Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Amanda: Hello! I have a 2 part question related to Omega-3 supplementation. 1. Do you see an elevation in LDL with the regular use of Fish Oil? If so, are you concerned about that elevation, or at what degree of elevation do you become concerned? 2. Do you use Cod Liver Oil for the Vit. A and D benefits? Thank you for your insight Mindy: Hi! I was wondering if you know the cause of why someone might get tightness and spasm on the right side of the throat. I've been having it freeze up and causes pain and tightness and I feel like I can't swallow or move. It only lasts for a few seconds and I just have to really think about relaxing everything. Thank you for all you do! You're someone I really respect and know we'll get truthful and non biased answers. Al: Hello Dr.Cabral. I have lot of trust in your opinion and would like to ask about magnesium l-threonate. I've been reading about its benefits regarding cognitive function, Alzheimer's, as well as improving sleep quality. Is this form of magnesium better for above mentioned? Are you considering creating another product like that? My second question is about acne. My partner has deep acne, not inflamed, just tiny hard bumps on temples and forehead. She had elevated Candida, but no parasites and had gone through CBO, which resolved her gut issues, but didn't improve acne. She also has endometriosis, which she just started working on. Would you suggest coffee peeling? I've red that it works very well. Thank you. Gina: Hello I have suffered with gut issues for many many years. I did your cbo protocol and I felt amazing, but I've noticed some of my symptoms coming back. I was wondering if you and your team test for methane and hydrogen sibo, if so I was hoping you had a specific protocol to resolve the problem. Thank you for your time Gina Vanessa: Hello Dr. i recently did my hormone test and the tsh was 2.43, but since covid 2021 I had been having anxiety issues it's better but still I lost weight, and my skin is dry. Any suggestions or how do I get better pls , im 40 year old women John: Hey doc. Would like to know what's best for cyst on my knuckle and what usually causes it . In this podcast, we're going to talk about the health benefits of cod liver oil. Cod liver oil is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. EPA has potent anti-inflammatory properties, while DHA supports cognitive function. Cod liver oil is also rich in vitamin A and vitamin D. Don't confuse cod liver oil with fish oil! You would need 12,000 mg of fish oil to equal just one tablespoon of cod liver oil. You can not get vitamin A from fruits and vegetables. Beta-carotene is only a precursor to vitamin A, not the active form. Cod liver oil contains retinol, the active form of vitamin A. The most common autoimmune disease is Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. There's a significant link between vitamin A deficiency and hypothyroidism. There are vitamin A receptors inside of your white blood cells, so it's crucial for immunity! Vitamin A also helps to regulate iodine. Vitamin A supports the mucus membranes of your mouth, sinuses, throat, and lungs, so it's critical in preventing infections. It also supports the roots of the microvilli on the inside of your intestinal tract. Vitamin A supports the health of your retina. If you're deficient in retinol (the active form of vitamin A), you can go blind. Cod liver oil is also a good source of vitamin D. Without vitamin D, you can't pull calcium and magnesium into the body. Beans, legumes, grains, and cereals are very high in phytic acid, which increases the need for vitamin D. If your diet is high in these foods, it's easy to become deficient in vitamin D.

Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Luis: Hi Dr Cabral, I seem to be suffering from hyperthyroidism. I noticed you have courses on the thyroid, but most seem to be focused on hypo, rather than hyper. I have constipation just about every day where my bowels feel constricted along with what feels like vagus nerve irritation (electrical bangs going up the neck into the head) and occasional cloudiness in my urine 2 of my blood tests came back as over 11 MG/DL for calcium. My GI doctor has now referred me to an endocronologist, but I would rarther not take meds or have my parathyroid removed if it comes to that. Is there anything you can recommend to me? I should mentioned that I'm in my late 30's. and prolific seamoss eater. I'm taking your Fell spectrum mag. and vitamin k2 mk4+mk7, but only finding minor relief. Thanks Mike: HI Dr. Cabral, Appreciate all that you do, your podcast & book started me on my healing journey back in November of 2022 and I hope to never look back. I've done testing through Equiilife and some work with your IHP's, as well as my local naturopathic doctor. I'm a 32 yr old, and I've had CREST for a little over a decade. I understand everyone has their own root cause, and Im working as hard as I can to uncover and fix my imbalances. However, I'm writing to see if you have had any success in working with clients who were able to completely overcome their symptoms of CREST/Schleroderma. I've yet to hear any success stories, and its a a condition that is never talked about. Would love to hear a podcast or just get some insight into what worked with your clients that had this dis-ease. Anonymous: Hi Dr Cabral, I have been on a journey to find answers to vaginal and vulvar itch for years. I went the route of gynecology- they said I have lichen stenosis- told to take hormones.I didn't really want to do that so I tried Chinese medicine there I tried yin care and some other supplements. Itch