The episode highlights how authentic leaders foster trust by being open about their strengths and weaknesses. Real-world examples illustrate the impact of admitting mistakes, sharing credit, and genuinely supporting team members' growth. Brian also addresses the challenges leaders face in embracing authenticity, such as the fear of appearing weak, cultural resistance in traditional organizations, and the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries. Practical strategies for overcoming these obstacles are shared, emphasizing the importance of modeling authenticity to create a supportive and open culture. What a CreepSeason 29, Episode 3Brian Buckmire (ABC News Legal Contributor)Host of Bad Rap: The Case Against DiddySean "Diddy" Combs was among hip-hop's most influential entertainers and entrepreneurs for decades. But Diddy's star began to implode when a video came out showing the music mogul assaulting his then-girlfriend. There had long been whispers about Diddy's aggression. But critics say his influence and relevance kept the rumors quiet until now. A raft of new lawsuits detail shocking allegations of sexual abuse and manipulation orchestrated in so-called "freak offs" -- sex parties Diddy allegedly ordered, videotaped, and controlled. Diddy now faces federal charges that include sex trafficking. He has denied all wrongdoing and said all encounters were consensual. A new podcast from 20/20 and ABC Audio traces how whispers of abuse came to light and led to Diddy's downfall. ABC News legal contributor Brian Buckmire takes listeners inside the rise and fall of Diddy, the allegations and his defense in a six-part weekly narrative series launching March 25, and returning with twice weekly real-time updates once the trial slated for May gets underway. Remember right before the 2020 election when CNN host Brian Stelter ran a lengthy segment explaining how the Hunter Biden laptop story was a big hoax, obviously generated in a conspiratorial manner by GOP partisans, likely in cahoots with Russia? Well, that makes one of you, since Brian himself claims it never happened. Except it did, which means that Brian Stelter is lying today about not having lied in the past. Quite the impressive tangle of lies — no wonder CNN has hired Stelter back after letting him go a couple of years ago. Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss how Stelter is himself guilty of everything he accuses Republicans of doing. Plus segments on former Obama administration official Van Jones admitting that Donald Trump is smarter than Democrats, footage of assassinated Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi predicting the demise of Syria, and Dr. Casey Means testifying about all the critical health information that is routinely left out of medical school training. Also featuring Stef Zamorano!

Brian Cerezo is a nurse who likes to have fun, but he's also passionate about the nursing profession and proud about being able to financially support his family. And he doesn't solely rely on his W-2 job. He's made some risky moves by investing in real estate, stocks, and the dreaded crypto. We agreed investing can sometimes be uncertain, but as his portfolio grows, so does his comfort in knowing he's got a backup plan. Brian is also the host of the popular podcast called Direct Admission, and if you know, you know. He started his podcast to talk to nurses about nursing and all the doors it can open for them, as well as helping them on their journey to financial independence by sharing his knowledge and experiences. And remember what I said about fun. Well, his Instagram is packed full of nursing memes and will have you chuckling in no time. Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/woodshoplife Guys Questions: Hello fellow wood shop enthusiasts! I was recently watching Guys YouTube videos of the secretary with tambour doors. He made a comment about sanding the door to I think 350, but also made a comment about treating the end grain differently so that it would not take on more oil and I assume darken it more then the face. He did not really elaborate on the technique. How is end grain treated differently when applying oil finishes and when staining? - Unkown Hey guys this is Mason from Blairswoodshop again. A follow up from the first question I asked about the jet 16-32 conveyor belt, I did what you said and now there is no more constant adjustments and it seems to work great now thank you for the help! Now for the next question. I have some really nice looking spaulted maple, as you know it's not structurally the most sound. I was thinking about maybe making it into thin veneer for box lids and things like that. I have no veneering experience or a vacuum pump, what is a cheap way to start veneering with out breaking the bank? I've been spending so much on tools last thing I need to do is go to the wife saying I need more tools haha, Thank you all for what you guys do! Look for to hear what you guys suggest. P.S. I do have everything to make the veneers just looking for diffrent ways to attach it to my work pieces. Mason Blair Brian's Questions: 1- I have a Dewalt dw735 planer and so far so good, But I noticed that if I try with a wide plank the planer makes a noise that sounds like it's too much for him to handle, how do you guys use a planer? One dimension several passes with 32s increments? - Karel Any advice for someone trying to start their own woodworking buisness? I do small crafts currently, but I plan to start selling furniture in the near future . Feel free to check out what I'm doing at the moment. - Dillon Huy's Questions: Hey guys, Do you know where I can find information on guidelines for building furniture? (i.e. website or books) For example, I'm looking to build a queen size platform bed frame with 20 inch legs and use castle joint joinery to connect the four sides to the legs. I'm trying to figure out what the minimum size the four sides, feet should be and how deep should the castle joints be? Deeper than my 10 inch table saw can cut? Thanks for all the great help. - Matt I would like to monetize my woodworking as a side business, if possible, in the future. Honestly, I am not sure if that means cutting boards or commissions, but I am leaning towards some simple stuff and seeing where it goes. I've thought of adding some sort of CNC to the mix. I am on the fence if I should go the route of a Shaper Origin as I can use this to make patterns for furniture projects, aid in doing some repetitive work, and do some custom accents on small items to personalize items for people or do I go the route of getting a Onefinity or other similar sized DIY CNC machine? The Onefinity would obviously take up much more room and cannot be brought to the project but could work on its own so to speak so if I am going to try and make money it can be working on something while I am doing something else. So, the part two to this question is if I go this route do you think I should get an add on laser attachment again for decorative personalization of future items to be made?
