Hadrat Abu Zharr (ra). Session 30 The Ascetic The Lips & 2 Angels - Surah 33 v56. The rich can gain extra rewards as they give more in charity, however others can make up after the obligatory Salah with Takbeer,Tahmeed and Tasbeeh... Thus the sins are forgiven even if they are like the foam of the ocean (Abu Dawood). The miser is the one who hears the name of The Messenger ﷺ and does not send salutations (and the path to paradise passes by) (Ibn Abee Aasim). Every supplication is kept veiled until Blessings are invoked upon The Messenger ﷺ & his family (Tabarani). 2 Angels near your Lips guarding The Salutations sent to The Messenger ﷺ. Whenever salutations are sent the 2 Angels say "May Allah SWT forgive you", Allah SWT replies "Ameen" (Tabarani) & Surah 33 v56. Allah SWT sends Salat & salam upon the one who sends salutations upon The Messenger ﷺ (Ahmad).
Hadrat Abu Zharr (ra). Session 25 The Ascetic The 3 partners in Wealth For the majority of the believers what is little and sufficient is far better than the abundant and alluring. Give your wealth in charity and you might perhaps get relief from the severities of the world. Greed is killing you whilst you can never fulfil it (Ibn Abee Dunyaa). They breed what they will bury. They build what will eventually be destroyed. They hold firmly to what is temporary, And They foraskew the everlasting, Abu Zharr (ra). The 3 partners in wealth; Predestination, Heir & You. Thus you strive your utmost and never be the most helpless of the 3. You will never attain piety until you spend out of that which you love (not which is spare) Surah 3 v92. The one rich in his heart will not be harmed by what they face in the world Whilst the one poor in his heart will not be enriched by how much they acquire of this world (Tabrani). Different types of Sadaqah The forms of charity.... Takbeer, Tasbeeh, Tahleel, Tahmeed, Laailaaha'il lal'laah, seeking forgiveness, enjoining the good & forbidding the evil, removing thorns/rocks from a path, guiding a blind man... (Nasaa'ee).

Dear listeners, we are in sura 13 Thunder Alraed الرعد verses 28 -29. Todays life lesson is how do you find peace in your heart? in life? It Is by remembering Allah. So Have faith in God, believe and trust in God , remember God often. You can repeat His 99 names , or say them in the form of a Duaa , you can do Tasbeeh , praising God , Subhan Allah, Alhamdulilah, Allah Akbar, la ilah ila Allah , you can be in Taqwa , knowing that God is always with you hears you sees you , so you are self conscious of your actions and try to stay with good deeds/ good work/ good surroundings.
Dear readers, todays verse is from sura 38 Ranged in Rows. Verse 139-144. The story of the prophet Jonah (peace be upon him) when he left his people upset that they didn't listen to him and didn't follow God's order. He went on a ship and fled, but his punishment came in the form of a overloaded ship and he was throne overboard, and a whale swallowed him. Allah says ( if he had not been one of those who glorified God) he would have stayed forever. So the power of Tasbeeh, gets you out even from the depths of the sea/ of your troubles. Your daily motivation is to Glorify Allah by doing Tasbeeh. Prophet Jonah's words were لا اله الا انت سبحانك اني كنت من الظالمين - there is no god but you the One and Only God, Glory be to you I have been wrong. .Arabic transliteration ( la ilah ila aant, subhanak, inee kunt min althalimeen.)
There is no god but Allah, the One, having no partner with Him. Sovereignty belongs to Him and all the praise is due to Him, and He is Potent over everything.
Sura 57 Iron / Alhadeed الحديد is full of power. It starts with tasbeeh/ glorify God , everything in the earth and in the sky glorifies Him. Tasbeeh is repeated in the Quran so it is important. What does it mean to do tasbeeh, look at the sky look at earth and ask yourself who made it, how amazing is this image in front of you , the colors , the plants, trees, animals , even the small ants. And glorify Him for everything that He has created for you. The sounds you hear, the wind that blows on your skin, all your senses are touched by life. But sometimes we forget or we are too busy to be still and live in the moment. This for me means tasbeeh. The mindfulness of being in the moment before and after every prayer could be a starting point for you. Or with the beautiful colors of the sun in the sky at dawn and dusk. Verses 1-6. Shows Allahs power, knowledge, control and Glory. It has a powerful verse for Duaa from His 99 names. Allah You are the First and Last the Outer and Inner, bless us , help us, guide us protect us. Glory be to you Allah the One and Only God , the first before everything and the last after everything, you are the inner and outer. Allah we ask you with the best of your names to accept us, give us happiness here and there blessings and joy ,Health ,wealth and wisdom to live the best lives possible. To You we submit, to You we glorify.Ameen Ameen Ameen.
