Phil and Ted welcome the multi-talented husband and wife team, Jamie Alcroft and Sarah Kawahara.  Sarah is a double Emmy Award-winning figure skater and choreographer, including winning for the 2002 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony in Salt Lake City. She is the choreographer for more than a dozen current ice skating shows on cruise ships worldwide. Jamie is a comedian, expert silversmith, and voice-over artist. He's also a double organ transplant survivor on a mission to save lives through his advocacy for organ donations.  One of their three talented children is Hayley Kiyoko a singer-songwriter, actress, and author.

Jamie is an American comedian and voice actor renowned for his exceptional voice-over work in movies, TV shows, and video games. Many of you may know him as one half of the legendary comedy duo, Mack & Jamie. Jamie's journey into comedy began in a serendipitous way when cartoonist Mack Dryden left a note for him at his Key West radio station, acknowledging Jamie as one of the funniest men in town. It may be easier to list what Jamie Alcroft hasn't done, than to list all his many talents and accomplishments. He's a comedian who with his partner Mack Dryden hosted a hit TV show, “Comedy Break with Mack and Jamie” that helped launch the careers of Kevin Pollak, Ellen DeGeneres, Paul Reiser and others. He's a silversmith and dad to pop star, Hayley Kiyoko. Oh, yeah, and he's also the recipient of a heart AND liver transplant. A great conversation with my family friend and comedian, Jamie Alcroft, one of the most inspiring people I know. He's married to Emmy award winning choreographer-figure skater Sarah Kawahara. We discussed his life and journey and how he and Sarah raised their beautiful children, one of them being the amazing and talented musician, Hayley Kiyoko. Steve Cooper talks with comics/actors Jamie Alcroft and Philip Proctor. Jamie and Philip are the stars of the YouTube hit Boomers on a Bench. Jamie has been entertaining audiences as one-half of the comedy duo Mack & Jamie for over 25 years. They had been working together for less than two years when the call came from The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. His audience howled at their fast-paced bits, and they were asked back immediately. That and other TV appearances led to their own syndicated show in the 80s, Comedy Break with Mack & Jamie. They taped 125 half-hour shows in less than a year. He is also in the elite corps of LA Voice Actors. Having provided numerous voices for many National Commercials, as well as The Simpsons, Rugrats, Power Beach, Justice League, Adam Sandler's Eight Crazy Nights and scores of Video Games, most recently Gears of War I & II. Philip was a member of the Firesign Theatre. He plays Rocky Rococo and Nancy in the Nick Danger series, attended Yale University, where he contributed to campus humor magazine The Yale Record and had voice roles in Pixar films, including Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters Inc. and Finding Nemo. He has acted in shows such as Daniel Boone, All in the Family and Night Court and has lent his voice to shows such as Rugrats and All Grown Up! and to video games like Assassin's Creed, Adventures in Odyssey and Dead Rising. He also was the announcer for Big Brother season 3 through 6.
