With her rootsy Americana sound and modern country edge, Sionán delivers everything she represents: honest storytelling, heartfelt ballads, and country-pop melodies built to move. It's the beginning of a new voice that speaks straight to the heart, and it's only the beginning. From a recent debut at Nashville's iconic Bluebird Café to a showcase slot at industry-tastemaker event Your Roots Are Showing - and with plenty of tracks to boot - Sionán's debut single ‘No Revival' leads the charge as she stakes her claim in the new era of country storytelling. With a hook that teases its unforgettable chorus and a guitar growling like a lone outlaw, ‘No Revival' rides in like a scene torn from a Modern Western, setting the stage for a raw, emotionally charged story of betrayal, heartbreak, and the bitter truth of romance unravelling. Stripped-back verses and authentic, roots-driven delivery pull you into the moment, before the powerhouse chorus kicks in - a blend of stomping backbeats, gunslinger riffs, and biting lyrical honesty. It's tongue-in-cheek, sophisticated, and deeply felt - part Carly Pearce "Truck on Fire", part Miley's “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart,” - the track then seamlessly shifts into a brass-fuelled Latin rhythm section with a New Orleans jazz flair, akin to Beyoncés "Daddy Lessons", and leaves the listener with a lasting impression long after the last note lingers. Written from the real-life moment of walking in on a partner, drunk at a bar and in someone else's arms, Sionán shares: “It's the gut-punch of realising someone you trusted has broken that bond. The song came from a moment of devastation, but also from the strength it takes to face that kind of truth head-on. For me, writing ‘No Revival' was about turning heartbreak into something that could speak to others who've been there." One for both the girls and the boys, 'No Revival' will connect with anyone who's ever been blindsided when the drinks are flowing & the truth comes out, caught in that all-too-familiar twist of love gone wrong. Think Yellowstone meets Virgin River for the backdrop; it delivers that modern Western edge with emotional depth. A standout debut sure to resonate with fans of the rising new-wave modern country movement, 'No Revival' is out on all platforms now.

What if the emptiness you feel despite your success isn't a sign you're broken, but a signal you're ready for something deeper? In this episode, Andrew Anderson, a transformational coach for high-achieving business leaders, shares his remarkable journey from elementary school playground helper to teaching career to becoming the guide that successful entrepreneurs call when they have "problems money can't solve." Through two pivotal relationships, Xavier, a Belgian mentor he met at 19 who still coaches him 21 years later, and Kevin Hall (former VP of Franklin Covey), who saw potential in him during his darkest season. Andrew discovered how to help others move from survival to thriving, from playing defense to playing offense with their lives. From reconnecting with Xavier during his friend's divorce and flipping their mentor-mentee dynamic, to standing in the Virgin River at Zion National Park receiving divine inspiration to write a book that would later save a man's life, Andrew reveals how the right relationships at the right time don't just change your business trajectory but reshape your entire identity and calling. His approach cuts through years of traditional therapy in hours, helping clients rewire neural pathways and reconnect with who they truly are beneath the pain. Andrew reflects on honoring the versions of ourselves that went through hard things, why most people are playing not to lose instead of playing to win, and how a single conversation can absolutely change the trajectory of a career, relationship, or life. [00:04:42] What Andrew Does: Solving Problems Money Can't Solve Shows up in three or four important roles each day First as a son of God Husband supporting wife who homeschools and does foot zoning Father to seven children [00:07:25] The Origin Story: Fourth Grade Playground Met Lap, a Vietnamese student who spoke zero English Became his playground buddy through the universal language of play Lap helped Andrew with math; Andrew helped him with sports First recognition of unique ability to see needs and show up for individuals [00:10:50] The Unique Ability Discovery References Dan Sullivan's Strategic Coach concept Like Marcus Colius told Kevin: "This is the Holy Spirit working through you" Unique abilities reveal themselves through stewardship, not searching [00:16:06] The Transition: From Teaching to Coaching Six years as a classroom teacher Went through separation and divorce that felt like life was over Lost career, marriage, and family simultaneously Left teaching, sold real estate for one year, then started coaching agents [00:20:00] Client Success Story: "Jared" Nearly million-dollar business but struggling with drug addiction, porn addiction Couldn't have children for several years, had hard time keeping money Worked at deep unconscious level to find root causes of self-sabotage Process took hours, not years - created new neural pathways [00:24:33] Playing Offense vs. Defense Andrew's 76-year-old dad's wisdom: "Play to win, don't play not to lose" Most people in life are playing defense, trying to get out of pain First day and a half with clients: playing defense but with love, not resistance [00:27:37] Xavier: The 21-Year Friendship Met in Belgium when Andrew was 19, Xavier was 28-29 Still FaceTimes to this day after 21 years Has visited Andrew's home three times, supports his retreats Andrew's best friend and coach for deepest heart and soul questions [00:29:26] Kevin Hall: The Professional Catalyst Met summer 2015 during Andrew's transition period Former VP of Sales at Franklin Covey, worked with Stephen Covey Author of "Aspire" teaching 10 powerful words Saw something in 29-year-old Andrew during training event Took Andrew under his wing in group coaching [00:32:04] The Book That Saved a Life Standing in Virgin River at Zion National Park at Kevin Hall's event God said: "You're gonna write a book" Title: "Strength of the Oak, Strength of the Willow" Two things keeping him from suicide: the Bible and Andrew's book KEY QUOTES "Single conversation is guaranteed to change the trajectory of a career, a relationship, or a life. Any single conversation absolutely can." - Andrew Anderson (quoting Susan Scott) "You need to honor and respect that version of you because you would not be doing what you're doing and helping who you're helping or anything without having gone through that experience." - Xavier (to Andrew) "You gotta play to win. Don't play not to lose." - Andrew's 76-year-old dad "It's really hard to move forward while you're looking back." - Andrew Anderson "If you want to find yourself, you're gonna have to lose yourself. Today on The Marilyn Denis Show we are joined by Zibby Allen of Virgin River joined us to chat about Virgin River and Smash out Skin Cancer. Plus, where we hide items when we don't have pockets, the importance of eating in the morning, and who has the best reusable bag.
