In this episode of The Decoding Success Podcast, Matt sits down with renowned sexologist, therapist, and intimacy expert Chantelle Otten for a powerful conversation about self-love, intimacy, connection, identity, and what it truly means to find yourself again. Free Brand Strategy Call: https://freebrandcall.com/mattlebris/ Watch all episodes on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@MattLeBris Many people spend years searching for deeper relationships, more meaningful friendships, and lasting love without realizing that the relationship they are missing most is the one they have with themselves. Chantelle explains why so many people feel disconnected in today's world, how fear, loneliness, people-pleasing, and external validation pull us away from ourselves, and why intimacy is about so much more than sex. Together, Matt and Chantelle explore the connection between self-awareness and healthy relationships, the importance of curiosity over certainty, and how the people in our lives often serve as mirrors reflecting both our strengths and our blind spots. The conversation dives into therapy, attachment styles, resilience, self-discovery, friendship, grief, courage, and the surprising role that fun plays in living a fulfilling life. Chantelle also shares deeply personal reflections on love, loss, her mother's final life lessons, and the reminder that success means very little if we forget to actually enjoy the life we're building. If you've ever felt disconnected, lonely, stuck, misunderstood, or unsure of who you are becoming, this conversation offers a refreshing perspective on how to reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and alive. In this episode, you'll learn: Why so many people feel disconnected from themselves The surprising connection between intimacy and self-awareness How fear and external validation impact your relationships Why loneliness can exist even when you're surrounded by people The role friends play in helping us discover who we are How to receive feedback without losing yourself Why curiosity is essential for personal growth The difference between confidence and courage How healthy relationships act as mirrors for self-discovery Why self-love requires action, not just affirmation The impact of grief, loss, and resilience on personal growth Why "having more fun" may be the advice we all need most Connect with Chantelle: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chantelle_otten_sexologist/ Website: https://chantelleotten.com/ Connect with Matt: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/matt_lebris/

What if the biggest barrier to better sex isn’t your body, your partner, or your libido, but the shame and silence surrounding it? In this episode, Dr Mariam sits down with Australia’s go-to sexologist, Chantelle Otten, for a candid, practical and deeply reassuring conversation about sex, intimacy and why so many of us are still too embarrassed to talk about what’s happening in the bedroom. From mismatched libidos and postpartum desire dips to painful sex, vaginismus and the mental load that can kill the mood before anyone even makes it to bed, Chantelle explains why great sex isn’t about performance, it’s about curiosity, communication and giving yourself permission to change the rules. Plus, she answers your anonymous listener questions: Why can you orgasm alone but not with a partner? Is it normal to lose all desire after kids? And what should you know before going to your first sex party? GET IN TOUCH Sign up to the Well Newsletter to receive your weekly dose of trusted health expertise without the medical jargon.

Healthcare is broken — and everyone feels it. Appointments are rushed. Costs keep rising. Clinicians are burned out. Patients are frustrated. And the system seems to be hurting the very people it's supposed to help. In this episode of The Health Feast, I'm joined by Dr. Todd Otten — a board-certified family doctor and Navy veteran — who nearly left medicine after seeing how deeply the system was failing both his patients and his peers. But instead of walking away, he chose to speak out. Todd co-wrote Ripple of Change with one of his patients and is now producing a powerful new documentary, Suck It Up, Buttercup, to reveal what's really happening inside healthcare — and what needs to change. Whether you're a clinician on the edge of burnout or a patient who's felt dismissed and discouraged, this conversation will help you make sense of your experience — and give you a glimpse of what better could look like. What We Cover: What's actually causing clinician burnout — and why it's not just long hours The hidden trauma of medical training What “moral injury” means — and why it's driving people out of medicine How broken incentives lead to bad outcomes for both patients and doctors Why Dr. Otten nearly left medicine — and what pulled him back The power of solidarity, and why we need collective change What you can do — even if you feel powerless in the system

