Where we dive into the lives of some pretty incredible men & women who have learned how to use their failures as a tool pushing them towards their mission, vision, and goal. My goal is to normalize the conversation about failure. So often, we only want to talk about our successes because we think that will impress people, and instead shy away from talking about our failures, setbacks, and shortcomings because we’re embarrassed or scared that people will scoff. I want to help people realize 3 things: 1) You are not alone in your failure 2) No matter your age or gender - no matter where you’re at in your journey, your failure is not final 3) Your failure does not define you as an individual!⠀