continues. I then went to a natural path and got estriol and some cortisol balancing. I used hydration ovals. This didn't work. Throughout this 5 year journey, I did over the counter yeast treatments when I couldn't cope for a couple of days or months of relief. Then I started protocols with your testing and health coach. Organic acids test pointed to elevated levels to suspect yeast. I did detox - Limited yeast/sensitive gut foods. Midway into probiotics symptoms are back. Now what? I need help!! Nurse Coach Robbins: Thank you for all of the information that you provide the community, YOU are making a difference and are so appreciated! I would like to know your opinion on micro current point stimulation on acupuncture sites for overall pain relief, increasing vagal tone, and increasing heart rate variability. With appreciation for your guidance Bettina: Hello Dr. Cabral. Thank you so much this great podcast that you do. I have decided to get a mini tummy tuck/Mini Abdominoplasty with some liposuction above the umbilicus. I will not have my abdominal muscles tightened as the issue is more the hanging lower stomach and access fat in that area. What would you recommend me doing prior to the surgery and after? Surgery will take place mid-September this year. I did the 21-day detox in January and plan to do either a 7 days or 14 days detox before July. I have been told to stop taking my Cod Liver Oil 3 weeks before surgery. If a family member of your chose to do what I've chosen to do what would you recommend them doing? Thank you so much for your time I truly appreciate it. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Erin: Hi Dr Cabral, I have extreme salt cravings part of which are due to adrenal issues and the other thing. I just enjoy the flavor profile I have always preferred highly salted food. I had been experiencing swollen eyelids in the morning and then I heard it often times it's not about how much sodium you intake but instead your sodium to potassium ratio. I started taking potassium in the form of cream of tartar mix into my magnesium sweet drink before bed, and it seems to be working as a swelling has reduced. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the sodium potassium ratio, and whether you can balance that are really need to reduce salt intake? Burg: Hey Doc, love your work. After a routine visit to the doctor, he noticed a crease in both earlobes and said that it might corollate to heart issues. It's called “Frank's Ear". I am 58 and overweight. I have noticed a loss of connective tissue (loose wrinkly skin) over the past few years. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Marina: Hi Dr Cabral, I'd like to know the benefits of fish oil vs cod liver oil. Cod liver oil has vit a and d however you say that EPA to DHA of 2:1 is best, cod liver oil doesn't seem to meet this. When should we pick one over the other? Or supplement with both? Thank you Anonymous: Hi, dr. Cabral.. My boyfriend bought these expensive pans from Hexclad because “even Gordon Ramsey uses them” and they are advertised as non-toxic.. I wrote an email to them and they said that of course they use PTFE to make them non-stick and that US FDA certified it for use in many applications including medical implants and cookware.. After listening to your podcasts I believe it's still toxic to our bodies, but not sure if you've used the name PTFE.. Can you please tell us your opinion on it? Lara: Hello, dr. Cabral.. I went to an Ayurvedic doctor who said I was a pitta by looking at my fingers and nails.. I'm wondering about two things that he said: - the moons on the fingernails shouldn't be visible- if they are, there's a problem with corresponding organs - chocolate, even raw cacao is poison, because there is a scarcity of it in the world and it would have to be extremely expensive if it was natural.. in his opinion it is all made in a lab.. Could you please give your opinion on both? Thank you so much and happy healing to everyone! Healing is a beautiful thing. After my recent knee surgery to clean up bone spurs and scar tissue in my left knee, I was dialed-into healing at the deepest level. Based on your questions and feedback (I listen to all of them), I have decided to provide you with my complete healing & recovery protocol to expedite healing and maximize my recovery post-surgery. This includes my 6 “secret” hacks to expedite healing. My hope is that you learn some things to prevent surgery…or that you are well-equipped for your own healing post-injury or even your own surgery someday. In this podcast, I will share why the heck I had to have another knee surgery, what I did to prepare for surgery, and my complete routine (physical, nutritional, supplement, modalities, hacks, etc.) during the post-recovery process. This includes: - Why I believe this knee issue started just 6-weeks after my knee replacement in December 2020. - Why and how my back issues contributed to all this. - What to do to potentially prevent the need for surgery. This is something most people won't think about who might be facing a knee replacement. - My 3 “phases” or stages of recovery (Through 12 weeks and beyond) - My complete nutrition and supplement routine. - The modalities that I used and highly recommend. - 6 “secret” biohacks that are key in my healing right now! - The importance of mindset in all this and how to stay positive when you are in pain. I know this episode of the IMPACT SHOW is going to help people who are in pain, facing surgery, or need help with healing/recovery. Please be sure to SHARE it with your friends, family, colleagues, and your community on social media. WARNING! This is my story, and I am