It’s pretty simple by eating a late breakfast either 10 AM or 11 AM and supper 6 PM or 7 PM that evening. Eating healthy throughout the eight hours and avoiding the late-night snacking helps with better sleep, more energy the next day, and of course helps with weight loss. If you are on medication, talk with your doctor first, but this is a great strategy especially for those with prediabetes.
