Chris' Podcast "No Quit Living" HERE Check Chris out on IG HERE Chris Wirth knows firsthand that life throws curveballs as regularly as the dawn follows the night. His journey has been a testament to the adage that success is not a straight path but a winding road with its fair share of bumps and turns. Reflecting the familiar meme contrasting success in the imagination versus its messy reality, Chris's story is one of perseverance and perspective. From the courts where he honed his competitive edge to the sidelines where he instructed and inspired young athletes, Chris has lived through the motions of athletic rigor. His college days were a flurry of activity, bouncing between basketball and tennis, mastering the games that anchored his youth. The lessons learned in sports were more than just about physical prowess or technical expertise, though he certainly did not lack in these areas. As a coach for high school and college basketball, he imparted wisdom far beyond the X's and O's—lessons of resilience and the mental challenges that athletes face. Admitting to previous blind spots in his playing days, when physical talent often outshone mental strategy, Chris's narrative isn't marred with regret but illuminated by growth. Chris Wirth's bio isn't merely a tale of sports. It's the chronicle of a man who understood that the game's greatest hurdles aren't always on the playing field, but in the game of life, where adaptability and mental fortitude are the true hallmarks of a champion.

"It's not going to be a question of whether you get knocked down, we all get knocked down. We'll continue to get knocked down. On this episode: This didn't happen to me, happened for me; the self-improvement movement, how you have to control what you can control, how to continue putting positive things into your brain, if this isn't serving me anymore, how do I let it go? Why Vulnerability needs to be open, communication and speaking your truth, why one of the biggest fear of people is public speaking, how true success never happens overnight and so much more! "I´m a big believer of affirmation, of what you say, what you hear, what you listen to" "When you're vulnerable with someone, you're saying I trust you enough with this, would you mind helping me?" Today on the show our guest is Christopher J. Wirth. Chris is also a podcaster and his show is called no quit living. This is going to be super fun because you are going to get the full spectrum of mindset when it comes to committing to something. As you would know, when you say you are Going all in that is the point you are declaring to the world that you are bringing your future potential into the now and I love that so much. That word potential has a future connotation to it and when you decide you are going all in you are bringing that future potential into the now which means you are about to give everything and you are about to give it your best shot. And for me, when I see people doing that, I see them living their true purpose and ultimately making their mark in the world. As you will hear Chris certainly knows how to make a mark in the world and he helps people to not only break through but gives them the mindset and all of the tools they need to never quite. You’re going to love this conversation and Chris doesn’t hold anything back, this is one of those shows that is full of value bombs.Grab your FREE gift from No Quit Living: https://www.noquitliving.com/copy-of-servicesE: chris@noquitliving.comW: https://www.noquitliving.com/IN: https://www.instagram.com/no.quit.living/TW: https://twitter.com/noquitliving?lang=enFB: IN: https://www.facebook.com/NoQuitLiving/Podcast: https://www.noquitliving.com/podcastWatch the video to this podcast here: https://www.goallin.com.au/no-quit-living-with-christopher-j-wirth/

“The most valuable place in the world is the cemetery. They hold all of the books that were never written, all of the movies that were never produced, all of the relationships that were never formed… people were afraid of what they didn’t know and afraid of being uncomfortable.” - Christopher Wirth The Intention of TODAY’S episode is: I have today to never quit on me. This week on I HAVE TODAY with Diane Forster, we’re talking about how you can switch from a corporate job to successful entrepreneurship. You probably have a whole list of logical reasons why you shouldn’t step out of your comfort zone, leave that job, and try out something new. We all do. I’d like you to ask yourself, what is the price of living the rest of your life without stepping out? Is it a cost that you can live with? Join Diane and Christopher J. Wirth, Founder and CEO of No Quit Living, as they discuss fear of failure, vulnerability, and three steps to move forward on your entrepreneur journey. “This is the evolution of life. Not just learning how to walk, we learn how to do everything by stumbling, falling down, and then getting back up. The lessons and the experience come in the getting uncomfortable, and just doing it.” - Diane Below are three steps to take to move from Corporate to Entrepreneurship. Listen to the episode to learn more about how to implement each of these actions. Make a list of the pros and cons of your current situation. Write down everything you like to do. Take a look at the people you admire, and look at what they’re doing and why you like them. “People on social media only see the end result. What happens is everything seems spontaneous and instantaneous. People don’t see the years of work that happen behind the scenes.” - Christopher Each week, we provide you with a mantra meditation, a fun, transformational way to apply the concepts in each episode. Tell yourself the story of what you want, without all of the limitations, and watch your life begin to change! Listen to this week’s mantra meditation to grow in your ability to choose happiness. Letting go of the expectations of others, and growing in the confidence and love of who you are and all that you are capable of, is the only way to truly move forward in success and fulfillment. Listen in to this week’s mantra meditation, embrace self-compassion, and extend compassion to your relationships. TRANSCRIPT: Aaron: 00:00 All right, Chris welcome! Thanks for joining us on this episode of Unbreakable Success. How are you doing today? My man? Chris Wirth: 00:06 I'm doing great. I appreciate the opportunity to be here. Aaron: 00:08 You know, I'm excited. First of all, I've got to thank you, for those who don't know, Chris was kind