sharing unfiltered ALL that I am doing, will be doing, or have done during what I call the “3-phases of post-surgery” healing. These are the things that I have incorporated into my post-surgery recovery routine after a lot of research and consulting with my doctor and other specialists. Please consult with your own doctors, medical specialists, and health experts to determine your best treatment plan for healing and recovery as well. Some of the things I share are free and will cost no money; others have an associated cost similar to what you'd pay for supplements; some of the hacks I share can get pricey. Ultimately, you choose what works for you based on your medical team, and what you choose is right for you! Enjoy today's IMPACT SHOW. It's one of my deepest, most personal reveals all time. Is cod liver oil (CLO) the same as fish oil? Do the polyunsaturated fatty acids in it suppress your thyroid? What is the role of retinol in the body? Does vitamin A protect against lipid peroxidation in cell membranes? What are the role of fat soluble vitamins in the body? In this solo show I answer all of these questions and more. I talk about why it took two years for Morley Robbins beating the retinol drum on my podcast to convince me to try it. In a world of “you're anemic, copper toxic and vitamin A toxic”, it takes a lot of unlearning to get to the truth. The truth is retinol is a critical nutrient that you can be deficient in even if you're eating grassfed beef liver everyday. Retinol is an electron carrier and a master antioxidant. Cod liver oil contains A and D in the perfect ratio in addition to compounds that probably haven't been discovered yet. While retinol seems to be the star of CLO, I suspect that it is a synergy of nutrients that gives the full effect. I share my experience of starting to take it this year in the middle of winter and how it affected my tolerance to cold temperatures. It is a powerful whole food supplement as long as it is not fortified or fermented. Today, I have here with me Prof. Brian Peskin, a world-leading scientist specializing in parent EFAs — termed PEOs — and their direct relationship to cardiovascular disease, cancer, and wound care (both traumatic and chronic). Brian has always had one goal – to help people — regardless of personal sacrifice. But despite his integrity, Brian has suffered a lot of criticism and even slander as a reward for his hard work. Brian is not alone. Many other health researchers have also spoken the truth and were chastised for it. Brian's great genius is “connecting the dots” between established sciences that usually remain separated, and coupling his findings with real-life results. He combines theory with practicality in a very unique way. Even though Brian does not always take credit for the science he has studied – he is often only the messenger of the information already published in leading medical textbooks and medical journals — he has also been called a “quack. Brian attended the world's leading engineering institution, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied highly complex mathematics, engineering and physics, along with probability and statistics. He has also studied biochemistry and physiology. Brian's various fields of study give him a unique systems perspective when applied to health and nutrition. Electrical engineering is an exact science. 90 Day Detox Program: http://www.ketokampdetox.com Order Keto Flex: http://www.ketoflexbook.com -------------------------------------------------------- / / E P I S O D E S P ON S O R S PureForm Omega Plant Based Oils (Best Alternative to Fish Oil): http://www.purelifescience.com Use ben4 for $4.00 off. This week on the Health Made Simple Show, we're joined by Dr. Dave Hogsed. As our first returnee-guest, Dr. Dave is a chiropractor and runs the Natural Health Care Professionals Clinic in Fort Myers, FL. He specializes in combining nutritional and herbal therapies with pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF). Dr. Dave is also a clinical consultant and speaker for Standard Process, the whole-food product company, and his seminars are best known for simplifying clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, PEMF, laboratory testing, and weight management. In this episode, per popular demand, Dr. Bart, Karen, and Dr. Dave navigate common questions about the COVID vaccine and how it affects your health. As a disclaimer, Dr. Bart and Dr. Dave don't claim to be experts in vaccines and do not want to influence your decision to get vaccinated. Rather this episode is simply about educating on how vaccines affect your health and how to prepare your body for a vaccine. The art of leveling up is knowing how your actions affect your health and creating a strategy to counterbalance possible side effects. Because this vaccine may become mandatory to do things such as travel or work, we have to prepare our minds and bodies for optimal health. 1. Recent Statistics on COVID Statistics and data help us make informed decisions about our health. Dr. Bart recently read that if you get exposed to COVID and have a robust immune system, data suggest that you can develop antibodies for at least eight months or ongoing. Dr. Dave mentioned a new statistic that said 80% of people exposed to COVID never develop symptoms. In addition, the Pfizer CEO has gone on record and said the vaccine has yet to be proven to defend the spread. This is because the COVID vaccine is slightly different than most vaccines. With this vaccine, you're not getting a live vaccine to become immune. Rather this vaccine functions by a different mechanism. These statistics highlight the importance of being proactive about your health. 