The Clear Evidence First Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah: Allah has sworn by the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah in the Quran (By the Dawn. By the ten nights (i.e. the first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hijjah) Sura Al-Fajr, Verses: 1-2). This shows that the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are of great importance in Islam. The important rite of Hajj i.e. ‘Wuqufe Arafah' is also performed in these ten days, which is the day of acquiring the greatest blessings of Allah. Thus, after Ramadan, there is the best chance to attain the success in the Hereafter in these days. Therefore, in these days, worship Allah as much as you can, do His Zikr, observe fast and offer sacrifice. There are special virtues of worshipping in these days which are mentioned in Ahadith, out of which I am describing some Ahadith below: ❖ It is reported from Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “On no other days are good deeds more liked by Allah than on these ten days (i.e. the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah).” (Sahih Bukhari) ❖ It is reported from Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “No other days are considered more virtuous by Allah than these ten days, therefore, you should recite Tasbeeh-o-Tehleel and Takbeer-o-Tahmeed in abundance.” (Tabraani) ❖ In these days, everyone should try to recite Takbeer-e-Tashreeq as much as possible. The kalimaat (wordings) of Takbeer-e-Tashreeq are: Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar La Ilaha Illallahu Wallahu Akbar Allahu Akbar Wa lillahil Hamd. Fasting on the Day of Arafah: Hazrat Qatadah (May Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad ( صل الله ع ي لل ل ) said: “I am strongly hopeful that Allah will forgive the sins of one year before and one year after for those who observe fast on the day of Arafah. (Muslim) The above Hadith clearly states that fasting on the day of Arafah leads to the forgiveness of sins of one year before and one year after. Therefore, we should pay especial heed towards fasting on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah. But the question arises as to whether the people of India and Pakistan should fast on the 9th day of Dhul-Hijjah according to their calendar or according to Saudi Arabia on the day of Hajj. Generally, there is difference of one day in the lunar calendar between Saudi Arabia and India and Pakistan. First of all, I would say that many Hadiths mention the special virtue of fasting between the first Dhul-Hijjah and the 9th Dhul-Hijjah. So, the best option is to fast on both days. But if a person wants to observe only one fast, then there is a difference of opinion among the jurists and scholars as to which day the fast should be observed. Since there are different opinions, it is permissible to follow any of the two views, because fasting on the day of 'Arafah is not obligatory. It is Masnoon. Our scholars believe that the people of India and Pakistan should fast on the 9th day according to their regional calendar, because like Eidul-Fitr, Eidul-Adha and Ashura, we should follow the regional calendar for fasting on the day of Arafa. However, instead of arguing over this issue, we should be flexible and should not try to impose one's opinion on other. It worth to mention that since the migration of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions to Madinah, the Muslims could not perform Hajj due to the occupation of Makkah by the infidels. Episode 22: Muhammad the Family Man & Renovation of the Kabah Welcome to Seerah Pearls, which aims to highlight some tantalising learning points from each episode of the Seerah- Life of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). After marrying Khadija (radi Allahu anha) aged 25 years-old, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) dedicated the next 10 years of his life to establishing a home and a family. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the best person among people is the one who is best to his family, and he said that he is the best to his family. Being a role model is more credible if you have experienced the relevant situations: thus, it necessitates that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was the ultimate family man. He offered insights as to how to interact with one's family e.g. engaging in physical intimacy whole-heartedly; feeding one's spouse with your own hand; not sacrificing family time for worship e.g. he would pray the fard prayers at the mosque and Sunnah prayers at home. Even in Madina, as a head of state, he was engaged in educating his children e.g. the tasbeeh after prayers is called the ‘Tasbeeh of Fatimah'. We should learn that dedicating time to one's family should not be seen as a waste, in terms of financial loss because of reduced time at work, or even as a sign that someone is not religiously