enough to allow me to jump on his podcast about a week or so ago, right? We did that. Yep. Yep. He's got an awesome podcasts. Chris, for anybody that doesn't know you or know you show, can you, can you just plug it right now for, for the benefit of everybody listening so they can check it out and see what you're up to? Chris Wirth: 00:32 I appreciate it. So the show is called No Quit Living in basically the m.o. Of our show as well as our company is just to motivate and inspire people to never give up. And we work with entrepreneurs. We work with traditional employees of companies, we work with corporations, teams, and it's just a really fun atmosphere. And I think the one thing that we talk about a lot is accountability and self accountability. And as I said, I feel that there's so much negativity in the social media world and the media world in general, that we want to be that one place where people can come to and know that they're gonna be inspired, motivated to never give up. Aaron: 01:03 Yeah, I love it, man. I think that's part of the reason that we have so much. When, uh, when we met a big shout out to Bryan Falchuk again for introducing us, I feel like every three episodes on my show, I'm thanking Brian, for introducing me to somebody, Chris Wirth: 01:17 He told me, he told me, he told me to plug him too when he said he'd give me 1500 bucks. So Brian, thank you my man. Aaron: 01:25 We'll split it down the middle. Chris, tell us a little about what you're doing. Because I love the concept of no quit living. I'm just, if, any of us listening just sit back and kind of think about that and let it soak in for a second. The idea of No Quit Living. Where did that, where did that come from? Because I'm, I have no doubt there's a reason behind that name and that title and the reason you named your your business and what you're doing. No Quit Living. How did that start? Chris Wirth: 01:55 Yeah, no, there's definitely a story behind it. So a few years ago, I think still to this day, I subscribe to about five or six daily quotes of the day and I was, I don't know if I was going through a tough day or just having a tough morning, but one of the quotes that came across my desk was by Dr Norman Vincent Peale, which is, it's always too early to quit. And what I, what I ended up doing was I ended up printing it out a couple of times. I think I enlarged it and Lo and behold, a couple of years later I was looking at different things and I don't know why, but no, quit living. Just just stood out for me. And I am a former college basketball and college tennis player. I coached a high school and college basketball for a while. So for me, sports in college has always been kind of my, my driving force. Chris Wirth: 02:36 And the one thing that I realized now working with teams, corporations and individuals on the coaching,
Running a business is a lot like playing sports. Now, I'm not a big sports guy myself, but I certainly respect the passion and drive that athletes have. One of the most important things that sports does right, which a lot of businesses fall short on, is having the support from others. Entrepreneurs tend to try to do it all themselves, which in the beginning is a necessity. As your business starts to grow, though, it quickly becomes a team sport. You need to know who to have that makes up for your weakness, and who who you can pass the ball to when it's required. More importantly, at any phase of a business (just like any athlete) a business really needs a coach. In sports there are always multiple coaches for one team, and your business should run the same way. Even in solo sports, like Tennis, athletes have coaches to make sure their game is as good as it can be - and they look for problems that the athlete may not see. You should be doing the same. A coach is a great thing to have, no matter how big your business is right now. It's always great to have an extra set of eyes to show us what we can improve on. The last things athletes do that's truly remarkable is seeing things through to the end. Even if they know they are going to lose a game, they finish it. They do it, not because they have to, but because they can always continue to learn - even if there's no hope. In business this is a little trickier. We don't have a clear ending, but we need to know when is the right time to move one. When we're done learning and the game is over for us.On this episode of Creative Warriors, I brought in someone who really knows what it means to see things through to the end: Christopher Wirth. Christopher is the Founder and President of No Quit Living. NQL is a Speaking, Coaching and Training Company that focuses on a number of topics, such as: Accountability, Goals, Time Maximization, Networking, Leadership, Sales, Personal Development and Mentoring No Quit Living works with individuals, families, teams and corporations to help improve accountability, effectiveness and efficiency. Christopher aims to motivate and inspire his clients to never give up on themselves, their dreams or their goals. After playing both Basketball and Tennis in College, Christopher began his coaching career as an AAU Basketball Coach (Amateur Athletic Union), Collegiate Basketball Coach, as well as High School Basketball Coach. Download this episode today and learn how you can live a life filled with accomplishments. THE NO QUIT WARRIOR “No matter what happens to you, you can always attack it with a positive attitude.” - Chris Wirth Highlights - You always have the choice to stay positive, even if bad situations. Always reverse engineer wherever you are looking to go. Just like in sports, businesses need a good coach to be successful. There's no need to have only one coach. Starting your day by looking at your phone puts you in a reactive mindset, instead of a proactive one. In some ways you're alone, but you always have the ability to reach out to a mentor. Be in a place that helps motivate and inspires. You always have the ability to learn. It's not quitting if you give it your full effort, and everything you have. Always be open to listening to other people. Use the “waffle method” of goal setting. My greatest source of inspiration is other people. You can always find positive information, if you look for it. Everyone faces tough times and disappointment. What we do in those moments is what separates achievement from failure. Chris Wirth figured it out first hand by choosing not to quit on life himself, and helps others do the same with No Quit Living.
