One World in a New World with Mac McGregor - Author, World Champion, The Gender Sensei This is an apocalyptic chat you'll love! Mac is a world champion martial artist who promotes the value of diversity, a transformation from growing up in the Bible Belt of the U.S. as a female. He's got a great sense of humor, too. You'll find the conversation insightful, warm and vulnerable. He speaks of the tendency to put people in boxes; just never seemed to fit. He saw early how the 'God is love' had a big 'but' after it, especially for the lbtqia community. His work, through Positive Masculinity, reflects an inspired evo-leap in behavior in others toward diversity and inclusion. Mac's story is circuitous and complementary, weaving through constrictive belief systems, with insatiable curiosity and many trips to the principal's office in parochial school. He shares realizations along the way from his continued curiosity and desire for making sense. His two questions, from very young, were, 'What am I here?,' and, 'What is my purpose?' What are yours? Are you having challenges with identity? Nonbinary and transgender identity may be a choice for you. Our conversation is a jovial dive into the follies and foibles of being stuck in old paradigms. He notes at 16, reading Leo Buscaglia, Course in Miracles and Elizabeth Kubler-Ross nurtured his inquiry. Zen shares his introduction to an inner voice at 4. Mac opens up and shares an early Out-of-Body Experience that you'll find insightful. The next occurred during a competition, after over a dozen matches in one day. His description and the conversation that evolves speaks to the understanding and use of energy. His shares how he demonstrated 'combat chi' on Ripley's Believe It or Not. The sharing of his feats is mind-blowing. You'll be fascinated at the first-hand account of what is possible. Zen moves the needle a bit more sharing a story about bi-location, which prompts Mac to acknowledge the deep responsibility for the use of energy and sacredness of it. A brief discussion of the Live and Let Live Movement moves Mac to sharing that we shouldn't be threatened by others if we are secure in who we are. His journey and understanding of diversity is way beyond the norm. It's quite moving. Speaking of moving, Mac shares a life-changing experience he has in his 30s. It's about caring for a mentally ill mother for most of his life, being the oldest of five children. The former self was also in transition to the present self, and the need for advocacy for diversity and inclusion. It's heart-wrenching and transcendent, too. The conversation continues with a wonderful flow of diving deep and making sense. Many are faced with challenging body identity and the misunderstandings of others. We're all just people, after all. One World in a New World with Julie Kratz - Author & Chief Engagement Officer, Next Pivot Point At 8, Julie heard a riddle that presented a stark difference in what she considered to be normal. She speaks to how her home life affected her world view and started her quest toward diversity and inclusion activities. How cognizant are we of what is happening around us? How do we process the self-awareness of developing the 'radar' Julie speaks of in the growth and understanding of life. How much of your language do you 'genderize' in your conversations? Can you change it to be inclusive? How often do you pay attention to your language? Are you observant and able to monitor the pre-thinking of what you are about to say? Do you hit the pause button first? Are you aware of the micro-expressions Julie mentions? The blame and shame game is still prevalent. How do we change that? Julie posits we still live largely in a competitive framework that holds a scarcity mindset. How might we change that to a thriving mind flow instead? What are the micro-expressions that bind us, still? Is it surprising that the rate of burnout is so high with people who work in the diversity and inclusion fields? How can the 'freshness' of the excitement in service be retained? Julie mentions there is nothing innate in our biology that we are in any way 'against' each other, yet our society promotes a different message. How do we unlearn what we've been taught? We dip into talking about history. It's obvious today that history is incorrect, or at least marginalized to a great extent. Victors and the wealthy controllers of the media flow in its myriad forms still write history. Even doing our own research may not be enough, though it does bring questions about the truth of it. How might we see things differently in life in order to provide a more positive impact for ourselves and others? Julie feels engaging young people in the conversation is more important today, not to diminish the importance of older others. The hard-wiring of of our brains is still malleable in younger generations as well. There's much more valuable information shared in this apocalyptic chat. It's all about the questions we ask and the conversations we have that make a difference in the world, one at a time. One World in a New World with Lion Goodman - Founder, CEO of Clear Beliefs Institute Lion's journey is quite unique, exploring ESP and reincarnation in junior high and psychology in high school, trying to figure out 'who we are.' Inquisitive minds dive deep into the nature of reality, our beliefs about life and how grow into mature adults with sensitivity and wisdom. Lion speaks of an early mentor/teacher who taught him about inquiry. What is the nature of human nature? What is the nature of human motivation? What is the nature of life and why are we here? Have you considered these questions and explored them further? What have you found? Insights from Lion's recollection were about study; anything we study, we study about ourselves in relationship to it and the world through that lens. Do we consider that insight and the subtle, yet profound, impact on our lives through the unfolding of our relationships to life, self and others? The conversation seems almost scripted in the question, answer and discussion process. We use pattern recognition for establishing our behavior and beliefs in life. Patterns for survival are behavioral, experiential. The challenge is the clear old patterns that aren't useful as we mature. How does this kind of awareness, pattern recognition and more, reflect in the development of your character, personality and the life you've chosen to live? Can it change if necessary or are you locked into a secure place and immobile? Lion shares a really interesting story about another gentleman he met and spent time under his tutelage. The early meeting and eventual