committed, because they cannot dedicate so much time to the mosque. Family time is investing in the Akhirah as well as the community, as the community ultimately comprises groups of healthy families. When the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was 35 years-old, a major complete renovation of the Ka'ba occurred. The walls were literally falling apart, from wear-and-tear and water damage. The low door made theft possible as well. The Quraysh were very nervous about the potential consequences of changing the Ka'ba. A distant relative of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), the brother of his paternal grandmother, decided to be the first to start proceedings: he grabbed a stone from its place and it immediately moved back into its original place. He interpreted this as being a sign from Allah that the reconstruction should be approached carefully: the building should not be demolished all at once, but piece-by-piece renovations should occur, and only pure money should be used. We should also be mindful of the sources of money we give in Zakat, Sadaqah, etc. and bring only the purest of wealth. It is also reported that there was a well near the Ka'ba that had been empty and boarded-up for a long time. A huge serpent came bursting out and started circling the Ka'ba. On announcing this pact to only use pure money and approach the project piece-by-piece, the snake receded away or was collected by a large bird. A fight ensued as to which tribe would be responsible for the reconstruction. The senior leader Walid ibn Mughirah said the project would be approached together: each tribe would have responsibility for separate parts of the Ka'ba. Then, the tribes were too scared to start the project for fear of divine repercussions: Walid ibn Mughirah started the project alone. Once everyone saw nothing happened to him, they all started the reconstruction. They reached the base and hit the foundations of Ibrahim (peace be upon him), causing a mini-earthquake: thus, they decided to leave this in place.
O believers! Always remember Allah often, and glorify Him morning and evening.
Fasting Fasting has no equal. Fasting is so believed to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى it's not given away on the last day. Every hair of the fasting person does Tasbeeh. The fast intercedes for the person on the last day. Fasting is the zakat (purification) of the body.
The story of how the Holy Prophet (saw) taught this tasbeeh to his daughter is a beautiful one. When Zahra (as) requested help at home, her father taught her this recitation and said: ‘O Fatima! I have granted you something that is superior to a maidservant and to the world and everything in it.’ (Aasaar o Asraare Tasbeehe Zahra (s.a.) , Pg. 7) In this context Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) tells us, ‘Allah is not worshipped by anything more meritorious than the Tasbeeh of Fatima Zahra (s.a.). Had there been any worship superior to it, most surely the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) would have granted it to Janabe Fatima (s.a.).’ (Wasaaelush Shia , Vol 4 Pg. 1024) How to recite Tasbeeh of Hazrat Zahra (s.a.): According to a tradition from Imam Jafar Sadiq, one should recite Allaho Akbar 34 times, Alhamdolillah 33 times and Subhaanallah 33 times. (Behaarul Anwaar Vol 85, Pg. 334) In this episode, we reflect on the recitations of the Tasbeeh and explore their role in emotional and mental wellbeing and in building resilience. This Surah is one of the earliest Surahs revealed at Makkah and it talks about Tawhid: Allah is Almighty, always glorify Him. Allah has taken the responsibility off of Holy Prophet's memorization of the Qur'an by assuring him that he will not forget any portion of it. Those who heed Allah's reminders will be successful in the Hereafter. When P (saw) was asked about favourite Sura, he said Ala. It was very close to him. Ala is one of the names of Allah – it is one of 4 suwer of the Quran which bear one of the names of Allah swt – Rahman, Fatir, Ala and Ghafir, (which is also called Surat Momin) Sura Ala is also one of the 6 glorification sura which begin with the Tasbeeh of Allah swt: Hadid – 57 Hashr – 59 Saff – 61 Jummah – 62 Taghabun – 63 Ala – 87. These Suras mention various Names of Allah s..tw , and Suratul Hadeed mentions 4 Names, Al Awwal ul Aakhir, Az Zahir Al Batin, The First, the Last, the Open and the Hidden, which Masters have called the Source Names, as all other attributes of Allah s..wt are necessary offshoots or derivatives from this Essential Reality. Sayyid Qutb says that this sura turns the whole universe into a temple of glorification where the four corners echo the glory and subhan of Allah and when we were listening to the Sura, it’s rhythm, and the ending vowels of each aya seem to echo the tasbih of Al Alaa This Sura is like a capsule summary of the essence of the entire spiritual path.