Christopher Wirth is the founder and president of No Quit Living. He is also the host of the eponymous podcast that rated as a Top 50 Business Podcast on iTunes. A former coach of the AAU, as well as in high school and college levels, he has now upped his game by being a coach in the business world. A Love for Coaching Growing up, Christopher loved basketball. He reached the peak of his career as a player in high school, which eventually gave way to his career as a coach during summer when he was in college. With his terrific team of talented players, he was put on the map with high-end coaches wishing to recruit his flock. “It almost happened by chance that I realized that I loved coaching the kids and I loved connecting with them.” - Christopher Wirth This love for coaching athletes spilled over into his next career. Business, life, and sports, it seems, have a lot of parallelisms that Christopher realized throughout the years. Accountability is a Staple It takes two to tango. A coach holds a player accountable for failure by increasing their laps. But a coach, and an employer, must hold themselves in an even higher level of accountability than anybody else to establish trust within a team. “That’s the biggest thing we’ve seen. The overlap is the accountability.” - Christopher Wirth This accountability should jive with a coach or an employer’s efforts to make sure that their teams understand the reason as to ultimate why they’re working together. At the end of the day, this level of awareness determines just how successful a company can be. Final Four 1. What have you done to stand out in business and in life? “I try to deliver first.” 2. What advice would you give someone to stand out in business and in life? “Don’t just follow the norm. Do something a little bit different, but do it genuinely for yourself as well as the other person." 3. What is the best advice you’ve ever received? “Just keep your eyes on the prize and keep going, and when you feel like giving up, don’t.” 4. How do you want to be remembered? “I wanna be remembered as the individual or company that helped people and motivated and inspired them.” To hear Christopher Wirth talk about accountability, sports and business coaching analogies, and his mantras to not quit, download and listen to the show! Welcome to Episode 125 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help you achieve your goals and desires. Whether you found us from Forbes, Inc Magazine, CEO Magazine, CIO, New Theory, or elsewhere, we're thrilled you are listening. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Wes Yee is not only a professional music producer, audio engineer, song writer and entrepreneur, but also a partner of No Quit Living. He created the music for the show and does the audio editing, mixing and mastering for every episode. Wes and Chris both knew that it was only a matter of time before Wes would make his guest appearance on the show. Wes tells the story of when he graduated college a few years ago, in his first year of living on his own, he was fired, evicted and sued all in the same week. This was definitely not an easy time for him at all, and so much of him wanted to give up, but he didn't. He takes a lot of pride in his persistence and not only the importance of getting out of your comfort zone, but how to do it. Wes definitely was nowhere near comfortable for a large portion of his entrepreneurial journey, but he's better because of it. Welcome to Episode 110 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Dominick Domasky, like us at No Quit Living, is a huge believer and advocate of inspiration. He knows the power of motivation and truly puts forth effort into changing peoples lives for the better. He arrived at writing books and motivational speaking with a unique background. Dominick doesn’t claim to have climbed Mt. Everest or be an Olympic Gold Medalist; He is proud to say, he’s just a guy trying to find success. He learned the value of hard work as a young boy pulling weeds and picking up cigarette butts while working for his father’s landscape company. Even though Dominick has been punched, jobless, broke, cut from the team, and out of business, with the help of those early lessons and a belief in himself, he refuses to ever give up. Welcome to Episode 101 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. When Naphtali was thinking about leaving the educational world for the entrepreneurial world, he was hit with many uncertainties and fears. Naphtali made the conscious decision to tackle these fears and leave behind his steady income and job security for an opportunity to help others and find true success - By his definition. In today's episode, he talks a lot about how important it is to learn from your mistakes. We at No Quit Living often say "ABL," for "Always Be Learning." Naphtali talks about the importance of being authentic in your learning, and how it's the best way to grow and improve. "Experience is the name given to mistakes." Another theme of today's episode is how amazing social media and technology is today, but it is no substitute for a real and deep connection you can make with a person face to face. Welcome to Episode 98 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Isabel Hundt is certainly one of the more unique guests we've had on our show. She has been all across the globe, and her no quit story is actually about the struggle she went though in moving to the United States from Germany. Isabel is a coach, author and professional speaker with a background like none other we've heard at No Quit Living. She is very hyper sensitive and this ability grants her gifts like color synesthesia and the ability to have out of body experiences. She spends every morning meditating for at least thirty minutes, and we think it's awesome that she's been able to channel her gifts into a successful business. Her favorite quote is one I think we should all aspire to live by - "You are renegade. You won't do anything like anyone else, so don't even try." Website: https://www.isabelhundt.com/