reconnection experience is replete with a pattern some are gifted in being able to experience. Listen in for the sub-zero story. Do you have to get shot in the head multiple times to wake up? The last question actually happened to Lion, and obviously he survived. How did he create the scenario for it to happen. Listen in to the story and much, much more in this apocalyptic chat that will truly tickle the tendrils in your brain. These kinds of conversations are invaluable as we progress in our collective evolutionary process and re-imagine the possibilities that are right in front of us. Thanks in advance. One World in a New World with Victor Vorski - Imagineer, Regenerative Real Estate Producer As a preface to our in-depth conversation we clarify what 'regenerative' means in the efforts of people desiring to co-create community around the concept. He quotes Jenny Anderson, "Regeneration is about healing the story of separation between men and nature and men and men." Are we really separate? What evidence might you cite? Victor talks about being passionate about questions; exploring them allowing divergent perspectives in conversation regarding the question. Curiosity opens participants to creativity and exploration in more psychologically safe and intellectually humble environments as a result. His perspective on questions is quite valuable. Reflecting his youth, he shares he didn't quite have as dramatic an awakening as Zen. His was a bit slower, spending time in nature with his grandmother talking walks in the forest. It developed his appreciating and early fascination with nature and a sense of deeper connection with life. His reflection on living in Poland as a boy, and a realization he had, speaks to early self-awareness. Further in the conversation, and in sharp contrast, he asserts that things are possibly much different than some great cabal reaping rewards while others are miserable. His perspective is eye-opening. How do we develop good or better questions? What are the problems we are trying to solve? How do we have integrative conversations across differences? Victor speaks about the development of villages, which is his passion, and the research that lead him to studying education. Peter Graves caught his attention regarding his findings on 'free play' with children. What he shares speaks to the nature of anarchy, self-rule, and that it leads to more natural order of agreement on the rules of their engagement. Speaking to the expansion of opportunity within the 'global village' Victor shares that Live and Let Live Foundation is an example of a small organization being global through the access and availability of the Internet. It's organic growth is magnified by accessibility. He shares the Internet is becoming the neural network of the global brain. In closing, he shares a profound piece of advice for living today. He nearly died twice, once from a bleeding ulcer and once from a stroke. His advice is priceless and timely for today. One World in a New World with Perry Knoppert - Founder & CEO, The Octopus Movement - Multipotentialite Asked how and where his journey inside he relates that a teacher told his father he couldn't read him. He was kind of proud of that, as was his father. It took him many years to overcome the labels and enjoy his weirdness. Listen in to the journey. His story about trying to find the balance between being cool or being weird, accepted or outcast, he shares a great reflection with examples. He felt lost between the inner drive to just be who he was and the outer conditions and the desire to fit in. Diversity cannot be simplified; it's diversity. We all have events that trigger our rise from the shadows of our life. Perry is no different and his sharing of his journey will certainly sound familiar to some, perhaps in your own trip. Others will certainly be inspired by the authenticity of how he describes his 'LSD' trip. That ought to make you curious. Perry makes the distinction between a mycelium network vs a community. Why? His description of the difference and the advantages of the network is enlightening, perhaps apocalyptic. He believes there are many non-linear thinkers who see things from multiple angles and can converse about them in psychological safety and intellectual humility. Perry mentions the interesting perspective of he and Zen being biologically connected through the internet... fiber optic cable stretched across the ocean and transmitting 0s and 1s that bring us face to face from afar, sharing a common space between us. Now that is magic, eh? No longer. Imagine what other magic might be understood through critical thinking and non-linear activity across the world. Asked how he sees the evolution of linear and non-linear thinkers learning to get along, he starts with expectations, both of self and others. What would happen if we learned how to bridge the gap and supported a natural process through deeper conversations and reflection? Perry also shares that he's found that when people are a bit fearless, their curiosity diminishes. How can you increase your curiosity about life, about you, about living fully and a better world? One World in a New World with Sunny Job - Fear Elimination Ninja Sunny speaks of growing up in the slums of Mumbai and admits the connection to the divine was through guilt, feeling guilty about his identity as a human because we are 'born into sin.' He relates a profoundly connected experience he had at 15, less than 24 hours before his family was to be evicted from their home, with no where to go. You'll be warmed by the story. Noting his professional history as a training manager for over 3,000, we peer into how he brought his insight and awareness of his own inner connection to his work. Sunny's reflection of how and what happened is keenly insightful and offers more evidence of a divinely orchestrated series of events. Moving on to discussing how the connection to 'Self' (non-local mind/infinite intelligence), both share instances where the ego steps aside and a stream of consciousness flows in the words spoken or written. Sunny speaks of 'not thinking' being the key to opening the door to that kind of experience. You'll hear a great explanation of the process that might be useful to you. When we find ourselves in a space where we feel left out, totally disconnected, we tend to rebound and go the other direction, feeling so connected we're often unable to be practical and pragmatic. Sunny notes his own process and the gradually balancing in the middle place, realizing he didn't need to know the whole route, only that he was on it. Have you ever thought about something