    Ivy Insights

The Stop Me Project podcast is an absolute gem that I stumbled upon thanks to a recommendation from one of the owners at my local brewery. This show combines two of my favorite things - beer and pop culture - and adds a unique twist by including ratings for the beers they drink. I eagerly anticipate each new episode and it never fails to deliver laughs and entertainment. Hats off to the hosts for their fantastic work, and a special shout out to Pinelands Brewing Co for introducing me to this wonderful podcast.

One of the best aspects of The Stop Me Project is the diverse range of guests that the Airey Bros bring onto the show. From collegiate cross country coaches to running store owners, musicians, MMA fighters, wrestlers, college professors, and more, this podcast covers a wide array of interesting topics. It's refreshing to listen to conversations about running, nutrition, mental fortitude, and even delve into deeper subjects like the universe, punk rock, peace, love, and namaste. The hosts have created a podcast that is both informative and funny while remaining relatable to a wide audience.

Now onto the worst aspects of this podcast - truth be told, it's challenging to find any major faults with The Stop Me Project. However, if I had to nitpick, I would say that sometimes the episodes can be a bit long-winded. While the conversations are fascinating and engaging, there are moments where it feels like certain topics could have been condensed or edited down slightly for better pacing. Nonetheless, this is a minor issue that barely detracts from the overall enjoyment of the show.

In conclusion, The Stop Me Project is an exceptional podcast that combines humor with insightful discussions on martial arts, UFC, wrestling, running, and more. What sets this show apart are the personal stories shared by the Airey bros in such an entertaining manner. It's evident that they possess a wealth of knowledge in their respective fields, and their passion shines through in every episode. If you're looking for a podcast that will make you laugh, inform you, and leave you entertained, I highly recommend giving The Stop Me Project a listen. You won't be disappointed.