Welcome to Episode 97 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. We at No Quit Living are so fortunate to have not only had Dayne Gingrich on our show, but his partner, Michael O'Brien on today's episode as well. Michael delivered some incredible value today. He shares a story of a near fatal accident he was in, when a driver, who shouldn't have been driving, hit him on his bike. He suffered from horrible injuries and for a long time had a "woe is me" mentality. Though he had every right to feel this way, and be upset with the world and his bad luck, it wasn't until he changed this mentality that his situation started to shift. Part of the irony in his situation is that the doctor told his wife that if he wasn't in such great shape, the accident would have killed him. The bike was both his savior, and indirectly what kept him from dying. Website: https://www.michaelobrienshift.com/ Contact: https://www.michaelobrienshift.com/contact/ Email: michael@pelotoncc.net
Welcome to Episode 96 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. The word "quit" does not exist in Rahz Slaughter's vocabulary, and this is why he is such a perfect guest for our No Quit Living podcast. Rahz was born without a muscle in one of his legs, making it shorter than the other. He lived his life limping, and was coined with the term "disabled." The amazing thing about Rahz's story is that he didn't allow his "disability" to disable him. Instead, he doubled down on his upper body strength and became an athlete by building different muscle groups. Rahz mentions his favorite quote, which is a great one by Jim Rohn. It goes "If you want to change, change! You're not a tree." "Complacency" is another word that doesn't exist in Jim's vocabulary, because he always wants his life to be adventurous. He knows that if he's the smartest person in the room, he is in the wrong room. He calls this philosophy the Level Up Concept, and we at NQL agree that it's important to always be learning. Welcome to Episode 91 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Ed and our host, Christopher J. Wirth's relationship extends all the way back to 2011. The two clearly have great chemistry and it shows in today's outstanding episode. The two of them met from attending a John C. Maxwell program. The two of them found much inspiration from the program, and it actually ended up leading to the birth of our No Quit Living movement. Now, Ed is an incredibly successful entrepreneur, coach, speaker and so much more. He's shared the stage with John C. Maxwell, and they still currently work together to this day. He's a native to Boston, Mass where he had a multiple 6 figure earning job. When things seemed to be going really well, his wife suggested moving, which was heart breaking to Ed. He knew that he had to move with her though, and knew he'd find a way to make it work. He packed his things and resigned from his dream job and left his favorite city behind. Turns out this would be one of the best decisions of his life, leading to much more success and 4x the income he once had. Along the road, his loved ones noticed something was off in his demeanor and his body building song took him to the hospital. It turned out he had a brain tumor - Which luckily wasn't cancerous, but forced Ed to take a 4 month hiatus from his business. Throughout everything, Ed maintained his enthusiasm and is not more successful than ever! Website: http://eddecosta.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EdDeCosta/
Welcome to Episode 88 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. We are thrilled to have Amy Jo Martin as a guest on our show today. We've been listening to her show, "Why Not Now" since before we launched our own No Quit Living podcast and began our journey. Amy's experience and wisdom shines in this episode, and we know you'll get a lot from listening. Amy has had huge guests like Mark Cuban, Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek on her show and the list goes on... She shares how she was able to get them on her show, as well as her extensive background in many different industries, including working in the NBA! Amy's "Why not now" mantra is one that we at NQL also try to live by. No matter what the task is, if it's going to get done eventually anyways, why not do it now? Amy shares a great quote of her own, which is that "Where purpose, passion and skill collide, bliss resides." Welcome to Episode 84 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Steve Simms is an incredibly humble man. He describes himself as both transparent and a "do-er." Steve literally says in today's episode that most people are probably ten times smarter than he is, but he's found success because he was willing to do what most people aren't. Whether or not his statement about his intelligence is true or not, we at No Quit Living often preach of the importance of taking action to reach goals. Steve talks about how he has learned from every mistake he's made on the way. People will often tell Steve about the 10-15+ reasons why they can't do something rather than the 1 reason why they should. If they