strongly, like a book, and it shows up the next day, or within a few days? Would you recognize the connection? What if it took longer, perhaps years, would you make the connection immediately, or in hindsight years later? Sunny shares another shift in his life, exploring books and courses, and something came as a complete surprise at the time. How do you face your fears? Sunny learned from experience that there was a way to confront his fears, literally in the darkness. His inquiry was toward exploring the dark and just seeing what was lurking, if anything. He found out by the experience that there was nothing, only what might have been his projections had he chose to be fearful. He mentions that, to him, a belief is a decision to stop exploring. One World in a New World with Stephan A Schwartz - Scientist, Futurist, Author Stephan has a rich history with parapsychology, exploring consciousness and looking into the future. It is especially pertinent now, and you'll enjoy the perspectives he offers in our conversation that covers a lot of territory in a short amount of time. We start off with a bit of a challenge with the bandwidth, so you get to look at Zen for a bit while we get into the educational content. Stephan begins with a discomforting experience of talking to himself in the mirror at a party. Mirror, mirror... nope, different story. It was just the opposite. He shares a story that may be all too familiar. A short while later, a couple showed up with some really strange questions about reincarnation that eventually led him to the Edgar Cayce Foundation and the Association for Research and Enlightenment. The story is truly fascinating and will no doubt raise some eyebrows as well as confirm suspicions. How did it happen? His research led him to exploring parapsychology and what is now known as 'remote viewing.' Unpacking the kinds of experiences that he had from his studies in consciousness, he refers to Max Planck's work and a quote from him, 'Consciousness is causal and fundamental.' Pay attention to what he reveals in addressing his perspective on the topic and how his first experiments with remote viewing proved worthy of further study. We don't think about these kinds of things too often, yet have you ever tried to 'visualize' where you might have left something? Stephan has combined experimentation with a well-researched and documented process. Moving from his personal experience to referencing the potentials of consciousness, he shares a few stories from others in history who've applied the 'psycho-spiritual' technology of the nature of 'beingness.' Did the British leave India by force or by choice? Zen asks a few poignant questions about the possibilities for peace in the world and truncating the timeframe to do so being possible, based on the data and research Stephan has shared. His answer is also poignant. You've got to listen in for more. We discuss various scenarios of the future and how the use of 'future knowing' in spite of the trends and the potential of 'other' influences. The conversation gets quite interesting from a cultural anthropology point of view. Is there another hominid change on the way? Thanks for tuning in and share your thoughts below, please. One World in a New World with George J. Chanos - Author, Speaker, Futurist As a former Attorney General for Nevada, George's introduction and highlights seem cursory for the depth of discussion that ensues. You'll have a grand journey with this conversation. As a futurist, his insights are very real and cognizant of current conditions. George relates his first event that spoke to him deeply was President Kennedy's assassination. It was a crucial moment for many. He admits that perhaps he isn't as introspective as the host, yet because of the experience he came to want to be president someday. George presents that deep down we all want to have a meaningful life. Would you agree? Would you be corruptible for enough money? George relates that after another event at 20 years of age that sent him another direction; being on the elevator with the ABSCAM co-conspirators as they were on their way to resign in disgrace. He knew he had to be bulletproof, metaphorically. What would you do or have you done to be bulletproof? How do you prepare for the future? How do you prepare your children for the future? George has some pertinent insights as to how he found direction in doing so after his heart attack and writing a book that essentially 'downloaded' his knowledge, as something for his daughter to have and know. George mentions Sheryl Sandberg's quote, "We cannot change what we are not aware of, and once we are aware, we cannot help but change." He speaks to the coming changes as we move toward the technological singularity. Georges goes on to mention 'Ogilvy on Advertising.' He specifically notes the 'helicopter perspective' as being essential in his problem-solving work, which was his special sauce for hire for many years. What is on your horizon? What do you see in our collective future? How are you preparing for a future that you want to create or live? What kinds of decisions are you making? Are you looking beyond the horizon? How far inside are you looking? How far outside are you looking? How are we addressing the challenges we face collectively? Change is coming and adaptability is key. There's more... tune in. Even then she said goodbye to the sky rather than his body in front of her. It was a year later she had her first spiritually transformative experience. Our discussion of multiple perspectives of sensory perspectives she had during her experience and the learning that unfolded may sound familiar. We often lose ourselves before finding ourselves. Her life became one of listening and paying attention, which led her to Barcelona. Zen reflects a bit and then inquires of how Jeannette found her way to Barcelona, the events (both inner and outer) that set it up. Her sharing of the journey, from both perspectives, is quite insightful and offers much to consider in your own reflection. Jeannette lives and works in a place of acknowledging co-creation, across her professional and personal endeavors. She leads technology teams and founded Positive Impact Movement to support work and play at a different level in life. She still went through her own eye of the needle that is worth investigating with a clear and present awareness of an evolving process. You'll enjoy the discussion that evolves about socially conscious entrepreneurship and socially conscious leadership. Sometimes both work together well, sometimes not. Learning about both does allow for a cohesion of activity in organizations