateau technique. » Toutefois, un autre problème majeur s'impose : l'hôpital ne dispose pas de morgue. En cas de décès, le corps est remis directement aux parents pour inhumation. C'est un besoin réel qui se fait sentir dans cette formation sanitaire. Les images avaient fait le tour des réseaux sociaux. Une dizaine de CRS prenant violemment à partie des manifestants et des journalistes et utilisant leurs armes dans un Burger King à Paris. La scène a eu lieu fin 2018, elle intervient en marge d'une manifestation des Gilets jaunes. Face aux violences qui ont été commises, une enquête a été menée par l'IGPN, et leurs conclusions sont fermes : l'usage de la force ne semblait pas justifié, à ce moment-là. Huit ans après les faits, neuf CRS s'apprêtent désormais à comparaître devant la justice pour "violences volontaires par personne dépositaire de l'autorité publique". Les victimes qui se sont constituées parties civiles dans le dossier, elles, attendent que ce qu'elles ont subi soit reconnu par la justice. Quels seront les enjeux de ce procès, qui doit se tenir sur quatre jours au mois de février ?
