You cannot control and sensor your way to security, safety nor comfort. All forms of control are of the negative service-to-self path and always lead to chaos. This is because it is to go against natural laws and not work in harmony with them. To play "god" in other words and to impose your will onto others. There are 2 core principles that must be understood and practiced collectively for us to raise to a higher consciousness civilization, that is: 1. The Non Aggression Principle ~ meaning you do not initiate harm onto another sentient being. 2. The Self Defense Principle ~ meaning if someone attempts to cause you harm, you take no sht. You defend yourself and your inherent right to life. These principles do not guarantee safety, comfort nor security, for that would be a false promise and an illusion, such as the one being sold to you every day by the negative beings. These beings promise you a false sense of security in exchange for more and more of your sovereign freedom. This does not end well and is self destructing. These Cosmic principles allow for the natural laws of the universe to be expressed in our reality here on 3rd density as human beings on a spiritual path. We have to actually earn our way to the next level of consciousness collectively - it is not just given to us in a flash, that's not how this earth school works. Remember we have a physical vessel for a reason, to EXPERIENCE and LEARN life lessons, especially through emotion and self awareness. For us to use our free will and consciously choose to work in harmony with nature, so that we can THRIVE in a paradise of beauty, love, freedom, joy…. Rather than control nature, leading to self destruction. Apply these two principles in your life and be the example of them, collectively we can only raise in vibration, consciousness and moral maturity when we take respinsbility for ourselves. NAP – should apply to bodily harm only, not “aggression against property” Eviction – a privilege, not a right Theft is deprivation of use, not “aggression against property” What is aggression, is eviction What justifies eviction privilege? Right to defend yourself – applies regardless of who owns property Is this just semantics? On your private property, right to evict gives you maximum freedom on your property Norm / legal standard of eviction avoids conflicts Libertarian theory is consequentialist at heart – based on minimizing potential conflict over scarce resources Pre-established uses protected with an easement Hoppe example : How is it possible that formerly unowned common streets can be privatized without thereby generating conflict with others? The short answer is that this can be done provided only that the appropriation of the street does not infringe on the previously established rights—the easements—of private-property owners to use such streets “for free.” Everyone must remain free to walk the street from house to house, through the woods, and onto the lake, just as before. Everyone retains a right-of-way, and hence no one can claim to be made worse off by the privatization of the street. The school wasn't established as a public space Distinguish between “government owned” space and “public space” Established uses matter regardless of ownership Stop calling government ownership “Public” “Government Owned” and “Non-Government Owned” instead of “Public” and “Private” Government Owned Roads Old, unowned roads Roads established as public access New, government built roads Typically created for general public use Public access not granted by taxpayer funding No way to determine who has a use claim – public access right should be maintained Roads not intended for public use Government (military) facilities, schools Once exclusivity is established, there is no public access Combination of Government vs. Non-Government Roads Privately owned parcels of land, interconnected by a network of easements Once you allow any easement, you necessarily allow a whole network of easements Encirclement A fractal network of easements Could you secure all easements before establishing a property? Your public space ends where my property begins A restricted access grid of roads is encircling every property within it Easement established by accessing property via any path An optimally free society is one that has parcels of truly sovereign private property with strong eviction rights, that are interconnected by a network of public roads and public spaces, from which it is difficult to be evicted. Immigration and Public Space No justification for limiting access to public spaces, as long as they are not interfering with the intended use of those spaces by others Hoppean immigration theory – invitation only Ownership of roads doesn't matter; road owners can't prevent an invitee from visiting Taxpayer funded welfare complicates the situation Hoppe, the consummate democrat? Place of birth has no relevance Interstate immigration can also strain local systems Allow building and investment to accommodate new people Poor immigrants disincentivised from moving to expensive areas Growing population is generally positive in a free market 100,000 people isn't that hard to absorb – just go to Houston What about 100,000 people per day? The worst life in America may be better than life elsewhere Keep them out until we can free the markets? We present our case and ask all good people to kindly consider the points made and the proposals put forward and hope that we can motivate you to either join us in our efforts to support this movement or challenge it by scrutinizing any part of it. "It is our assertion that the only way to create a truly free society, with truly equal rights, is to establish the NAP (Non-Aggression Principle) as the law. A law that is universally applied and established as the terms of a 3 part peace agreement. For those unfamiliar with the NAP it is essentially a principle that defines crime by whether or not you are causing harm or loss to another (or at least threatening or attempting to). Many may associate this principle with what is known as Natural Law or Common Law or simply just the basic sense of right and wrong that should apply to all equally. Ultimately, it is what most people would recognize in their hearts as simple sanity. If the NAP was established as the law then we would have a free society, almost by default, as governments would no longer be able to rule people and would basically cease to exist in their current form. In its place, we can still have everything else we associate with government, including law enforcement, because it does not require the power to rule over people to be able to serve and you do not need to violate the NAP to be able to enforce it, which is why this is the only law that could actually be applied 100% equally. Enforcing the NAP would, by definition, only involve self-defense or the defense of others, so does not require anyone to have more or less rights than anyone else. There is much more that the Nations Of Sanity offers, with respect to going into more detail and offering various solutions and answers to questions and issues that may arise. We've even drawn up a 3 part agreement that could establish the NAP as law (The Sanity Agreement/Non Aggression Agreement). But when it comes to what we demand and what we think EVERYONE should unite in demanding, that is basically it. Make the Non-Aggression Principle the standard for law, a law that applies to everyone equally, and we will have, for the first time in recorded history, a truly free and sane society with true equal rights, true justice, and a level of sanity that is actually worthy of the name."