toward greater functionality and impact. One World in a New World with Neo Davila - aka Neo Positivity - Founder, "Thoughts Become Things" We take the deep dive regarding Neo's recognition of his inner connection to find out he'd been that way his entire life, only realizing later that he was a bit different than others. Seeing things differently often makes one feel isolated, even alone. It was a happy isolation for him. Listen in to find out why. For him, to see others, especially his family and friends, to not be on the same page, in his terms, 'just sucks.' He says discovering the Law of Attraction allowed him to put all the pieces of his existing playbook together. What were those pieces? "Who am I?" "What am I?" "What can I do?" "Where can I go?" "Who can I meet along the way?" Neo says he doesn't think people ask those kinds of questions of themselves. He feels that even if they do, they may not see a lot of purpose in the answers. Regarding the process from Neo's perspective, acknowledging the 'one people, one planet' perspective, he offers we can't really get started because someone is always stirring the pot. Neo mentions George Floyd as an example. Zen asks, 'How do you respond to situations like that in such a way that we can have a better outcome?' You'll love his answer. It is absolutely profound. He was an undercover cop in Camden, New Jersey, with a different view from life experience. Are people the same everywhere? We'd like to think so, perhaps, depending on the experiences we have in our local communities. Neo made a move several years ago and his comments about it are very telling, with some insight for our audience as well. Late in the conversation we broach some unusual and sometimes disconcerting subjects and experiences that sprinkle our lives that we don't often talk about with others, let along in a podcast. It will certainly give you a chance to explore your own beliefs, perception and understanding of life and others. We live in amazing times during a profoundly prophetic period. One World in a New World with Michael Vukelic - Author, Mindset Master This is truly an apocalyptic chat about our reality that's jam-packed with deep understanding, full of shared-wisdom worthy of your attention. Michael references a traumatic childhood that inspired him to ask questions about life, especially why some succeeded and others didn't. Many years later, as an engineer in the aerospace industry, his work with metallurgy led him to some insightful realizations. Michael recounts that he felt there was always something to learn, that there was always a special gift. He shares that in the early ego days, it was all about the money because he grew up poor. He relates a heart-wrenching story no parent wants to face. He relates he'd had enough of being 'controlled' by a company, job and unfulfilling work, even though it paid well and had great benefits. Our exchange about change, being inspired from within is very insightful for navigating life and realizing your dreams. Then we launch into the deep stuff, chatting creating new neuropathways to divine intelligence. The stream of consciousness that ensues between us is replete with ancient awareness, that in order to ascend from circumstances, the pain of suffering initiates a quest for freedom. Michael's explanation of how he took choice to the new levels might reflect your own views. The two of us continue sharing stories and understanding that incorporates some eloquent examples of how this awareness allowed each of us to live more connected and open to flow. Our conversation triggered one of his memories, a visitation from his mother in the middle of the day, a few days after his mother's death. His experience was profound and you'll enjoy his story. How do you open to this kind of life? Michael admits, the key is in the listening (to the video). This is a great conversation for the seeker of change or realigning your life with more joy. Michael's title of 'Mindset Master' becomes evident in our deepening of this conversation to sharing very intimate levels of self-awareness. This conversation will invigorate your awareness of what we are capable of doing and the write up just can't cover the depth of the exploration we embark upon. One World in a New World with John McDonald - Libertarian Yogi, Spiritual Teacher John relating as a young boy he felt in this world but not of it, jumping in with answering the proverbial question of when he first noticed his inner connection. Much later in life, with a crazy CV and stellar corporate success, everything plummeted into destitute homelessness. A slow ascent back into life came afterward. We explore the insights and wisdom garnered along the way. Speaking as a recovering alcoholic, 'hard core' in his words. He admits that he had to be drug into the personal inner journey kicking and screaming, though he eventually acquiesced to the process. He shares that the corporate climb and working with management by objective Western-oriented companies seemed like that was what he was supposed to do. How did that fail him? Listen in. He offers an interesting perspective in acknowledging that folks might ask, "Just who do you think your are to call yourself a spiritual teacher?" His response is quite illustrative of the dedication it takes to even consider the title, let alone its activity. We often miss the benefits of wisdom acquired through trials and tribulations, devoted practice and spiritual understanding that our geriatrically gifted population carries, just waiting hopefully for someone to ask them questions about what matters most in life to them. John's life is not uncommon, though it is uncommon to be able to examine the fruits of them. We have a brief conversation about the Live and Let Live Movement, which he says 'got him' as soon as he saw it. Living life free of aggression and as a good human is good for humanity. Zen's mention of being able to have deep conversations that delve into issues with psychological safety and intellectual humility, which prompts John's response, "Isn't there such beauty in the capacity to agree to differ?" We all evolve in understanding each other as a result, and with less resistance to the other, it give the opportunity for opinions to change because of thoughtful engagement and an openness toward questioning our own position. If we are indeed reflections of each other, we can be peaceful in our conversations that help us learn to work together better toward common goals that benefit all. He spoke of government grants that were available when he was in college for creating fun events. It led to the awareness of peace