Hier schreef ze een bijzonder boek over: Veranderen achter gesloten deuren. Het gesprek gaat over organisatieontwikkeling in een omgeving waar “niets fout mag gaan”: hoe je toch ruimte maakt voor vakmanschap, dialoog en zorgvuldig afwijken van regels, zonder de veiligheid te ondermijnen. El periodista detrás de esta investigación, publicada el 21 de enero de 2026, es Olivier Petitjean. El contrato que revisó menciona un servicio llamado "skip tracing". "Consiste en localizar a los que consideran sospechosos. El término se usaba con los detectives de antaño que debían encontrar a personas desaparecidas. Capgemini aseguró este miércoles 28 de enero que el contrato "no está, a la fecha, siendo ejecutado". "Antes de publicar nuestro artículo, les solicitamos una reacción. Nunca nos respondieron. Tras el escándalo que dieron explicaciones que convencen a medias, diciendo que se trata de una filial muy particular porque está sujeta a obligaciones relacionadas con la seguridad nacional estadounidense. Por lo tanto, dicen no tener control sobre ese contrato, ni haber tenido conocimiento previo de ese contrato. Cuando una empresa con sede en Francia, como Capgemini, y una de sus filiales, incluso en el extranjero, tiene actividades que pueden ocasionar graves violaciones de los derechos humanos, como es el caso de las prácticas de ICE, la responsabilidad de la empresa puede ser cuestionada en el derecho francés", advierte.
