Are you uncomfortable with the word 'saved'? Kind of a drastic word, isn't it? Yet, it's a scriptural term. This week's broadcast considers the word "saved" in a number of different contexts - the fact that you must be saved in order to be in heaven, that there is the possibility that all sinners might be saved through Christ, that believing sinners will certainly be saved, and also the sad condition of never being saved. We trust that you will understand the wonderful provision that God has given so that you can say that YOU are saved!
Jesus forgave the sins of a paralyzed man, and then he healed his body. Which is easier? The sermon text for the Nineteenth Sunday after Trinity is Matthew 9:1-8. In this text we learn how difficult it is to forgive sins. So difficult that there is no forgiveness a part from God, who took on flesh to die for you on His cross. Sometimes people struggle with the Biblical term 'saved'. Often, this is simply because they don't quite get the concept of being lost. If I am saved, then it certainly implies that there was something I needed to be saved from. And there is. We all need to be saved from a purposeless life, from the unhappy consequences of sin here on earth, and most of all from the eternal consequences of sin after life is over - in hell separated from God forever. Do YOU know what it means to be saved?

Jesus anointed by a sinful woman
In this message, we read Isaiah 40, the struggle between the flesh and the spirit, and the importance of understanding God's love. We also shared personal experiences and emphasized the significance of Christ's role in fulfilling prophecies, offering salvation, and revealing God's love.
In the Bible, the Lord Jesus Christ answered all the questions that men put to Him. Some were genuine; others were nothing but trickery. But the most important questions were the ones He Himself asked. These were honest questions, questions that really matter. Like the day He asked the people, "What do you think of Me?" What a simple and yet searching question. And He's looking for honesty in your answer. So, what DO you think of Christ? What is YOUR answer to life's greatest issue?
So many people struggle with understanding this truth, the full forgiveness of God. So in this study we explore what Scripture shows us of how exactly our sins are forgiven. Our Website -
In this didactic psalm of David's he shows how he came under the conviction of God's Spirit, leading him to acknowledge and confess his sin, which led him to forgiveness. Of course David had to believe that he was forgiven. After this experience, David seems to be describing the life of Christian believers today, who can teach and instruct others into the ways of righteousness. There is great reason to be glad, and rejoice and even sing songs of deliverance. To see the video from today's service, you can simply click on this link! Are your future sins forgiven through #LaylatulQadr? | Taraweeh Reflections with Dr. Omar Suleiman

Today's message looks closely at one of the Lord's sayings on the cross. It is maybe the one of most significance to perishing sinners. The words, “It is finished” or one word in the Greek – “finished”. How this word has been a balm to troubled souls down through the years since that day at Calvary! What did it mean? Well, the depth of this utterance will probably never be fully known. For, you see, it was one of infinite victory! Christ's promises had been kept. The prophecies had been fulfilled. Satan had been crushed. Sin had been paid for. Death had been defeated. God had been satisfied. How profound was that cry from Calvary! Listen to our message today, and ask yourself, “What does that word mean to ME?”

There is no greater truth than to know that your sins are forgiven! King David could write in Psalm 32:1-2 – “Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered; blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputes not iniquity”. Can you think of anything better? We can only have a right relationship with God if, first, we recognize that the Almighty God see us in our sins and separated from Him. He is the When it comes to our soul's salvation, we need to be honest with God and acknowledge it. Only then will we appreciate the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ in dying for us.
We once again look at another aspect of Justification, as the Lord has been pleased to direct me in the searching of texts to preach from. This time, we come to the very firstfruit of what justification does for the repentant sinner - the forgiveness of their sins. Our text reveals the fulness of this forgiveness in a number of precious ways---1. God's Sovereign Grace--2. God's Justifying Blood--3. Your Confessing of Your Sin