including being happy and having fun. How does that happen in business and society? Listen to how Stephen shares his wisdom, including mentioning the 'First Follower' video from Simon Sinek. Both married Russian women, experiencing and learning a much different story than Western-themed history. His story about his experience in Russia is worth exploring for insight and understanding while having what he calls a very 'surreal' experience. Zen asks if there were any conversations that were highly impactful to both him and others. He talks about his beginnings in the Rave scene in England in the 1990s. His illustration is quite interesting, as well as unexpected, including mind-altering drugs and a football team's involvement. "Peace is really what we all want," Stephen says, and continues to offer references to many types of experiences and situations where both people and government at the time were in a state of agreement. Imagine that today. He goes on to say, "you can't blame everyone else and be responsible for your life and whatever is going on in it." It's a paradox that just isn't possible. What kinds of questions did he ask of himself and of life that led him toward greater understanding and peace. His response was first to acknowledge the differentiation of the inner life the most seem to avoid discussing. Neil shares that he learned this body is not our reality, it is our soul that is the reality. Neil shares that his grandmother shared a deeper awareness of thinking and feeling, which spilled over into his life as she was a key feature in it. Unfortunate events left his mother with the responsibility of raising six children and became a teacher to do so. He explains the process of child development and how the soul is diminished by the patterns of thinking and feeling we learn. Listen in to explore his explanation of how this happens. He went though life initially on a career path that led to becoming an engineer, getting an MBA and eventually running projects. He talks about learning beliefs, patterns of thinking and sensing and then wanting a more inclusive view, which led him to read current day 'spiritual' books about personal development. He wanted to fundamentally shift his way of feeling and thinking. He identifies projecting into our environment rather than sensing it. Our conversation is like a lesson in the discovery and sharing of certain principles that help us to manifest things in our life, some we may not want and some we definitely do. He shares that it is a processes of understanding electromagnetism and resonance. His reference is quite ordinary and yet quite reflective of the process. Listen in to the deeper dive into the activity. Neil stresses that really what we need to do is re-establish our connection with the Divine and unconditional love. He has a process for that which he shares in his book and partially in our chat. He does share that there is a discipline involved in the practice of making a shift in how one feels and thinks in order to find that element of joy that the reconnection with soul provides. We pick up the conversation early and explore the continued learning had by both. The opening conversation speaks to the historical references to God as 'they' rather than a singular being. Developing the 'inside out' game, as Tonya refers to it, brings into perspective one's ability to recognize that which is within us all and connect with a more consistent and powerful state of being. She speaks of learning how to turn herself inside out in the process of tuning in to the co-creative nature we've been informed of for millennia. This conversation shows the evidence of how such understanding can be brought into a practical conversation and shared in such a way that it offers insight to viewers as well. The correlation and corroboration of internal systems, multiple dimensions of consciousness and how they are exampled in our lives brings a powerful notion to life - that we are in charge of our reality... by choice. Later in the conversation, amidst the tasty tidbits of transcendence, Tonya mentions that we, as humans, are a bit threatened by the kind of power that we can truly wield in creating the life we want to live. For centuries we've been led to believe we are powerless without 'god,' and yet many ancient texts relate we have that co-creative capacity as a divine birthright. The entire conversation is filled with insight and understanding as well as perspectives that help shift one's perception about self-awareness, self-actualization and self-realization. Tonya relates that the empowered individual can share their insight, help to grow a community and maintain a higher level (figuratively speaking) of vibration by living with a new sense of harmony with self, others and the world. You'll find out exactly what it was early in our conversation. He felt that he needed to try to find what made the world seem to be dysfunctional and to try to find the root of that. What did he find? He researched countries that seemed to be ahead with happiness and satisfying lives, and he found Finland to be among the top. He did a sample of comparisons to discover discrepancies and similarities. He interviewed a lot of thought leaders, then wrote his book, The Power of Wellbeing. Then we go inside and inquire of Clive's reflection from the inside looking out. An introvert by nature, he thinks and reads a lot, he felt he opened himself up to share what he found and thought, regardless of opinions of other. It felt like he exposed himself to the world, quite different from the court of law that was familiar. How do we get in touch with our reticence and overcome it when we feel vulnerable? Clive mentions 'toxic masculinity' as a major factor in how our society has evolved. Learning how to move away from it is our challenge. He states the focus really needs to be on the environment and sustainability. Clive goes on to speak to the point of reciprocity and the balance of activity, away from that which is aggressive toward or harmful to another. His training is to learn how to attack facts, not people. We tend to feel confronted with questions, though. How do we get beyond that? How does he express the need for learning how to step back and reflect during perceived confrontation? He mentions context being king. Then the content can be examined more fully. Often the misunderstanding is brought to light and truth of fact emerges. Reciprocity again is what is offered and shared in practice. Clive grew up during Apartheid in South Africa, completely oblivious because of white man's rule. He has been fascinated with the Ubuntu principle: I