Oh boy. This is the big one folks. Welcome to the big show. Super Bowl weekend! Coggin had a super-bowel weekend last week but is back on the air in this brand new episode of Lets Go To The Phones here on 92.9 FM The Sack. We're not nervous! No way this comes back and bites us in the ass. We break down the big game as only the boys can do, and try to stick to football, but it's hard! You know what to do - smash that play button and get amped up for the game.Subscribe, rate and review Let's Go To The Phones on whichever platform you enjoy the show- Follow us on all our socials- https://twitter.com/letsgo2thephone https://www.instagram.com/letsgotothephones/?hl=en

Tek & Prem welcome Coggin of Crossing Broad on the VetLine for the Phils 2024 eulogy. Another October ends without a parade down Broad Street, as the bats go silent, the bullpen collapses, and a division-rival dismisses them in 4 games. Many questions about this team abound, the makeup of the guys, the mental toughness and ability to perform when lights are brightest. Only a handful of Phils came to play and the rest of the team was essentially a shell of their regular season form, a form which saw the team win 95 games, the 6th-most in a single season in franchise history. The Eagles host the woeful Browns off the bye week and are fully healthy after the layoff. Jalen Hurts has many doubters to prove wrong and it remains to be seen if he will. The defense needs to produce pressure and there is no better time to start than against one of the worst offenses in football thus far. Historically, Cleveland holds a 14-10 record in Philly, but have dropped 5 of the last 6 games against the Birds overall. Segments include: VetLine, VetPhact, Prem's NFL Picks.Courtesy of the Vet Alumni Members Association (VAMA)
It's a....Tuesday episode? What in the blazes....Yes the boys are back and we are not buzzing on this episode of Let's Go To The Phones here at 92.9 FM The Sack. The Eagles are dismal. Garbage. The worst team in the NFL and they are 2-2! Something doesn't add up here. Things are getting bad folks. Is it time to cut bait on Nick Sirianni? Is Jalen Hurts even an NFL QB? Let's see what happens next week. Oh wait, it's a bye! We have two weeks to stew in this mess. At least the Phillies are in the playoffs so we can ignore the NFL. Co-Host Chris and Coggin discuss how afraid they are of the Mets and can't keep there diapers dry, while Producer Pat is cool as a cucumber like always. Another tremendous round of the Las Vegas Lounge concludes this episode. Stay till the end for a surprise guest. Meet Hot Springs poet Kai Coggin as she speaks up and speaks out about injustice, her love of nature, her beloved fu dogs, her marriage, and her journey to Arkansas...
God meets Jacob in the middle of his journey and confirms the unilateral promise of blessing. Even though Jacob has a hard time receiving this unconditional grace and still wants to bargain with God, he responds in worship the best way he can.
The boys are confused by the Phillies after they won 4/6 against the Marlins and Nats are set to look forward to the toughest stretch of their season. We declare them more back than ever but also think they may not be back! Who knows! We also discuss the decision to not pinch hit Bryce Harper in a meaningless game vs the nationals, the 76ers signing an Olympic silver medalist and Coggin gives Chris some great fatherly adviceSubscribe, rate and review Let's Go To The Phones on whichever platform you enjoy the show- Follow us on all our socials- https://twitter.com/letsgo2thephone https://www.instagram.com/letsgotothephones/?hl=en
God's design is that His people dwell in His presence. This is when we are most whole, happy, and secure. But this mission does not come without a cost. Christ Himself came and dwelt among sinful men and obeyed His Father, even unto death, so that we might be united to God's presence for eternity.
The WildStory: A Podcast of Poetry and Plants by The Native Plant Society of New Jersey
In episode 14, Kai Coggin, Poet Laureate of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and host of Wednesday Night Poetry (0:02:56), talks with Ann Wallace about her new book Mother of Other Kingdoms, published in April 2024 by Harbor Editions. Kai speaks about the many ways in which the tender act of mothering living things, whether wild or human, has enriched her life and provides sustaining lessons on finding joy and wonder through difficult times. In Ask Randi, Dr. Randi Eckel, the native plant expert for NPSNJ and owner of Toadshade Wildflower Farm (0:35:34), explains why native Jewelweed is hard to find for sale. She then answers a listener question from Maude about how we define local when purchasing native plants. Randi also makes a special announcement about the September trip to Cape May for NPSNJ members. Kim Correro then speaks with Rebecca McMackin (0:45:41) about the power of ecological horticulture in creating a more just and equitable world. Rebecca discusses the emotional and physical benefits of living in a thriving ecosystem and suggests that access to beauty should be a human right. She wraps up by sharing tips on the importance of knowing how to water your plants and why fall is the ideal planting season. We encourage you to sign up for Rebecca's free NEWSLETTER, which is filled with valuable information for gardeners. Don't forget to check out her TED Talk "Let Your Garden Grow Wild" with almost one million views! To close out the episode, Kim and Ann talk with Jared Rosenbaum, botanist and co-owner of Wild Ridge Plants in New Jersey (1:09:24). We speak about cultural ecology and Jared's YouTube series ROOTED. Each episode features one wild plant species, sparking stories about place, history, and future prospects. In the upcoming season, they span the state of New Jersey to feature Prickly Pear Cactus, Purple Milkweed, and more. Rooted is a recipient of a 2024 NPSNJ Mini-Grant.
Coggin and I followed Karen's memory through the dark swamps in search of this rare flower. The dirt path wound around spruce, fir, birch, and cedars. A hint of color caught my eye. There, almost crushed by the tip of a spruce tree blown off in some strong wind, the white and pink of the Ram's Head orchid glowed through the gloom. Since the fungi, forest community, and pollination have to coalesce perfectly for an orchid to bloom, we felt lucky to be in the right place at the right time.