2. Booster Shots A major health concern with all vaccines is the foreign materials that they leave in the body. The accumulation of toxins, no matter if it's alcohol, non-organic foods, or debris left by vaccines, may take a toll on your liver. So, we must understand how the COVID vaccine booster shots may contribute to the accumulation of toxins in the body. After the initial vaccination, the COVID vaccine requires you to get additional booster shots. Professionals that work with the vaccine are now thinking that patients who have already been vaccinated will need to get more booster shots somewhere within the next three months. Some reports suggest that patients may potentially need to get additional booster shots two more times in the first year. Because most people get the flu shot every year and have accumulated other toxins in the body, you should be aware of the extra foreign substances entering the body from the boosters of the vaccine. 3. Vaccine Readiness -- Detoxification One way to prepare your body for a vaccine is detoxification. Detoxification support is a wonderful nutritional strategy to manage the possible effects of a foreign substance entering the body. There are still huge question marks about how the COVID vaccine works in the body and the physical mechanisms that it affects. However, what we know for sure is that the vaccine is foreign material and will need continuous injections. So simple detox support is step number one if you get vaccinated. Moving forward on your health journey, you can't ignore the component of toxins in the body. To start, understand all three phases of liver detox. Also know that if the liver is supported by whole foods, cruciferous vegetables, and herbs like milk thistle, it can handle removing all the toxins in the body. In regards to vaccines, milk thistle helps bind the heavy metals found in vaccines and remove them from the body. It's like the liver's shield from toxins because it supports heavy metal chelation. Milk thistle is wonderful because it helps with the detox process while also repairing the liver. When it comes to detox, we're addressing the cumulative damage to the liver. For example, if you have an alcoholic beverage every night, it causes your live cells to break down and it slows the enzymes in your liver. Therefore, your liver is vulnerable to becoming congested with other toxins. This is why it's important to get as clean as possible to prepare your body for a vaccine, should you choose to get one. -- Getting your sugar under control Having blood-sugar problems (metabolic syndrome, diabetes, prediabetes, and hypertension) increases the risk of having huge covid reactions because sugar issues weaken your blood-brain barrier When the blood-brain barrier is weakened, more toxins can easily enter your brain. Likewise, these blood-sugar problems also out people at risk for having a bad reaction to the vaccine. So you have to get your sugar under control to minimize the risk. In other words, the same groups (the elderly, the diseased, the immunocompromised) that are vulnerable to COVID now are also the ones that are vulnerable to putting the vaccine, or toxins, into their body. 4. Questions from the Audience What about people who have allergies? Am I understanding that people with allergies cannot take this vaccine? Always go back to the basics. If you're getting the vaccine for peace of mind or because you have to for work, go back to the basics. Support your liver to minimize that histamine allergy response. So, take milk thistle and turmeric to support your liver. What about alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) for the liver? Ironically, eating liver is one of the best food sources for ALA. Liver is also one of the best food sources of zinc, which is one of the best nutrients to minimize vaccine reactions. Is Udo Oil similar to Cod Liver Oil? Udo is a plant-based oil, which is going to help inflammation. However, cod liver oil is unique because your brain is made of the same type of fat found in cod liver oil, and our brain can easily use this type of fat compared to the ones found in plant-based oils. Any insights on krill oil and chlorella? Also NAC for liver detox? NAC is what they use in a lot of emergency room settings for liver failure from acetaminophen toxicity from things like Tylenol. So if your liver is overburdened and you get sudden liver damage, NAC boosts a defense mechanism that protects your liver. However, milk thistle, turmeric, and cruciferous vegetables boost that same defense mechanism and many other antioxidants. If the krill oil is high-quality, it will still have the same benefits as other fish oils like protecting the brain and reducing inflammation. Chlorella is a great detoxification support for the body. 5. Herbs and supplements to have in your body if you get a vaccine: Turmeric Turmeric supports liver detox and helps your body regulate inflammation. Because vaccines by design are meant to cause an inflammatory reaction, it's important to regulate inflammation. Too much inflammation in the body can set the stage for autoimmune diseases, especially if you already have chronic inflammation. So using turmeric is a great remedy for inflammatory responses. Vitamin D According to experts, vitamin D is a large factor in determining if you'll have an overreaction to a vaccine. This vitamin is great because it's inexpensive, simple, and easy to test for. If you're going to get vaccinated, check your vitamin D levels with a blood test first. The data shows that 80% of the people who passed away from COVID were deficient in vitamin D. Cod Liver Oil Cod Liver Oil is the original vitamin D supplement. This powerful oil contains both vitamin A and D, and it is also a wonderful source of omega-3 fish oil. Anything you can do for inflammation management before you get a vaccine is helpful. Before you take a vaccine, fish oil is another nutrient you should be rich in because it reduces inflammation. While other omega-3 supplements are still beneficial, cod liver oil has the immune support there naturally. 