am because we are. The Maori people from New Zealand believe what is important is the people, the people, the people. There's more inside, and you're invited to visit. One World in a New World with Lexis Johnson - International Best Selling Author It's always interesting how the subtle indicators we follow, once we've learned they are there, lead to wonderful opportunities, like conversing with such amazing people throughout my guest list. Before long the conversation yields to relating stories about wise men and women in our lives that literally capitalize on the use of esoteric arts. Why not? The reflections from Lexis and Zen offer interesting insights as well. Faced with hearing loss and various health issues, Lexis relates that studying alternative medicine and physical therapies. Now she includes astrology and other esoteric arts, as well as of some of the 'Clair-alls,' such as clairaudience and claircognizance, in her current practice. Science, minus the materialism, might be discovering these abilities, too. The conversation weaves into indigenous realms and about abilities we've had that have gone into fallow. It seems the emergent moment, coming 'out of,' is stimulated from the depths of our being. Perhaps it is a Evolutionary Upwising in a Great Weset, using our attention, intention and interaction. Lexis relates that the awareness of our focus also brings what we seek into our vision and world. We touch on the Live and Let Live Movement philosophy. We move into the aspects of leadership needed for now and the future - empowered women and men. Lexis begins with a comment the Dalai Lama made about how the world needs a woman. We've attributed all the caring, emotional and nurturing kind of qualities to the feminine. The conversation deepens again. Lexis admits a proclivity toward introversion for many years, yet eventually found her free agency and inner strength catapulted her into a new living awareness and a world of plenty. We're caught in the conspiracy of lack and scarcity. That ain't necessarily so. We dive even deeper toward the end of our time, exploring and relating various challenges and ways to move through or overcome them with better choices, sense making and results. One World in a New World with Brian Kelly - Featured Author, Team Development Consultant An apocalyptic chat that will offer many points to ponder. We start off with exploring Brian's opening debut in his coaching certification program. He found vulnerability didn't mean weak, which is the understanding he had held. Listen in to how he progressed as it may be familiar. How do we get out of our minds and into a greater sensory capacity beyond it. We both found that the process is often very similar in any type of program, it's the individual experience and expression that varies in discovering the blocks or bottlenecks to our flow. What are the generational challenges across personal growth and development, inclusive of emotional intelligence? Being congruent with having an inner compass and willingness to be different allows a greater expression of the individual outside the less than productive educational structures we've had. What if we taught our children/students to teach each other? Zen mentions that statistically, 40% of material is retained through passive learning while 98% is retained by teaching it. We still have teachers delivering instead of students learning and teaching each other. We return to the notion of vulnerability and the anxiety-ridden considerations of being true to oneself, sharing from an authentic place and not caring what others think about it. Our conversation moves into some interesting directions. These factors all impact the ability of an organizational leadership and staff to embrace a growing self-awareness/group-awareness. Question begin with, "What's getting in the way?" Many factors are considered, from the gross to the finer. The aspects of consideration include organizational structure to emotional intelligence to psychological safety and intellectual humility to being aware of subtle energy. From best practices in business to a kind of quantum physics aspect of the 'Clair-alls' or what used to be called 'psychic senses.' Explore the conversation for your own tasty tidbits of transformation as it will cause you to consider perspectives you may have held sacred until now. Loosen up, dive in, let it flow and garner your pearls. How do you invite flow into your life, your relationships and/or your work? One World in a New World with Stephen Bassett - Paradigm Research Group Do you believe we're being visited by UFOs? Steve has been a lobbyist for government disclosure of the UFO presence in our skies around the world. His story doesn't particularly have a spiritual awakening, though his passion for this topic began as a young boy and continues. His interest in science and sci-fi, especially with aliens, prompted a deeper exploration into the UFO phenomena. As he matured, even as a teen, he knew the reports of UFOs and interviews of witnesses clearly indicated an extraterrestrial presence. Surprisingly, he's never had a direct experience with a UFO in his 30+ years of advocating disclosure. Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man on the moon, was a speaker at an event Zen managed in Phoenix a couple of decades ago. Edgar revealed that on their way to the surface of the moon in the Lunar Excursion Module, a metallic silver cylinder was spiraling around the LEM nearly all way down to the surface. He knew it was nothing from Earth and wondered how long the inhabitants controlling it had been on the Moon. Steve goes on to talk about the world-wide phenomena of the disc-shaped craft showing up at ICBM sites and literally shutting off the power to everything. He and many others are still curious as to why they did that. Speculation might lean toward sending a message that they were protecting people of Earth from themselves. We don't know. Will our government disclose information about the UFO presence? Steve mentions presidential candidates, advisors and reporters that had chronicled their involvement in over 400 articles written around the world at the time. Imagine the challenge across agencies in the government that held information, such as the Military Industrial Complex, that were the reason for the 'truth embargo' and 'protectors' of the nation. Alas, the plans were thwarted as the candidate wasn't elected. Steve shares much more of his longstanding investigation and tumultuous journey to bring the UFO mystery to light, from National Press Conferences to Congressional Hearings. One World in a New World with Thomas