While many libertarians vary on their definition or forceful interference, property, when/how to apply the NAP, and proper responses to an aggressor, the movement is largely built on the defining principle, which boils down to "don't hurt people and don't take their stuff". It is in contrast to Pacifism in that it allows a forceful defense. • Mary Ruwart in her book Healing Our World calls this the Good Neighbor Policy. "Therefore, our program for peace had two parts: 1. honesty, tolerance, and respect towards others and their property (i.e. refraining from threatening first-strike force, theft, or fraud); and 2. repairing any damage we caused by violating the first part. He explains the difference between legal and moral rules and concludes that moral rules should not be legal rules. He describes what it means to be an aggressor and how we must create laws that make it illegal to aggress against another person. To do this, we have to implement the Live and Let Live Principle into the Law. He also explains why we have to change how the constitution is interpreted. While many libertarians vary on their definition or forceful interference, property, when/how to apply the NAP, and proper responses to an aggressor, the movement is largely built on the defining principle, which boils down to "don't hurt people and don't take their stuff". It is in contrast to Pacifism in that it allows a forceful defense. • Mary Ruwart in her book Healing Our World calls this the Good Neighbor Policy. "Therefore, our program for peace had two parts: 1. honesty, tolerance, and respect towards others and their property (i.e. refraining from threatening first-strike force, theft, or fraud); and 2. repairing any damage we caused by violating the first part. We will refer to this dual approach of honoring our neighbor's choice and righting our wrongs as the practice of "nonaggression," the Good Neighbor Policy, or libertarianism." “The Safety Doc” untangles the conflated terms mainstreaming and inclusion as well as the seemingly synonymous words tolerance and inclusion. A clear-cut definition of each designation postures the listener to grapple with the practices of debate, protests, and the non-aggression principle - all of which are powerful contributors to a society that is safe and orderly for its citizens. Dr. Perrodin's discussion centers the public school context and examples are situated to that context and situation. Let's begin with MAINSTREAMING. Think of a global positioning device worn by each child (just imagine it). In this universe, one can physically pinpoint the location of the student. If the child is located in the “regular education” classroom / specials (art, music PE), lunch, recess then that child is MAINSTREAMED. Mainstreaming does not mean that the child is being included in the classroom curriculum and to claim PASSIVE benefit is an incredible stretch. This is often justified as “exposure” to peers without disabilities. If that is what's happening, then refer to it as what it is - mainstreaming. If Mainstreaming is passive and implied, then INCLUSION is active and explicit. For example, when a child is being included in a regular education setting, he or she is actively engaged in educational instruction and activities and the teacher holds an expectation of academic rigor. Exceptions exist. Dr. Perrodin straddles the line of mainstreaming and inclusion as he describes a girl with an anxiety disorder that “Skyped” into a regular education classroom, but for the most part, there's not much gray between mainstream and inclusion. MYTH OF FULL INCLUSION. Many schools tout a mantra of “We are full inclusion for students with disabilities.” That's simply not accurate - and if it is accurate, then it's out of compliance with the intent of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). TOLERANCE. Simply put, tolerance is adherence to the Non-Aggression Principle. However, tolerance is a basement-level threshold. We are better than tolerance - a term that implies that one has to actively suppress some level of discrimination or rage. Teach Tolerance - really? ACCEPTANCE. This is a step, well, actually a flight of stairs above, mere tolerance. It's a safer distance away from the tinderbox. Acceptance is active. It is seeking to understand another position. The great philosopher Aristotle countered clubs and stones with the art of rhetoric, persuasion and reasoning - in short, Aristotle created the framework for debate. And remember, to be informed of another's position doesn't mandate that you must befriend the other person (or group). Practice acceptance and you will be informed about existing information as well as able to consider newly-presented information that might (or might not) alter your beliefs. FORMATS. In this episode we open with a couple of interlocking subjects which I have been waiting to bring up. The first being Non-Aggression Principle, a foundational piece of Libertarianism, and the cornerstone of any Stateless Society dream—inspired by a recent entry by blogger, KineticPenguin, on Tumblr. The second topic being The United States Constitution and whether or not the idea of the Constitution is moot, given that it couldn't prevent the decay which has consumed modern-day America—inspired by a recent conversation with Jimmy, of the ChemQuiz blog, on Tumblr. Finally, after a great call from Jimmy, and with little time left in the show, we jump into the fray of the recent demonstration/riot/protests of Donald Trump's rally, in New Mexico. More rocks, fire, intimidation, physical altercations, and foreign flag waving ushers in waves of frenzied thought...and we end with comments on some picture Frank came across while tracking posts on New Mexico.