Travel along with me through my first fun trip to the gorgeous, dry, red rock canyons of Zion National Park in Utah, on my unique weekend "vegan basecamp" camping experience with my friend Deb and 30 other vegan folks in mid September 2025 (so different from the green, humid Atlanta region I came from). We go together on the iconic "narrows hike," sloshing through the rocky Virgin River in a beautiful slot canyon and later on a night hike under the stars. I also share audio and musings from the Weeping Rock trail, the Emerald Pools trail, Wildcat Canyon trail (and a few birds, bees, squirrels, a turkey, a tarantula, crickets, and mule deer...some folks saw endangered California Condors but I didn't). In this 51-minute "In Tune to Nature" episode that I pieced together from my phone audio, you'll also enjoy lively banter around the campfire (and in line for the Zion shuttle) with people like Tara, Ashley, John, Nova, Elizabeth, and Deb sharing their nature experiences in Zion and why they are continuously inspired to be vegan and help fellow animals (whether it's adopting a dog who was going to end up in the food system or getting stuck on a Las Vegas highway next to a slaughterhouse truck filled with panicked pigs). Elizabeth and Colt put together these community vegan group camping experiences as a labor of love https://theveganbasecamp.com/ cooking us delicious plant-based meals and coffee over a grill, and it might inspire others to do the same in their own park regions. On the trip, I didn't see that many Zion Park Service employees, but I always thanked them for their service and expressed my discontent with the insulting budget and hiring cuts that are making their lives so stressful. So at the end of the show, I remind us how to support the park service by contacting Congress and also joining conservation advocacy groups like the National Park Conservation Association. https://www.npca.org/. Plus there is a new public lands journalism outlet (nonprofit) that can keep us informed: Re:Public at https://www.republic.land/ "In Tune to Nature" is a weekly hour-long radio show airing Wednesdays at 6pm Eastern Time on 89.3FM-Atlanta radio and streaming worldwide on wrfg.org (Radio Free Georgia, a nonprofit indie station) hosted by me, Carrie Freeman, or friend Melody Paris. The show's website and my contact info can be found at https://wrfg.org/intunetonature/ While there, consider donating to Radio Free Georgia, a 50+ year old progressive, non-commercial, indie radio station, run largely by volunteers like me. Take care of yourself and others, including other animals from tarantulas to condors to mule deer. Today on What's My Frame I'm joined by Writer & Executive Producer Richard Keith. Richard was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, and grew up in the small mountain town of Beech Mountain, where he was a competitive alpine ski racer through high school before moving to New York to pursue a career in entertainment. He began as an actor, appearing in dozens of commercials and recurring on series such as NCIS and Grey's Anatomy.Richard later transitioned to writing and producing. His first feature, Fall, developed with Rob Reiner, never made it to the screen. He's now developing it into a novel with his longtime writing partner, Erin Cardillo. The pair began collaborating in the mid-2010s, and their first pilot won the New York Television Festival's comedy pilot competition, landing them a development deal at FOX. Shortly after, they partnered with Alloy Entertainment to create Significant Mother for CW Seed, which was picked up to series by The CW and premiered on August 3, 2015.Since then, Cardillo & Keith have sold more than ten broadcast pilots to NBC, ABC, FOX, HBO Max, and The CW—including three in a single pilot season, prompting Deadline in 2019 to call them “the most prolific writers in broadcast television.” Their first hourlong pilot, Life Sentence, developed with Doozer Productions and Warner Bros. Television, went to series and premiered on The CW in 2018 (now streaming on Tubi). In 2019, the duo signed a two-year overall deal at Warner Bros., focusing on adaptations and IP for the studio, under their banner, In Good Company.Beyond development, Cardillo & Keith served as Co-EPs on Fuller House and are currently Executive Producers on Netflix's longest-running drama series, Virgin River, now entering its eighth season. In features, the duo adapted Katherine Center's bestselling novel The Bodyguard into a film that is set to star Jared Padalecki and they have two other features in development they're not allowed to talk about. When not in the writers' room, Keith lives in Mammoth Lakes, California, with his wife, two kids, two dogs, and a reasonable amount of cats. And he still ski races with the adult masters team—because growing up is overrated.-What's My Frame, hosted by Laura Linda BradleyJoin the WMF creative community now!Instagram: @whatsmyframeIMDbWhat's My Frame? official siteWhat's My Frame? merch