Rod Villagomez and Munaf Manji talk NFL Fantasy Football for NFL Week 3. NFL Fantasy Football Podcast – Week 3 NFL Fantasy Football Podcast - … [Rod Villagomez] (0:08 – 0:39) Rod sets the stage: “It feels like it's just started, and yet we're fully into this with injuries and all of these things happening.” This opening stresses how quickly the season has escalated, creating chaos for fantasy managers. [Munaf Manji] (0:40 – 1:57) Munaf expands: “You probably had Joe Burrow… Jaden Daniels… Brock Purdy… and now you're scrambling.” His analysis reflects the immediate fantasy impact of quarterback injuries, especially in superflex leagues, and sets up the episode's theme: making difficult replacement and flex decisions. [Rod Villagomez] (1:58 – 3:55) Rod shares personal experience: “I have lost Brock Purdy, Jaden Daniels and J.J. McCarthy in pretty much one of each of my fantasy rosters.” This illustrates the broader point—injuries are forcing managers into uncomfortable waiver moves like starting Daniel Jones. The implication: adaptability is now critical for survival in fantasy leagues. [Game Analysis & Stats] Munaf cites James Cook's breakout: “284 rushing yards through three games, four total touchdowns, 355 scrimmage yards.” Cook's consistency demonstrates the value of recognizing rising backs early. He also notes Josh Allen's “three passing touchdowns yesterday and no interceptions thus far.” On the Dolphins' side, Tua's regression is key: “He's thrown an interception in every game thus far… four interceptions total.” The takeaway is that fantasy managers should consider benching Tua until stability returns. [Flex Debates] Cade Otten vs. Kyle Pitts: Both agree Otten may deliver more short-term fantasy relevance because Pitts is overshadowed by Bijan Robinson and Drake London. Breece Hall vs. Michael Pittman: Rod and Munaf favor Pittman, citing Hall's lack of usage and Tampa Bay's elite run defense. Jordan Mason vs. Drake London: Both back Mason, especially with Aaron Jones on IR, making Mason the clear RB1. Tyler Allgeier vs. Rachaad White: Consensus leans Allgeier, as Atlanta's matchup with Carolina suggests heavy run volume. Keenan Allen vs. Xavier Worthy: Allen's “17 targets, 71% catch rate, two touchdowns” firmly positions him as a must-start over a questionable rookie. [DFS Lineup Build] (46:13 – 55:30) They construct a DraftKings lineup, spotlighting Dak Prescott, Jordan Mason, Alvin Kamara, Keenan Allen, CeeDee Lamb, Troy Franklin, Rome Odunze, Brock Bowers, and Falcons DST. The discussion emphasizes value hunting—“Jordan Mason at $5,400 is a great play”—and strategic stacking (e.g., Dak with CeeDee Lamb). Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Munaf Manji and SleepyJ talk NFL player props for Week 3. NFL Player Props – Week 3 [Opening Segment] (timestamps vary by section) The discussion centers on betting angles for Week 3 player props, with analysts pointing out favorable matchups and statistical trends. Direct quotes reveal a focus on efficiency and expected production. For example: “You have to look at how many times he's being targeted in the red zone, that's where the value comes in.” This emphasizes the importance of opportunity over pure yardage totals when evaluating props. [Quarterbacks] Attention is given to pass attempts and touchdowns. One speaker highlights: “Daniel Jones is averaging nearly 35 pass attempts per game, but the efficiency is what's holding him back.” This implies that volume alone does not guarantee fantasy or betting success—completion rates and game scripts matter. [Running Backs] Breece Hall is scrutinized for underwhelming production despite decent yards-per-carry averages. “He's sitting at 4.7 per carry, but without consistent usage, you can't back the over.” This underscores the risk of betting on backs whose offensive systems don't prioritize them. Meanwhile, Jordan Mason is framed as an emerging value: “He's looked better than Aaron Jones on limited touches, averaging 4.1 yards per carry.” This points to his growing role in the Vikings' backfield. [Wide Receivers & Tight Ends] The analysts debate Kyle Pitts versus Cade Otten, noting Pitts' “11 receptions on 13 targets, 96 yards” compared with Otten's potential boost due to Buccaneers' injuries. The commentary suggests Pitts remains a frustrating hold while Otten could be a buy-low play. For receivers, Keenan Allen is praised for “17 targets and two touchdowns already”, reinforcing his role as Justin Herbert's primary option. [Team-Level Context] Defenses are tied into betting strategy. The Buccaneers' run-stopping prowess—“allowing just 105 rushing yards total through two games”—is highlighted as a reason to fade certain running backs. Conversely, the Panthers' weak rush defense bolsters confidence in Atlanta's ground-heavy attack led by Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier. Learn more about your ad choices. In this episode of the Scaling Wellness Podcast, I'm joined by someone who's built one of Houston's most beloved massage practices Zalla Otten, founder of Zalla Massage.   Zalla's journey is anything but ordinary. From starting out in a spare bedroom to now running a thriving practice in a cozy 105-year-old cottage in Montrose, she's grown her business to a team of 10 therapists, front desk coordinators, and a loyal client base that's made Zalla Massage one of the most-reviewed massage studios in Houston.   But what really makes Zalla stand out is her combination of entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and heart. She's not only a Licensed Massage Therapist but also a visionary studio owner who's built her practice around high standards, client-centered care, and innovative approaches to growth.   In this episode, Zalla opens up about:   How she went from working multiple jobs to launching her own practice, step by step. The unique marketing strategies that fueled her growth, from creative Groupon hacks to building a referral program that clients and partners love. The lessons (and mistakes) of hiring, managing, and building a culture that truly supports both therapists and clients. The reality of scaling up: what it's like to run a seven-figure massage business, expand to multiple locations, and navigate tough decisions when things don't go as planned. How returning to hands-on work reignited her passion, especially through fascia work and energy-focused bodywork.   Zalla's story is honest, inspiring, and packed with wisdom for any massage therapist, wellness entrepreneur, or business owner looking to grow without losing themselves along the way.   Whether you're dreaming of starting your own practice, hiring your first employee, or scaling to multiple locations, this conversation will give you the insights, tools, and encouragement you need to take your next step.   Tune in now to hear how Zalla built, stumbled, grew, and ultimately redefined success on her own terms.   Check out Zalla's website: https://zallamassage.com/ Her Facebook Page:  https://www.facebook.com/ZallaMassage   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -  Want to build a wellness practice that gives you both TIME and MONEY?
