Musiques : Sisters with me de Tom Misch (Playlist RFI) et Peaux miroir de François and the Atlas Mountain.

The sermon delivered on Palm Sunday examined the profound implications of encountering Jesus Christ, specifically through the narrative of the healing of the man born blind as recorded in the Gospel of John. The discourse posited that biblical encounters function as both historical records and theological frameworks, intended to facilitate a contemporary living encounter with the Divine. Central to this message was the assertion that Jesus acts as the primary initiator; just as the blind man could not perceive Christ without Christ first approaching him, humanity requires a divine revelation to overcome spiritual blindness. Furthermore, the speaker addressed the complexities of human suffering, suggesting that rather than seeking to assign blame for tragedy, believers should view Christ as a Redeemer who imbues pain with purpose. This was exemplified by the transformative power of forgiveness demonstrated by the Abdallah family, whose decision to entrust their grief to God led to widespread spiritual restoration. The sermon also highlighted Jesus' role as a "Remaker" of creation, drawing a parallel between the use of dust in the miraculous healing and the original creation of humanity in Genesis to show that God seeks to restore, rather than discard, what is broken. Ultimately, the message concluded with a dual observation: a warning against the spiritual blindness that results from repeatedly rejecting divine initiative, and an encouragement that an encounter with God requires only a singular, incremental step of faith.Referenced ScripturesMark 11:8-10John 9:1-12Genesis 2:7

This week on The Thinking Muslim, we speak with Dr. Abdallah Marouf, Palestinian academic and former Media and Public Relations Officer at Masjid al-Aqsa, who delivers an urgent warning. He says he has never felt this concerned about the possibility of Al-Aqsa being attacked. We discuss the growing calls from some Israeli religious figures to build a Third Temple, the activities of Temple movements, and whether the long-standing status quo at the Haram al-Sharif is already being eroded.Dr. Marouf also explains the influence of American evangelical support, the recent attention around the red heifer narrative, and what these developments could mean for the future of Al-Aqsa. And finally, we examine the difficult reality facing Palestinians in Jerusalem today, and whether any change to Al-Aqsa could once again ignite a wider uprising across the Muslim world. You can find Dr. Abdallah Marouf here here:X: https://x.com/AbdallahMaroufIG: https://www.instagram.com/amarouf/Become a member here:https://www.thinkingmuslim.com/membershipOr give your one-off donation here:https://www.thinkingmuslim.com/donateListen to the audio version of the podcast:Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/7vXiAjVFnhNI3T9Gkw636aApple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-thinking-muslim/id1471798762Purchase our Thinking Muslim mug: https://www.thinkingmuslim.com/merchFind us on:X: https://x.com/thinking_muslimLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-thinking-muslim/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The-Thinking-Muslim-Podcast-105790781361490Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thinkingmuslimpodcast/Telegram: https://t.me/thinkingmuslimBlueSky: https://bsky.app/profile/thinkingmuslim.bsky.socialThreads: https://www.threads.com/@thinkingmuslimpodcastFind Muhammad Jalal here:X: https://twitter.com/jalalaynInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jalalayns/Sign up to Muhammad Jalal's newsletter: https://jalalayn.substack.comWebsite Archive: https://www.thinkingmuslim.comDisclaimer:The views expressed in this video are those of the individual speaker(s) and do not represent the views of the host, producers, platform, or any affiliated organisation. Il me fallait nager. You can be experienced. You can be ambitious. You can be performing at a high level. And still feel like you don't belong there. In this episode with Mohamed, we dive deep into something many driven riders quietly struggle with: The gap between external performance and internal belief. We explore: Why high achievers often feel like imposters Why results don't automatically create confidence The hidden pressure of being “serious” about your sport How fear of judgement impacts performance Why comparison keeps you stuck The difference between ambition and self-criticism How to build confidence that isn't dependent on outcomes If you've ever: Felt like everyone else is more talented Questioned whether you're good enough for the level you're riding Feared stepping up because “what if I mess it up?” Worked incredibly hard but still doubted yourself This conversation will hit home. Because confidence isn't something you earn from results. It's something you build internally, deliberately. Resources Mentioned:

Enduring devastation: "They redefined the human being in Gaza"

