Nadja sieht sich heute als die Leidenschaft in Person, daher fließt das Private und Berufliche sehr stark ineinander. Nach dem beruflichen Start in der Finanzindustrie, wo sie feststellte, dass dies nicht so sehr ihr Thema wird, ist sie über die Psychologie in zwei eigene Selbstständigkeiten gegangen. Jedoch war auch dies noch nicht ihre Berufung und nicht ihr Herzensthema, was sich dann auch in einer größeren Krankheit äußerte.   Doch genau hier in diesem Genesungsprozess konnte sie ihre Leidenschaft entwickeln. Hatte sie bisher die Verantwortung in ihrem Leben für sich komplett abgegeben, hat sich mit einer bewussten Entscheidung die Verantwortung für ihr Leben zu übernehmen und wieder gesund zu werden alles in ihrem Leben verändert. Heute gibt sie Menschen ihre Hoffnung wieder mit einem Plan, wie man Schritt für Schritt dies erreicht. Alles ist von dir kreiert, ohne fremde Schuldige, usw. Mache Dankbarkeitsübungen, lerne Meditation. Führe Dankbarkeitsjournale, auch für etwas was nicht so gut gelaufen ist. Es ist ein sehr machtvolles Tool und ist voller Magie. Probiert es aus – und vergleicht die Ergebnisse nach 3 Monaten. Sehe in allen Situationen das Geschenk an dich, denn es wird deinen Focus verändern. Und wenn du deinen Focus veränderst, wird die Energie dorthin gehen, wo du es fließen lassen willst.   Welche Verbindung hat Nadja zu Frau & Geld und womit und wie verdient sie ihr Geld?   Wie bereits gesagt mit ihrem Pitch, denn sie begleitet Powerfrauen in ihr Traumleben und zeigt ihnen wie sie es selbstbestimmt gestalten. Denn genau das ist ihre Herzensangelegenheit: Frauen dahin zu bringen, wo sie wirklich hinwollen und weil sie es verdient haben dahin zu kommen. Erfolgreich, weiblich, gesund und voller Leidenschaft fürs Leben.   Was ist die Marketing Geheimwaffe von Nadja und wie ist ihr Marketing aufgebaut? Sie ist selbst ihr Marketing. Ihre Ergebnisse haben sich herumgesprochen, ab und zu steht sie auf der Bühne. Ihre größter Marketingerfolg bleibt aber ihre Herzöffnung für andere Menschen.   Welchen Nutzen hat der Kunde, wenn er mit Nadja zusammenarbeitet? Sie öffnen ihre Herzen und lernen wieder ihrer inneren Stimme zu folgen und zu vertrauen. Die Angst hinter sich zu lassen und in Liebe umzuwandeln, um endlich ihren Seelenweg zu gehen. Dadurch werden sie unweigerlich erfolgreich, in allen Lebensbereichen. Umsatzsteigerung, Gesundheit, wunderbare Partnerschaft. Luxus und Lifestyle sind ein schöner Nebeneffekt. Sie fühlen sich endlich angekommen im Leben und es wird alles leicht, sanft und voller Weiblichkeit. Die Schwere und der Mangel lassen endlich nach und die Fülle und Liebe zieht ein. Wunder passieren auf allen Ebenen J Welchen Tipp hat Nadja für dich, wenn du dein Einkommen deutlich erhöhen willst? Öffne dein Herz, geh deinen Seelenweg, trainiere deine schlechten Gedanken ab, Fokus und verwandle deine Angst in Liebe. Das ist der größte Garant endlich erfolgreich oder noch erfolgreicher zu werden.   Wie wichtig ist für Nadja Geld und macht Geld sie glücklich? Geld ist Energie wie alles andere auch und je nach dem was du von Geld halten tust, ziehst du es an oder wirst es von dir fernhalten.   Hier ein Beispiel, wenn man z.B. das Geld mit dem eigenen Partner vergleicht. Solange sie ihren Partner nicht an sich lässt, keine Nähe zulässt oder nur schon schlecht über ihn denkt, solange wird er sich fern von ihr halten, denn er wird sich in ihrer Gegenwart nicht wohl fühlen. Wenn du ihm aber deine Liebe zeigst und Nähe zulässt, wenn du ihn als  Mann behandelst und ihn auch in seiner Männlichkeit lässt, dann wird er sich in deiner Gegenwart wohl fühlen und gerne zu dir kommen und Zeit mit dir verbringen. Mit Geld ist es genau das gleiche. Solange du keine guten Gedanken zu Geld und Reichtum hast und solange du diese Nähe nicht zulässt, kann Geld nicht zu dir kommen. Du wirst also quasi das Geld von dir fernhalten. Wenn du Geld hingegen liebst und lernst es anzunehmen und vor allem auch wenn du diese Energie einfach fließen lässt, dann kann es auch zu dir kommen. Du musst also in der gleichen Frequenz schwingen, damit es zu dir kommen kann. Ob es glücklich macht oder nicht ist meines Erachtens nicht eine Frage des Geldes, sondern vielmehr was ich mit dem Geld mache und wie ich damit umgehe. Ich heule allerdings lieber in einem Chanel Kleid und Jimmy Choo Schuhe