Kainani Stevens leads the week one coverage of the NFL, bringing you five key matchups to watch for throughout the weekend and indeed on Monday Night. James Rapien and Chris Carter lead the coverage in the Steelers and Bengals matchup where for the first time since 2004 Pittsburgh will not be led by Ben Roethlisberger on Gameday, now turning to Mitch Trubisky as the signal caller under center. Joe Burrow and the Bengals come into to 2022 seeking to accomplish what only eight other teams have done in NFL history, win a championship the year after coming up short in the big game. Aaron Rodgers looks to develop chemistry with a new wide receiver group following the departure of Davante Adams, Kirk Cousins and his 4-3-1 head to head record will rely heavy on the familiar talents of Dalvin Cook, Adam Theilen, and breakout rookie star from a year ago Justin Jefferson. Peter Bukowski and Luke Braun discuss this divisional bout. Josh McDaniels falls under the failed Head Coaching class of Bill Bill Belichick, but will look to make good in sin city as Derrick Carr is reunited with his college wideout and top NFL receiving talent DeVante Adams. Justin Herbert carries a losing record at 15-17 into the season but will look to turn that record around in thanks to balanced roster on both sides of the ball. While there is talent throughout both defenses, Prescott will all be looking to carve up the Buc's D and remain a top regular season QB after losing Amare Cooper to Cleveland. Tom Brady hopes to re-ignite Julio Jones career for one last run. Here are Marcus Mosher and David Harrsion to break this one down. There may be no love lost between Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks, but as John Elway once again tries to capture some Peyton Manning type magic, Pete Carroll will attempt to prove no one player is bigger than the sum of the parts. Will the San Francisco 49ers trade Jimmy Garoppolo? The NFL Off-season is nearing an end and Jimmy Garoppolo has yet to be traded. Some NFL fans think that the Carolina Panthers should trade for Jimmy Garoppolo but that might not be the best idea considering his injury history and past performance. JT Sports explains why the Carolina Panthers should not trade for Jimmy Garoppolo. The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to have one of the NFL's most explosive offenses this season. With wide receivers, DeVante Adams, Hunter Renfrow Darren Waller, and Derrick Carr, the Raiders could have one of the best offenses in the NFL. There is one problem that many people are overlooking and that is the Las Vegas Raiders offensive line which was one of the worse in the NFL last year and allowed Derrick Carr to get sacked 40 times. The Raiders did much to improve it either and JT Sports explains how their potentially bad offensive line could hurt the Raiders in a tough AFC West. Who will be the NFL's most improved player this season? Tua Tagovailoa is out to prove that right quarterback to lead the Miami Dolphins for the foreseeable future. What about New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones who has the pieces to succeed this year with an improved offensive. Jalen Hurts is looking to take the next step as a passer with the Philadelphia Eagles as they've added more talent at WR with AJ Brown but how much will Jalen Hurts improve? 2nd-year Quarterbacks Trey Lance and Trevor Lawrence are looking to take giant leaps forwards going into their sophomore seasons. Gabriel Davis is coming off a phenomenal playoff performance with the Buffalo against the Chiefs and is looking to have a big year. Irv Smith has been bubbling for a while but is this finally the season that the Vikings let him off the leash? The Panthers drafted Jaycee Horn in the first round in 2021 but missed the majority of the season due to injury. JT Sports gives his thoughts on who will be the most improved player in the NFL this season. Rachaad White was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Coming out of Arizona State Rachaad White was one of the best running backs in the PAC-12. With great size, vision, and great hands coming out of the backfield he could have a instant impact for Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this NFL season. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/jtsports/support