In this episode of Occupied Thoughts, FMEP Fellow Peter Beinart speaks with Jaser Abu Mousa, a 2025 Yale Peace Fellow and past Program Officer working for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Gaza. The two discuss life and death in Gaza on personal and collective levels. They look at Hamas, which Jaser calls a "symptom" of the problem of occupation; at how the past two-plus years of war have destroyed not only all the infrastructure needed for life in Gaza but also the social fabric, as starvation and deprivation have broken human bonds and relationships; and the ways in which Israel works to make Gaza unlivable. On a personal level, Jaser speaks of his experiences in Gaza, from the violence he witnessed as a child during the second Intifada to the devastation he experienced on and since October 7, 2023: his wife, Heba, and two of his children were killed by Israeli missiles in mid-October 2023; after two years of starvation and deprivation, his mother, sister, and sister's children were killed in the war in July 2025; and his family suffered other losses, including the killing of a nephew in the beginning of the war, injuring of his father, and arrest, detention, and violence against his brother along with other medical workers. Navigating these unfathomable losses, Jaser points to his faith in God and religion as guides as he seeks to protect his living children and look towards the future. Finally, Jaser reflects on how he relates to Israelis and declares that "if I strip him from his right to tell his story, that does not make me more just, but will make me less human.” Jaser Abu Mousa is a Yale Peace Fellow examining how Gaza's postwar reconstruction can reflect Palestinians' priorities while repairing the social fabric of society. Most recently, he was a Program Officer working for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) in Gaza, Palestine until the breakout of the current war in October 2023. During the war, Jaser lost his wife, Heba, and two children, Hmaid (18) and Abdulrahman (8), and left Gaza with his remaining two children, Abdallah and Sham, for treatment in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to his work with Swiss, Jaser served in the UN Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS), working under immense pressure during the 2014 war to report incidents, coordinated and communicate movements and follow intense political developments. Prior to that, Jaser worked as a social worker for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in the aftermath of the 2009 war, including leading a team of 50 social workers to run the poverty survey for UNRWA in the area of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. He also led a team of engineers to verify the work of a European contribution 30 million Euros known as the Private Sector Reconstruction in Gaza (PSRG). Between 2006-2009, he worked extensively as a political researcher in a Gaza-based think tank; during this period he reported on and analyzed Hamas' rise to power in the Strip. Jaser holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Islamic University of Gaza and a Master of Science degree in Project Management. In addition to his work as an analyst and a development/humanitarian practitioner, he has worked as a civil engineer at private construction companies and UN agencies. Peter Beinart is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Foundation for Middle East Peace. He is also a Professor of Journalism and Political Science at the City University of New York, a Contributing opinion writer at the New York Times, an Editor-at-Large at Jewish Currents, and an MSNBC Political Commentator. His newest book (published 2025) is Being Jewish After the Destruction of Gaza: A Reckoning. Original music by Jalal Yaquoub.

After studying engineering in Canada and Denmark, Imad moved to Switzerland for a postdoc at ETH where the core technology behind RTDT was born.Imad shares what it really takes to build a hardware company in Switzerland: turning a research prototype into a manufacturable product, navigating regulation, and validating a solution for an industry where no benchmark data exists. Imad also shares how early programs like Venture Kick and Innosuisse helped sharpen their pitch - shifting from “technology that can do everything” to a clear value proposition for one specific market. He explains why the wind industry is concentrated, hard to access, but ultimately ideal for focused, high-impact innovation.Imad offers an honest look behind the scenes of hardware entrepreneurship: spending months rewriting firmware, installing patches himself in the rain on 100-meter blades, and learning the importance of one customer, one use case, one application in the early days. He reflects on fundraising challenges founders face when developing hardware, the value of choosing partners who understand manufacturing, and the long-term vision of making RTDT the reference in deploying an interface between aerodynamic data and turbine control systems. This episode was sponsored by infinity.swiss, Switzerland's most advanced AI accounting tool. When something “bad” happens that you never saw coming, the default human response is blame of self, others, or life itself. In this episode, I invite you to consider a radical reframe: what if the “bad thing” is the precursor to an incoming miracle? Continuing the ongoing conversation about embodying a timeline of Miracle Frequency, we explore how tension is required for growth, why surrender is not bypassing, and how to hold pressure from a grounded seat of responsibility while refusing to let fear have the final say. I share personal stories, powerful examples of grace in action (forgiveness, resilience, leadership), and an invitation to those who feel called to fully embody Miracle Frequency: this path isn't random - you may have been praying for it (even unconsciously). In this episode you'll learn: Why tension and pressure often precede profound transformation How to shift from victimhood to radical responsibility without bypassing your human reality A liberating posture: trusting a bigger orchestration while keeping your feet on the ground What it means to step into a timeline of miracles, not just momentary moments of grace How unreasonable, audacious faith meets practical, day-to-day action Join the work: Miracle Frequency Masterclass (Free, 2 days) — Nov 13 & 14, 11:00–12:15pm AEDT.

Dr. Christie explains that “unexplained” can sometimes mean “we haven't found the root cause yet,” and she walks us through six of the most common hidden causes of fertility struggles—from subclinical hypothyroidism and nutrient deficiencies to autoimmune markers and environmental toxin exposure. Whether you're a patient searching for answers or a practitioner looking for a more complete workup, this conversation offers evidence-based strategies, powerful case examples, and a hopeful message: unexplained doesn't mean unsolvable.
