Drawing on her decades of experience and groundbreaking research on rainmakers, Pat unpacks the systemic barriers that hold women back, the myths about business development, and the practical strategies women can use to break through. She shares why firms must do more than talk about diversity—they must remove the structural obstacles that keep women from developing business and taking on leadership roles. As we head into the final months of the Gregorian 2024 year, and as we are about to embark on the start of the Jewish New year of 5785 I want to take a minute to look back so we can look forward. Around this time of year, I always like to revisit the prophetic word for the year God gave me to release. For This year, that word was titled: Remember, Recover, Restore in 2024. This year and has not been what I thought it was going to be and this summer was filled with spiritual warfare, BUT GOD! Next week I will have Jane Hamon on the podcast with her newest book and it is interesting to me of the timeline, because her book is about this very topic of recovering ALL and restoration. Also, for those of you who have been journeying with me/us for awhile, especially since the Dream Big Seminar Event last fall, I have some life and ministry updates for you as well. Prophetic Classes Now more than ever it is important that we fine tune our ability to hear from God. An important element in any relationship is communication: a simple two-way conversation of listening and responding. But for many of us, it's not so simple. We have, for whatever reason, never experienced this depth of relationship with God. Yes, we talk; but somehow, when He talks, we can't hear Him. It's God's desire that all may know Him and have relationship with Him. This material will open you up to a fuller understanding of God and how to hear from Him. Be blessed as you fully open yourself to one of the best conversations of your life. Join me for Part 1 of my prophetic Training Classes: Releasing God's Heart through Hearing His Voice live via Zoom. Classes will begin Monday September 23, 2024 at 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM Eastern time through Monday November 11, 2024. You will need to purchase a copy of my training book if you don't already have one. You can order from my website or on Amazon here using my affiliate link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0615316220/ref=nosim?tag=da2he-20 Early Bird Registration ends September 11, 2024. Welcome to September! Just a reminder that I am holding my prophetic classes the first time in 2 years. Plan to join me this fall for 8 weeks of Equipping. Early bird pricing ends next week. details and link below to register. If you have taken the classes before, remember you can join us for free. I hope to see some familiar and new faces. Last week ended the summer “Equipping the Bride Series” and before starting the Becoming the Bride Series in a couple of weeks, I have a great interview today on the topic of the End Times that I feel fits perfectly. Joseph Morris' book End Times Made Easy covers 75+ Signs of Jesus' Soon Return. Many are uncertain of what is to come and what the End Times will hold, especially as things seem to be getting more volatile and hostile towards believers. With looming wars, rampant pandemics, and violence in the streets, many people are wondering, Is the end near? Joseph Morris says, “YES! Jesus is coming soon! But it's wonderful news! There is also plenty of bad news on the horizon―but not for the Christian. Jesus' end-time agenda is to give you great hope and joy. He wants to bless you and prepare you for your destiny in these last days.” The simple truths in this book will empower you to run your race with joy in these last days, excited to see Jesus face to face! Did you know I have a Destiny Image store front with a discount code for you to use? You can purchase a copy of Joseph's book here on my Destiny Image Store Front: https://shop.recomsale.com/debbiekitterman Make sure to use code DEBBIEKITTERMAN for 15% off your purchases OR You can purchase his book here on Amazon using my affiliate link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/1680316990/ref=nosim?tag=da2he-20 You can connect with Joseph here: https://edu.josephmorris.com/ He even has a weekly end of days update amongst other ways to connect. Welcome to August and a continuation of our Summer Podcast Series called: Equipping the Bride. For the month of August our main topic of conversation will be Weapons of Warefare, talking on variety of topics. Several months ago, the Lord told me He wanted me to spend more time recording my own podcast episodes and less interviewing authors for a season at least. As I prayed into what He wanted me to share, I felt a mandate from God to equip His Bride for the days ahead. As I began to outline and talk this out, I couldn't think of a better person than Amie Rogers to join me in these equipping discussions. This series of podcast episode conversations are designed to equip and challenge you to step into your bridal identity. Week #10 in our series on Equipping the Bride is: Weapons of Warfare Part 4: What We Declare As we have journeyed together over the last 10 weeks the topic of the words we speak and what we are declaring has come up often. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” Are we speaking the enemies' plots and plans? OR Are we speaking Heaven's purpose over our life? As the Bride of Christ we have to be intentional to align our words with Heaven's plans. On this episode, Reed speaks with Matthew Anderson @matthewaphoto, a commercial and architecture photographer based in Kansas City, MO. Matthew has successfully transitioned his business from mainly real estate photography to exclusively working with builders/designers/architects etc. HOLD UP. Matthew is not advocating that everyone needs to abandon REP for higher-end commercial work. He really just wants to talk about the fact that every single successful REP is at some point going to be approached by non-realtor clients, so every REP should at least have a cursory knowledge of the commercial side of the business and how to approach shoots practically and financially. He also dishes on his popular YouTube channel and dishes on some controversial takes he has shared in his videos. Also, OF COURSE, they end the show with their ACTION ITEMS!PMRE 2024, bigger and better than ever, is November 13-15th at Palms Las Vegas.