Legrand - Author, Lead Technical Advisor UNDP You'll be engaged by this deep dive into yet another possibility in the paths to understanding and finding life's purpose. The conversation reveals much understanding and wisdom for the process of moving forward collectively to engage a better future together. We cover both scientific and spiritual evidence of the process. Thomas reveals that his awakening began about 20 years ago with a trip to Mexico and spending time with a shaman. He shares that the experience opened him to a greater reality in awareness and perception of connectedness. Many have engaged in such endeavors and found wisdom for life in the process. We touch on his book, Politics of Being, and the need for a new narrative, which he states needs to be positive in nature. This narrative embraces both people and the planet so that our future is more secure. He states that the crises we are experiencing also have an inner component that we don't often recognize. Recognizing the relationship between the inner and outer circumstances is what is important. Zen brings up the notion of a new world order of harmony among people and the planet that is unfolding as a result of the inquiry and tenacity of truth seekers. The phrase 'new world order' certainly has a charge for most, which Zen acknowledges, yet there is a more profound activity happening that is emerging within the population. Thomas offers his reflections that are congruent and mentions Baháʼu'lláh's writings on the topic. Thomas goes on to acknowledge that no matter what perspective we choose to view this process, scientific or spiritual, it is an evolution of hearts and minds within humanity. He speaks of his teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, and the monastery close by where he participated in a celebration of his life earlier in the day. He shares that in holding the ashes of his teacher, he had an experience of interbeing that had been the foundation of his teachings. This 'inner beingness' is what Dr. Legrand believes we need to live by, the understanding that at a holistic and simple level we are all interconnected. The self disappears in the all and the One begins to emerge individuated in human form. Zen had mentioned earlier that in that experience of non-dual consciousness, there is still an observer that is aware of the experience. In discussing his book, he shares there are two basic principles or questions. First, what is the wisdom-based approach to shifting politics and human development and how can we foster this conscious evolution? This applies to the panoply of systems within the intricacies of our global village. The second, what is the appropriate path forward that includes the new understanding of the 'flourishing' of humankind in the incorporation of existing systems, across the gamut of business, education, industry, politics et al. Zen shares his recent acceptance of co-executive director with the Live and Let Live Movement, which is founded on the principles of the phrase itself - Live and Let Live - and the legal and moral principles necessary to instill non-aggressive policies through changing the laws throughout the world to meet the requirements of a peaceful world. We're all leaders in that process. How do we collectively work together to change the existing systems to stop the aggressive behaviors that are causing harm to people and humanity in general? What does being a good human mean to you? What tools do we have to engage people and systems of change? How do we maintain consistency and intention? Thomas shares that we can agree and reflect on the general core values that we hold sacred and wise. We can harmonize with how we organize these systems and public policies with goodness, love, peace, and beauty.

Zen Benefiel, Author and Transformational Life Coach (BeTheDream.com) takes us on another apocalyptic (uncovering knowledge) journey in making sense common. Zen is a polymath, deep thinker and researcher and it comes out in his comfortable and open yet focused style. Make sure you subscribe, please! You'll be glad you did. Closed Captions (CC) in multiple languages, though Google Translate may not be the best. We speak often about new leadership in our world and wonder how to empower it. Marc J. Victor certainly counters Shakespeare's notion about lawyers in his efforts to fulfill that calling His firm reflects the same, with the new millennial management style that puts his employees and staff first in ways we don't expect, like health-challenges and moral codes. Our conversation takes some interesting twists and turns that you might not expect. Marc understands that we are part of nature, and a plant-based diet is extremely helpful for well-being. What are the things we believe to be self-evident? The conversation turns to Marc's involvement with politics, and specifically the Libertarian Party, citing the focus on freedom and a non-aggression principle. However, he feels there is more and that peace takes much more effort to achieve; it's not just about freedom anymore. Inquiring of his efforts to found and launch the Live and Let Live Global Movement as a way to garner support for not only justice and freedoms; he cites moral principles are needed in the world today. Marc notes that principles are a primary foundation, which he references Steven Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People that is rooted in principles. Oh sure, so you're starting a global peace movement. Let us know when you take over the world. The latter is not an uncommon view, though Marc goes into detail about the meticulous planning and strategy for engaging such an endeavor. His description sounds a lot like Zen's efforts in making sense common. The theme of 'Live and Let Live' is hard to argue with, isn't it? It's like our basic need to love and be loved. Who could argue with that? Asked about the process of coming out of Covid and the mishegoss its created, from a local perspective, Marc immediately states that we are a global society. Something happened that affected the world and now we are all in it together. He speaks of 'our community' being the world today. We have to look at a win-win for the world, doing things for the right reasons, moving from adversarial to collaborative relationships. Victor speaks to balance and mentions the image behind Zen and the fact that that IS where we live... one world. Zen mentions a conversation he had with Dr. Edgar Mitchell, sixth man on the moon, about his epiphany of connectedness to a greater reality. We agree that in the 21st century we need to have an inclusive perspective, which Marc notes that