Amy is fangirling over this week’s guest…the one and only Doc Mullins from Virgin River! Tim Matheson talks behind the scenes secrets from Animal House, filming Virgin River, the projects he missed out on, Hollywood back in the day and his celebrity friendships. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Phil and David are damn glad to meet Tim Matheson, the charming actor, director and now the author of "Damn Glad to Meet You: My Seven Decades In The Hollywood Trenches," a damn good memoir published by Hachette Books. Originally, Tim was going to write a book just about his experiences starring as Eric "Otter" Stratton in the iconic comedy "Animal House," but thankfully he ultimately decided to cover his whole remarkable enduring career from "Leave It To Beaver" to "The West Wing" to "Virgin River," so get ready for fantastic stories about not just John Belushi, but also Lucille Ball, Jackie Gleason, Clint Eastwood and so many other of the legends that Tim has worked with through the years. Hi everyone! Today's episode was such a treat. I have known Alexandra Breckenridge since we were babies in the industry— we did a pilot together called Locust Valley almost 25 years ago. Since then, Alexandra has had an unbelievable career. She played Jessie Anderson on The Walking Dead, Sophie Larson on This Is Us and now she's doing amazing work as Melinda Monroe on Virgin River. We talk about what it takes to build resiliency as an actor and why we both ultimately decided to leave California. I gotta say, she lives on a beautiful farm in Georgia and if you don't already follow her on Instagram, you definitely should. Be sure to stick around for the Hindsight, where producer Jeph and I give an update on the fires in LA and read your pitches for how I can brand a day of the week for Bo-Katan (Fracked-Up Fridays, anyone?). We had a great sit down and catch up with our dear friend, Teryl Rothery (Stargate, Virgin River). Take a listen!

Happy New Year, YFTers! So, 2025 is gonna be the best year ever, mmkay? We can FEEL it. Plus, resolutions just feel more attainable with a best-year-ever mindset, right? Speaking of resolutions, Wells is determined to tighten up his Sinatra-esque crooning skills this year, and Brandi wants to get in the habit of saying no to more things and protect that precious time we all need more of. The two dive into the Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni headline wondering who's at fault, and Wells tells us about his jaunt up to Whistler, Canada where he picked up a cheesy new nickname due to his undying love of Kraft Singles. Also, the restaurant scene in nearby Vancouver, Canada gets an A++ rating, and WTF is with QR codes now to order at restaurants instead of actual table service? Lastly, Brandi has a bone to pick with the producers of the show Virgin River and their portrayal of horse care (spoiler: horses don't usually just live in a vacant barn by themselves), and Wells talks about getting heckled during a speech he gave at his Grandma's birthday. Welcome back to The Sisterhood of Sweat podcast. Today, we have the pleasure of speaking with Zibby Allen, the talented actress who plays Bree on the hit Netflix series Virgin River. Zibby joins us to discuss the show's success, the challenges of portraying sensitive storylines, and her experience co-hosting the podcast 'I Like You Very Much.' Let's dive in and hear what Zibby has to share. Quotes from the episode: "It's an incredibly comforting show for people. It's a good watch, and it sort of is like a multi generational kind of appealing show." "We know how to balance things for one another on the days where there are heavy scenes." "I feel a great sense of responsibility to both carry Bree's story and also be an advocate for the reclamation of our individuality and our sexuality." "I would say that's probably my best answer, that I'm educating myself. Rain has been a really incredible resource for particular storyline." "You will not see the end of season six coming. And you know, we've been picked up for season seven, so it's not the end of the show." Check out Zibby's podcast: I LIKE YOU VERY MUCH The series is available on Apple, Spotify, and almost all other podcast platforms. The podcast, which was inspired by Zibby and Alex's deep friendship, was created as a way for them to share that bond and connection with their listeners. The pair also celebrate what they appreciate about their guests, where they have fun exploring and understanding more about their friends and colleagues in the industry. The podcast is a paid subscription (which provides access to the entire first season) where 10 % of all profits go to Save the Children.
