Hi Mamas, Download my free guide: ✨ ChatGPT Prompts Made Simple for Moms ✨ In this Monday Mindset, we're continuing the Becoming Her series by focusing on an often-overlooked part of a working mom's identity… the partner she's becoming. As life gets busier with work, kids, schedules, and mental load, marriage often slips into survival mode. Conversations turn into to-do lists. Connection gets pushed to “someday.” And before you know it, you're managing life together… but not really connecting anymore. In today's episode, Kerri reminds you that this doesn't mean your marriage is broken… it means it's busy. And busy seasons don't require more effort… they require more intention.
The Ruins, the Return, and the Realignment After two intense nights with Ayahuasca, Day Five brought a different kind of teacher: the Sacred Valley itself. In the ancient terraces of Pisac and the colossal stones of Ollantaytambo, I found a quiet wisdom that didn't speak in visions—but in presence, humility, and perspective. As I walked among mountain-carved ruins, burial sites, and engineering miracles we still can't explain, I began to understand my own “deaths” from the ceremonies as returns—returns to trust, patience, and truth. This unexpected excursion stirred a mix of sadness and gratitude as Thanksgiving approached and I felt the ache of being away from my family… while standing in the embrace of a new one. In this episode, I explore how ancient civilizations, unexpected emotions, and the right people at the right time can become medicine just as powerful as the plant itself—and how trust, not fear, becomes the compass for Night Three. In today's episode of Next Level University, hosts Kevin Palmieri and Alan Lazaros challenge how most people think about fulfillment and why chasing the wrong thing leads to long-term dissatisfaction. They examine the gap between outcomes and meaning, question commonly accepted definitions of happiness, and address why fulfillment cannot be manufactured through success alone. Drawing from years of experience and real-world patterns, this episode reframes fulfillment as something built over time, not something found in a moment. This conversation is a grounded reminder that meaning is earned through consistent execution and personal alignment, not intention or emotion._______________________Visual Asset:The Pyramid of Fulfillment Learn more about:Join our private Facebook community, “Next Level Nation,” to grow alongside people who are committed to improvement. - https://www.facebook.com/groups/459320958216700The “Next Level Hope Foundation” creates meaningful experiences for kids growing up without a father figure and builds a positive, supportive community around them.To support this event, you can donate here: https://gofund.me/5c6abcf7f_______________________NLU is not just a podcast; it's a gateway to a wealth of resources designed to help you achieve your goals and dreams. In today's episode, I'm talking honestly about body image and not from a place of perfection, but from my real everyday experience. We'll unpack how constant exposure to food content, fitness trends, and curated lifestyles subtly shapes the way we think about our bodies. I share what intrusive thoughts around appearance can sound like and why they tend to show up when life slows down or feels uncertain. We talk about the arrival fallacy and the belief that once our body looks a certain way, we'll finally feel at peace and why that promise almost never delivers. I reflect on how comparison creeps in quietly and how it disconnects us from actually enjoying the lives we're building. This episode isn't about fixing your body; it's about understanding the mental patterns that keep you feeling dissatisfied even when things are objectively good. I also share perspective shifts that have helped me soften my relationship with my body without forcing positivity. We explore what it looks like to hold ambition and self-acceptance at the same time. If you've ever thought, “I should feel happier than this,” you're not alone. This conversation is an invitation to notice, not judge, the stories you're telling yourself. Body image isn't just about how you look. It's about how present you're able to be in your own life. And sometimes, the work isn't changing anything externally, but learning to arrive where you already are. Many of us grew up hearing about the bucket analogy, an we were taught to believe that we could fill other people's buckets by complimenting them or telling them great things about themselves. In this podcast I propose that we can't fill anyone else's bucket. That filling our bucket is a job that only we can do, and when we expect others to fill our bucket, it only leads to the destruction of our relationships. Thanks for listening! Almost everyone in the online business space hopes to reach the elusive $10k per months income level, but "mindset" alone won't be the thing to get you there. Yes, how you see your business matters, but your mindset is shaped far more by the actions you take than by journaling, affirmations, or waiting to feel ready. The real shift happens when you start acting as if you're already at the next level: making decisions that feel uncomfortable, investing before it feels safe, setting boundaries, raising prices, building infrastructure, and stepping into leadership before your brain is fully on board. If you want 10K months (or any next-level