Produce Pat and Coggin have buried the hatchet on this week's all-new episode as the boys talk about the Phillies' HORRIBLE weekend vs the Orioles, what they need to do to win us back, and their new road to the World Series. We also talk about Enzyte, sports memories (?), and how badly we would all love to start smoking cigarettes. Where do we turn when we need help? False idols of this age clamor for our attention and trust, but there is only one strong tower where we can find shelter. This Kingdom of God cannot be shaken and the reign of King Jesus will never end. He is the Rock of Ages.

Co-Host Chris must pick up the pieces as always and bridge the ever-widening gap between the two as we discuss- Phillies V Mets in LondonJT Realmuto injury Trea Turner's return? The humans that God created to partner with Him in spreading goodness have only served to spread evil. God sees this and is deeply grieved. To preserve His good creation, He will purge the earth by sending a flood. But by His grace, He'll offer salvation through a righteous one.
The Super Bowl happened and the 2023-24 NFL season is now in the books! The boys begin the episode by thanking the good folks over at Temu, then we recap a rather boring Super Bowl, discuss Andy Reid's legacy, and try and figure out if the Eagles are closer to winning a title or closer to a rebuild. We finish by talking sixers, playing a game that Coggin put together that is very hard, and finding a creepy George HW Bush sex doll on Facebook Marketplace Don't miss it! When we send our kids to school, are we hoping that they'll only learn the bare minimum? How much more would they learn if they were challenged and encouraged to explore their curiosity and creativity? Imagine sending your kids to a place where they look forward to being there every single day and are encouraged to be the best version of themselves. Today's guests have not only imagined it, but they've created it. Tim Nikolaev and Chris Coggin have reimagined the middle school experience for children through Peak Collective, where they focus on increasing self-awareness and developing self-confidence through rites of passage. It didn't take long to realize how good these guys are by the changes I saw in Tiger's mood and mindset after being part of this group. And it fires me up to see him excited to go to school and learn and willing to bond with other kids. Tim and Chris have created a community of adults and kids built on love, trust, and lifelong learning. Peak's mission is to support kids to become emotionally mature, compassionate, brave, and hardworking adults. And I'd say they're doing a heck of a job so far. In this episode, we dig into the importance of rites of passage for the growth of our kids, how our children are mirrors of our growth as parents, and why it's crucial to give our children room to be curious to pursue their dreams and find their purpose. Mark Your Calendars and Sign up! Our next Online Summit is on November 10th from 12pm-3:30 ET where we'll be focusing on the Emotional Intelligence Pillar and our nervous system. It's LIVE and in person! Capacity is limited, so sign up at FrontRowDads.com/Live to book your spot today! Tim Nikolaev & Chris Coggin Podcast Highlights What do you model for your kids with your actions? It's hard to expect your children to behave a certain way if you don't behave like that yourself. Why our kids are a mirror for our growth as parents, and how that can help us be better dads. Building trust with your kids doesn't happen by telling them what to think and feel. It's built by letting them figure out what their dreams are and supporting them in the process. Why passion, joy, dedication, and commitment are crucial in education, and why they're missing in our traditional education setting. Why Tim and Chris refuse to scale Peak Collective and how that helps them stay focused on their mission. Training Camp is finally here! The boys dig very deep into the first day of training camp and declare that the Eagles will likely win 13+ games this year because they looked that good in their 1-hour practice. We also dust off an old gem of a segment, Training Camp Confessionals, where the boys reveal some of their terrible takes from the past and announce some terrible predictions for this upcoming season. We also discuss the media/ player brouhaha between Nick Castellanos, Jamie Apody, Matt Gelb, and the great Jim Salibury. Coggin then tries to preview Wrestlemania 40 in Philadelphia but ends up telling us all about Wrestlemania 15 instead!
The Let's Go To The Phones boys are ready to love again. We're dropping our guards and we're ready to BELIEVE in the Phillies this summer. The boys discuss Wednesday's dramatic 9th inning walk off bomb from everyone's favorite backup catcher Drew (?) Stubbs and how this team just feels different than the garbage we've had to watch for the last decade. The Flyers and new coach John Tortorella are briefly discussed before Coggin dips back into his same hacky hockey jokes and the topic is dropped altogether. The boys finish the show discussing Phil Mickelon's treasonous actions against the USA, Vince McMahon's latest indiscretions, Hulk Hogan oiling up his daughter for the good of the nation, and round out the episode with a NEW movie game. Remember, gang, love is in the mix this summer.
In this week's episode, the boys declare the Phillies officially back! We talk about the firing of Joe Giriardi and the promotion of Rob Thomson and why the Phillies now look like a completely different team. Coggin calls in from his death bed and is officially fired from the show to avoid paying out his contract. We talk Eagles OTA's, LIV golf, Deshaun Watson and so much more! We finish the show by finally re-opening the phone lines for some truly amazing calls from our listeners, including one asking if you would let your wife have sex with an opposing coach to ensure the Eagles won the superbowl. Don't miss this one folks!
Gary is joined by Coggin this week and Kyle is out parading around Spain. Coggin and Gary discus the Sixers playoff push, Eagles draft, the joys and gems of South Jersey, and the ebbs and flows of fatherhood.
Uncle Coggin and Producer Pat are holding down the fort after Co-Host Chris had to miss the show because he was fired (or on his honeymoon, we can't recall which one). Producer Pat is still confident the 76ers will make a deep run into the postseason while Coggin is less than sold on the team. The Let's Go To The Phones boys break down the NCAA tournament and guarantee you a winning bracket if you listen to our advice, fondly remember former wrestler Scott Hall, evaluate the Eagles offseason, and declare their utter boredom for the Phillies season to round out a WONDERFUL episode.