redirected their energy into the 1 reason, it would be significantly better spent! Failures can either define or refine you, so next time you're faced with an obstacle, allow yourself to potentially fail and attack it again. As you know, the objective of the No Quit Living podcast is to inspire and motivate you to never give up on yourself or your dreams. Danelle truly is the epitome of our "No Quit" mantra as an incredibly successful entrepreneur. Life has moved incredibly fast for her - At one point she was married with three kids and a dog. After her first child, she was blessed with twins soon after, but this "perfect on the record" lifestyle wouldn't last forever. Because of money problems, she and her spouse ended up separating and she was forced to make things happen. She was given an apartment to live in for 30 days, and had that amount of time to build her business and support her family. She was able to tackle that through hard work and made it happen. After that, she was diagnosed with cancer, but she overcame that as well. Danelle talks about the importance of loving the "hard," because it's those moments that shape us into who we are. Welcome to Episode 73 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. We are thrilled to have our first former NFL player as a guest on our show today. He is hopefully the first of many to come, and we couldn't have asked for someone better - Shawne "Lights Out" Merriman. Shawne's story embodies so much of what we talk about and believe here at No Quit Living. As a former professional athlete turned entrepreneur, topics like perseverance, accomplishing goals, failure and success are far from foreign to him. Growing up, Shawne didn't have much. His family struggled a lot during his childhood, and two of his houses even burned down because his mother couldn't afford to pay the electric bill and resorted to using candles. Despite this circumstance, Shawne worked hard and brought his athleticism to new heights. He got the name "Lights Out" in High School when he knocked out four players in one game. He eventually landed himself a spot on the San Diego Chargers after college and now runs his own "Lights Out" apparel brand. Welcome to Episode 68 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated. Aaron Walker has seen success on all levels. He knows exactly what it's like to achieve it, and one day have it all crash out of nowhere. Today's episode is all about grit. We believe at No Quit Living that grit is what will lead you to success. Some of the most successful people in history are grade school drop outs, or came from a background of disadvantage and through grit and perseverance they've been able to come out successful. If they can do it, so can you. Aaron says that what he lacks in education, he makes up for with grit. From starting his first business at eighteen years old, he gained a lot of life experience early. Aaron was fortunate enough to be able to sell that business to a Fortune 500 company at the young age of twenty seven, making him enough money to retire. Everything came crashing down, when he was involved in a vehicular accident and hit and killed a pedestrian. This traumatized Aaron for years. When everything seemed like it was going well, everything came crashing down. Aaron has since been able to forgive himself and move on from the incident, and now spends his days giving back to others. In his closing remarks, he mentions that there are givers and takers, and you can only be one. It always pays to give. Website:http://www.viewfromthetop.com/
Welcome to Episode 63 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit. Benjamin Tyler brought it in today's episode. We at No Quit Living are incredible believers of the power and importance of authenticity, so it was only right that we made that today's theme. In this episode, Benjamin tells us about how he worked a job that he hated for nine years in an effort to please his parents, but he knew there was ultimately an expiration date before he had to fulfill his personal need to be great. After quitting that job, he moved back in with his parents and began working on his business. After some months, his parents sat him down and told him he'd have to move out. Benjamin respected their decision to do so and it forced him to turn his business profitable. Some months later, he was able to make his first six figure income from it with the help of an amazing coach/ mentor. Benjamin struggled a lot in his twenties and younger years before realizing that "You don't get what you want in life, you get who you are." Welcome to Episode 61 of the No Quit Living Podcast. NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit. Allison's story embodies everything we believe here at No Quit Living. Common themes we often discuss are business and relationships and though Allison hasn't had it easy in either of those, she's successful in both. Her first business venture was an advertising and PR firm, where she found her talents in getting clients but struggled with the actual delivery of advertisements. Allison was miserable in this business and wasn't sure what to do. She ended up getting in a terrible car accident that forced her to rethink her life and decisions. Allison left her dysfunctional marriage and went where many people in 2017 find love: match.com. She has since learned a lot from both her negative and positive experiences and completely turned her bad situation around. For those of you who are long time listeners of the No Quit Living podcast, you know that we ask all of our guests for their favorite quotes.