result), stop asking how to think your way there, and start asking what the version of you who's already there would do. Then, go do that. In this episode of The PowerShell Podcast, Shannon Eldridge-Kuehn returns to discuss her journey since becoming a Microsoft MVP, her experiences at Microsoft Ignite, and her evolving views on technology, communication, and personal growth. Shannon shares stories from Ignite, including Mark Russinovich's fascinating demo on optical computing, and offers insight into how AI is reshaping IT work, both in efficiency and responsibility. The conversation expands beyond tech, touching on mentorship, emotional intelligence, and the importance of grace, empathy, and connection in professional and personal life. Shannon and host Andrew Pla explore how better communication, mental health awareness, and authentic collaboration can transform careers and communities alike. Key Takeaways: AI as a partner, not a replacement – Shannon views AI as a powerful companion that amplifies human creativity, not a threat to jobs or individuality. This episode isn't just a story, it's a masterclass in mindset, belief, resilience, and refusing to give up on a dream even when everything around you says don't bother. In this conversation, Esteban Benítez Valle takes us behind the scenes of qualifying for the Olympics, navigating heartbreak, dealing with insane pressure, and then - somehow - stepping into the legendary Hamburg Derby and doing what nobody expected him to do. But the REAL power of this episode? It shows that elite-level mindset is not magic. It's a skill. A skill ANY rider can learn. Inside, Esteban shares: How he stayed certain about the Olympics even when everything went wrong Why he hired a sports psychologist before he needed one How he dealt with a season full of injuries, pressure, and travel The exact mindset shift that kept him focused instead of overwhelmed His process for shutting down negative thoughts instantly How he used visualization to ride a 160cm course before he ever rode it Why belief must come before evidence How he built a relationship with a horse he barely knew, days before the Derby Why treating the moment as a “gift” removes fear The mental routine that kept him calm, grounded, and razor-focused How he created a “tunnel” of focus in front of a stadium full of spectators And the one thing every rider should stop apologizing for when competing This episode isn't about talent or luck. It's about mindset, belief, consistency, and the courage to think bigger than your circumstances. If you're a rider who: ✔ overthinks every mistake ✔ doubts yourself more than you admit ✔ feels like you're not progressing fast enough ✔ wonders if you're ever “good enough” ✔ freezes under pressure ✔ dreams big but feels small …this episode will show you what's possible when you back yourself; fully, unapologetically, and consistently. And more importantly: It will show you how your mind becomes your biggest advantage when you train it like athletes in every other sport do. Resources Mentioned:

Eran Nissan calls himself “a juggler,” and for good reason. He moves between multiple initiatives focused on peace, reconciliation, and co-resistance between Israelis and Palestinians, all while leading Mehazkim as its CEO.Mehazkim — whose name in Hebrew means “to strengthen” or “to empower” — is a left-wing digital movement advancing equality, ending the occupation, defending democracy and human rights, and promoting women's and LGBTQ+ rights and climate justice. Through strategic campaigns, it gives ordinary citizens the tools to create meaningful social and political impact. As a new father and strategist for societal transformation, Eran believes real progress begins from within. He explains how shifting the mindset of individuals shapes their behaviors, which influences policies and ultimately reshapes reality. As we move into 2026, The Building Better Humans Project is refocusing—by going back to where it all began. In this episode, Glenn Azar shares an honest update on the future direction of the podcast and why now is the right time to return to the show’s roots: unapologetic, no-BS personal and professional development across all the areas of life where people feel stuck, challenged, or overwhelmed. Glenn also addresses the decision to step away from Mayhem Monday as a regular segment. While it was enjoyed by many, consistency, integrity, and capacity matter—and this episode explains why doing fewer things better is essential for long-term growth, both personally and professionally.

Success changes the weight you carry, not the work you avoid. In today's episode, Kevin and Alan cut through one of the most misunderstood ideas in self-improvement and personal development. Growth does not simplify your life. It sharpens it. The better you get, the more responsibility your decisions carry. The higher you climb, the more consistency and self-awareness are required to stay there. This conversation challenges surface-level motivation and reframes what real progress actually demands over the long term. If you are serious about personal development, disciplined decision-making, and building success you can sustain, this episode will reset your expectations. Listen carefully. Then decide if you are willing to carry what you are asking for._______________________Learn more about:Your first 30-minute “Business Breakthrough Session” call with Alan is FREE.
