Authorities are blaming the trend towards ultra-violence on a new generation of traffickers from the French city of Marseille. How can authorities tackle this gangland score-settling at a time when the rate of drug consumption in Brussels is also increasingly rapidly? FRANCE 24's Alix Le Bourdon reports, with Chris Moore.