the Live and Let Live Movement is post-racial and that we need to promote the individual right of choice, given that the choice is non-aggressive or harmful to others. We break from the action a moment with a short interlude from Zen's past and the profound understanding that came from it. You'll have to listen for that at around the 34 minute mark. The follow up question to Marc is, 'How do you see the evolution of the recognition of the interconnectedness within humanity happening as we come out of Covid?' His answer and the 'rest of the story' is certainly worth listening or watching and pondering how you see the evolution happening, your part in it, and what you're able to do to support it. Peace Radicals Episode 59 - The Live and Let Live Movement - A Deep Dive Analysis with Attorneys Marc Victor and Andrew Marcantel. Live and Let Live is the world's only real peace movement. The Movement is organized around a fundamental principle we call the Live and Let Live Principle. As greater numbers of people truly accept the Live and Let Live Principle, we will necessarily evolve towards a world predominated by both freedom and peace. The Live and Let Live Principle essentially holds that aggression is wrong. There is simply no way to achieve a free or peaceful world so long as the law permits people, groups, or governments to aggress against others. With aggression outlawed, competent adults would be entitled to both define and peacefully pursue their happiness. Competent adults should be in charge of their own lives, property, money, and time. They have the right to be left alone or to peacefully and fairly contract with other competent adults regarding their property. A free society requires the proper balance between the rights of one person to do whatever they want with their property with the equally important rights of others not to be disturbed in their affairs by the activities of others. This is the essence of freedom. People adhering to the Live and Let Live Principle agree that the initiation of force, fraud, or coercion is wrong in all cases. It remains wrong even if the initiation of force, fraud, or coercion is employed to accomplish desirable moral goals. It is not possible to aggress our way to a peaceful society. It isn't only the actual initiation of either force, fraud, or coercion that violates the rights of others. The substantial threat of such an initiation also violates another's rights. It is for this same reason that we recognize a justified act of self-defense even before an actual use of unjustified force. That we don't always agree on exactly which particular circumstances allow a justified act of self-defense doesn't mean we fail to recognize the principle that one need not wait until another's fist hits their face before such person can legally and properly act to prevent the aggression. A Gallup study collecting polls over the last 13 years estimates that 17 to 23% of Americans identify as libertarian. One-fifth of the population is not bad, but even that never seems to translate into meaningful progress at the ballot box. Furthermore, the idea of a "libertarian politician" still seems like an oxymoron.Marc J. Victor is an attorney who has fought for his clients' freedoms for decades, and is now turning his attention to a broader goal of building a global peace movement under the mantra of "Live and Let Live." His ideas are fundamentally libertarian, but the Live and Let Live Movement differs from the Libertarian Party in several key ways.First, it is global—not national.Second, it presents libertarian ideas in a way that should be agreeable to any reasonable person of principles. Rather than focusing on the arcane details of why the non-aggression principle passes moral and philosophical muster, Victor would prefer to let the principle speak for itself: just don't hurt people, and don't take their stuff. It's what we all learned in Kindergarten, although the majority of people could use a friendly reminder. What better substitute for the often-confusing "NAP" (non-aggression principle) than the "3LP" – the Live and Let Live Principle? Victor joined the show to talk about this urgently needed rebranding of liberty, and how the ideas of Live and Let Live are taking hold in small communities across the world.

In episode 13 of The Peace Radicals, Marc J. Victor and Andy Marcantel discuss Libertarianism and how the Live and Let Live Movement differs and aligns with it. They explain that the two movements are in agreement in the legal world (with the purpose of law being to stop one person from aggressing against another). However, the 3L Movement has the loftier goal of peace, rather than just freedom. The 3L Movement also has aspirational values and is a world movement, unlike the Libertarian Movement. They talk more about morality and how it shouldn't be implemented into the law. Marc and Andy also ponder on how we should implement the 3LP into the law. They conclude by stating that we need to change the hearts and minds of enough reasonable people around the world if we want to make some real changes.

In episode 6 of The Peace Radicals, Andy Marcantel plays devil's advocate with Marc J. Victor in order to answer the many questions that people may have about the movement. Marc explains why leading from a principle is important; which is something that neither political party does. He discusses the differences between Live and Let Live and Libertarianism. He says that Libertarianism is a freedom movement while 3L is a peace movement; the goals of the 3L movement are much loftier. Marc explains that peace requires aspirational values, such as open-mindedness, tolerance, voluntary kindness, rational thought, commitment to facts, and seeking to increase human happiness while reducing suffering. He says that we don't want to change laws to achieve these values because there is a problem with mandating morality. It is our moral (not legal) duty to help one another out.

On episode 2 of The Peace Radicals Marc J. Victor speaks about how Live and Let Live is different from the republican and democratic parties. He explains the difference between legal and moral rules and concludes that moral rules should not be legal rules. He describes what it means to be an aggressor and how we must create laws that make it illegal to aggress against another person. To do this, we have to implement the Live and Let Live Principle into the Law. He also explains why we have to change how the constitution is interpreted. In order for The Live and Let Live Movement to become an effective movement we must teach each other values. It's all about perspective.