als in einem no name Kleid ;-) Verändert Geld den Charakter? Kann sein, muss aber nicht. Auch hier ist das keine Frage des Geldes, sondern was für einen Charakter du hast. Es kommt also auch hier darauf an was du mit dem Geld machst und wie es dein Verhalten steuert. Mit Geld kann man wundervolle Sachen machen, wie zum Beispiel Charity-Aktionen und Spenden für Menschen, denen es nicht so gut geht. Das geht nicht, wenn du kein Geld hast oder eben Geld aber einen schlechten Charakter. Das eine hat mit dem anderen für sie nichts zu tun. Denn es gibt auch arme Menschen mit einem schlechten Charakter, wenn man so will. Wie trifft Nadja ihre Entscheidungen?   Welche Entscheidungsfindungsstrategie hat sie? Wie geht sie an scheinbar unlösbare Aufgaben heran? Sie trifft ihre Entscheidungen nach ihren Impulsen (innere Stimme). Unlösbare Aufgaben gibt es an sich für sie nicht. Das Universum ist immer für dich und würde dich niemals vor eine Aufgabe stellen, die du nicht meistern kannst. Dieser Glaube ist die Basis, um wirklich allen Herausforderungen gerecht zu werden und diese auch mit Leichtigkeit annehmen und meistern zu können. Wenn Nadja auch mal gerade nicht weiter weiß, dann fragt sie einen ihrer Coaches (sie hat immer mind. 2 parallel am Start) und/oder ihren Businessmentor oder ihren Partner.     Wie bekommt Nadja ihren „inneren Schweinehund“ in den Griff? Wie motivierst sie sich, wenn sie mal keine richtige Lust hat, etwas zu tun, was getan werden muss? Da gibt es bei ihr 2 Arten wie sie damit umgeht. Entweder zögert sie nicht und tut es einfach. Hier ist es wichtig keine Sekunde zu denken, sondern es einfach zu tun, weil sonst das alte innere Programm wieder losgeht und es dann wieder liegen gelassen wird. Oder sie entscheidet sich bewusst es nicht zu tun. Im Wissen, dass sich diese Aufgabe/Herausforderung sowieso von selber löst. Und meistens ist es tatsächlich so. Welche Werte sind für Nadja wichtig?   Gesundheit, Wachstum und Familie   Was hat Nadja ursprünglich davon zurückgehalten, Unternehmer zu werden?   Nadja wusste lange nicht wie. Es fehlte der Plan.  Was bedeutet Erfolg für Nadja? Es ist das Geburtsrecht eines jeden Menschen erfolgreich, in Fülle und Gesundheit zu leben. Erfolg bedeutet für Nadja andere zu ihren Zielen zu begleiten und unterstützen. Da geht bei ihr das Herz auf wenn sie das erreicht haben was sie sich schon lange gewünscht haben.     Was sind die drei Stärken von Nadja? Die Dinge von der positiven Seite sehen können. Auf Entwicklung und Wachstum programmiert zu sein Die Fähigkeit Dinge wahrzunehmen und zu manifestieren     Gibt es ein Lebensmotto, ein Lieblings-Zitat das Nadja begleitet?  Alles ist möglich   Was war der beste Rat, den Nadja bekommen hast? Donaldson Institute, 6 in 10 Americans have had experience with adoption, meaning you, or a family member or close friend was adopted, adopted a child, or put a child up for adoption. Although most Americans have experience with adoption, as you'll hear in today's interview, the world of adoption is incredibly complex. For example, is it ever acceptable to consider the race of a prospective adoptive family when making placement decisions? For example, you're looking to place an African American child. You have three prospective adoptive families - two African American and one White. Assuming all things are equal, could you use race as an exclusionary criterion? What about if the child was White, Latino, or Native American? If you know the answer - congratulations. If not, keep listening. And even if you know the answer, keep listening. My guest, Dr. Ruth McRoy, has been an academician, researcher, practitioner, trainer and lecturer in the field for over 30 years. She is a member of the North American Council on Adoptable Children (NACAC) Board and is a Senior Research Fellow and member of the Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute Board. In today's conversation, Ruth talks about different kinds of adoptions such as transracial, international, infant placement, and foster care adoption. She talks about the role of the social worker in adoption, from pre-placement to post-placement. She talks about some of the national and international laws that regulate adoption, such as the Multi-Ethnic Placement Act, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and the Hague Convention.
