Erdoğan ve AKP iktidarı CHP'li belediyelere, muhalif siyasilere, gazetecilere, akademisyenlere yönelik baskı, gözaltı, tutuklama kampanyası ile tam bir baskıcı ve keyfî yönetim yani istibdad rejimi örneği sergiliyor. İstibdad rejimi bu kampanyayı yolsuzlukla mücadele kılıfına sokuyor ama mızrak çuvala sığmıyor. Emekçi halkımız CHP'yi bilir, CHP'liler de dahil hiç kimse CHP'li belediyelerde yolsuzluk yoktur demez. İktidar, CHP'nin burjuva sınıf karakterini hem kendi eylemlerini yoksul halk nezdinde meşrulaştırmak için hem de CHP'nin içinden kendisine hizmet edecek elemanlar devşirmek için sonuna kadar kullanıyor. Ama gelinen aşamada AKP iktidarı sanki ringde sağlı sollu yumruk atmaktan yorulup bitkin düşen bir boksör gibi kendi kendini tüketmeye başladı.Çünkü emekçi halkımız AKP'yi de bilir. Kimse yolsuzluğun sadece CHP'li belediyelerde olduğuna, AKP'nin MHP'nin belediyelerinin pirüpak olduğuna inanmaz. Buna AKP ve MHP seçmenleri de dahildir. CHP'li Mansur Yavaş Ankara'da AKP'li Melih Gökçek dönemine ait 100 yolsuzluk dosyasını yetkili makamlara sunduğunu ama tek bir soruşturma açılmadığını söylüyor. Hangi Melih Gökçek? AKP'li Bülent Arınç'ın Ankara'yı parsel parsel cemaate satmakla suçladığı, Tayyip Erdoğan'ın istifasını isteyip görevden el çektirdiği Melih Gökçek! Şimdi Erdoğan nasıl kendi partisinin belediyelerinin temiz olduğunu iddia edebilir? Eğer Ankara'da Melih Gökçek'i, İstanbul'da Kadir Topbaş'ı istifa ettirdikten sonra bu kişilere fiilî dokunulmazlık zırhı sağlamamış olsaydı belki biraz olsun inandırıcı olabilirdi.AKP iktidarının yolsuzlukları için ihbara, itirafçıya, gizli tanığa da gerek yok. Sayıştay raporları sayısız yolsuzluk örneği ile dolu. Ama Sayıştay'ın yaptırım yetkisi yok. Sayıştay'ın devletin açıkça zarara uğratıldığını ortaya koyduğu vakalarla ilgili sorduğu sorulara hükümetin resmî cevap yazıları ise hep aynı: İdarenin takdir yetkisi… Bu idarenin takdiri nedense halka karşı hep cimrilikle, ama müteahhitlere, oligarklara, bankalara, holdinglere bilhassa da yabancı sermayeye alabildiğine cömertlikle tecelli ediyor. İngiliz Mehmet'in (Mehmet Şimşek İngiliz vatandaşıdır) işçi düşmanı Orta Vadeli Programı nalıncı keseri gibi hep sermayeden yana yontuyor. Örneğin idarenin takdiri ile asgari ücrete ara zam yapılmadı. Dört kişilik bir aile için açlık sınırı 26 bin lirayı, yoksulluk sınırı 85 bin lirayı, bekar işçinin yaşam maliyeti 33 bin lirayı geçti, asgari ücret 22 bin lirada kaldı. İdarenin takdiri ile doğalgaza yüzde 25 zam yapıldıktan günler sonra aynı idare kamu işçilerine yüzde 17 ücret zammı teklif etti. İktidar, yaz rehavetiyle, okulların kapanmasıyla muhalefetin mitingleri sönümlenir diye umarken bu sefer işçiler meydana iniyor. İktidarın arka bahçesi olarak gördüğü Türk-İş ve Hak-İş, ardı ardına eylem kararları almak zorunda kalıyor. Sendika bürokratları gaz almak için, dostlar alışverişte görsün diye bu eylemleri düzenliyor ama işçiler AKP il binalarının önünde yürekten gelen bir coşkuyla, hançerelerini yırtarcasına “AKP işçiye hesap verecek” diye haykırıyor. Haykıranlar sadece CHP'liler ya da muhalifler değil! Birçoğu AKP'ye ve MHP'ye oy vermiş olan işçiler! Hangi partiye oy vermiş olursa olsun bu işçiler bıçak kemikte diyerek alanlara indiler. Ardından işyerini terk etmeme eylemleri geliyor, 17 Temmuz'da da “bir gün işe gelmeme” adı altında bir günlük fiilî grev var!Kamu emekçilerinin (memurların) toplu sözleşmesi ise Ağustos'ta! Kamu emekçilerinin grev hakkı tanınmıyor. Dahası sözleşme süreci okulların kapalı olduğu döneme getiriliyor ki en kalabalık ve örgütlü kamu emekçileri kesimi hizmet üretiminden gelen gücünü pazarlık masasına koyamasın. Ama kamu emekçisi için de artık bıçak kemikte! 1 milyondan fazla üyesiyle yetkili konfederasyon olarak masaya oturan Memur-Sen, bugüne kadar AKP'nin memur kolu gibi çalıştı, bugünden sonra AKP ve MHP seçmeni memurları bile ikna edebilir mi şüpheli…
