Now that we've got everything (well, almost everything...) put back together in the studio post-conventions, it's time to turn our attention to the upcoming fall TV season. CBS, NBC, Fox, ABC, CW, and the cable networks all have shows hitting the air starting this month, and the on-demand services aren't too far behind with genre offerings of their own. And yes, Killjoys and Dark Matter completely slipped by us this season. Good thing they'll both be around for a season three...

Hey ATA Listeners, this week's podcast smells like teen spirit as we begin our reviews on Book Two of The Legend of Korra with the first three episodes (Rebel Spirit, The Northern Lights and Civil Wars Part 1) where our favorite girl Avatar was being the typical teenager rebelling against her parents, Tenzin and even her boyfriend Mako until he set her straight. Then as we head into the Airwaves Rundown, the rebellious streak continues for some of our favorite TV characters/personalities with us reviewing the Burn Notice Season Finale where Michael turned on the CIA, Seth Green's sitcom about his relationship with a dysfunctional father called Dads and the New Girl gangs trip across the border to cause trouble in Mexico. Also Nico may also possibly answer the question that's been plaguing us all summer, how to get out from Under the Dome. So if you're feeling a rebellious spirit, have nostalgia for your teenaged days or love rocking out to Nirvana give this podcast a listen because it starts the Fall TV Season out with a firebending bang!
The roundtable discusses the Fall TV Season, how we watch and the Emmys.

You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into... the Twilight Zone. Actually, that's not true, you are actually just a ATA Listener who is going to let me tell you about the strange things that occurred on the editing room floor that got this podcast out to you so late in the week. As you can imagine, there was ain't no doubt about it that this episode had its awkward moments but some of the fun parts include a really strange noise being made in the background during our Doctor Who, Nico trying to reenact a scene from A Streetcar Named Desire, two grown men debating over a relationship between animated cartoon characters and Nico even going to the extent of throwing a Pretender reference into one of our reviews. I mean, who references The Pretender, honestly?! Actually, it probably would be Nico. However, before you start trying to open an X File this episode does obtain some sense of normalcy because it does feature our promised reviews on new episodes of Doctor Who, Castle, Young Justice, Person of Interest, Fringe and Supernatural as well as what we thought were the funniest moments from this week's episodes of Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory and Community. So give this podcast a listen because even though things may appear a little strange here at ATA, that's not going to keep us from telling you how all the laughs and drama from your favorite shows seem to be shaping up into a very strong Fall TV Season despite not all of the players being on the board yet.
It's Weekend Weecap Time On the PGP! Gina checks out contagion, Randy experiences Batman in 3D, and life in general becomes more awesome because It's The Fall TV Season! Plus, Randy has a bros night out and has to pay for it in the morning aftermath of Buffalorreah!