6. This week on the Health Made Simple Show, we're talking about pain. Learn what your pain means and how to manage chronic or acute injuries in the body. In this episode, Dr. Bart and Karen highlight how fear impacts our experience of pain and the direct way your gut health can help alleviate inflammation. We explore common types of pain like arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica, pulled muscles, and headaches. The good news is that you do not have to live in pain! Dr. Bart teaches simple health strategies to heal your pain and live a more vibrant life, where you're able to be the best version of yourself. We aren't ourselves when we're in pain Pain affects everyone, and it makes us all different humans. When we're in pain, we're focusing on the pain, and we aren't able to show up as the sons, daughters, parents, or boss that we are. 1. Two Types of Pain The two types of pain are chronic and acute. 1. Chronic pain can be distinguished as a pain you've had for a long period. If you wake up in pain frequently from an old injury or surgery, you have chronic pain. Arthritis and fibromyalgia are common types of chronic pain. 2. Acute pain is pain from an injury that happened recently. For example, if you fell off a bike and broke your arm, the pain you feel from the fracture is acute. If you know exactly what happened to cause the pain and the pain eventually stops, it's most likely acute pain. After you heal the injury, you no longer have the acute pain. 2. Pain and Fear Most people amplify their physical pain by their fear, worry, and concern. The fear comes from the unknown. When people don't know where their pain came from or how they're going to stop it, fear may begin to set in. Adding the emotional component of fear changes the biochemistry of the human body. You should be cautious when adding the emotional elements of fear, worry, and concern to both chronic and acute pain. 3. Remedies for Chronic Pain If you or someone you know is experiencing chronic pain, use heat. Heating pads and warmers build heat in the body, but you should also use movement. Movement can include stretching, massaging, and physical activities. With chronic pain, anything that produces heat and activates tissues of the painful area will help alleviate your pain. 4. Remedies for Acute Pain When you have an acute injury, use ice and do not move it. Many people's first instinct when they have acute pain, like pulling a muscle, is to start moving. The fear, worry, and concern about your pain may lead you to think you need to start massaging the affected area. However, adding heat and movement to acute pain is like adding fuel to the fire. So with acute pain, it's best to follow the acronym RICE: rest, ice, compress, and elevate. 5. Pain as Feedback from the Body Our bodies communicate with us via pain. At first, the pain may be minor, but if we ignore it or keep tinkering with the affected area, our pain will get louder. When you ignore pain or try to numb it, you may experience bigger health issues later on because the body was trying to tell you one thing, and you gave it another. 6. Inflammation Inflammation also comes in chronic and acute categories. With acute inflammation, the affected area immediately swells up. For example, if you just sprained your ankle, your ankle becomes inflamed as a self-casting mechanism two prevent you from moving. Inflammation also sends a signal to your body. If your ankle swells, your body will send it additional nutrients like oxygen and hormones to begin the healing process. Because acute inflammation serves as a self-cast and a signal for more nutrients, it's important to not take anti-inflammatory medicines when you have acute pain. The number one place of chronic inflammation is in the gut. Chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia always involve gut health. This is why it's essential to cleanse your gut and get sugar out of your diet, including simple carbohydrates. Taking care of your gut health does wonders for your chronic pain. “If you clean up your gut, you will reduce 50% of your [chronic] pain, if not more,” Dr. Bart said. 7. Headaches Headaches are caused by inflammation in the brain, and to ease the pain from headaches, you must begin by reducing that inflammation. Brain dehydration is one major cause of headaches. To remedy things, make sure you're drinking enough water and supplement with essential fatty acids, including Cod Liver Oil. Another thing that causes brain inflammation is posture misalignment. If you're at the computer all day, you constantly lean forward, pulling down the muscles in and around your head. This is called a tension headache, and it restricts blood flow out of the brain, causing inflammation. Practice proper alignment to increase the flow of blood to and from the brain. 8. Some questions from the audience: Are there pain receptors in the gut? Yes! If you've ever had acute gut pain, (think food poisoning) that means something entered your body and it's making your way through your digestive tract. Your gut lining is a muscle, and it needs movement to remain healthy. What about heel spur pain? If you have a spur anywhere in the human body, you have poor mechanics. When you have weight in that particular area and it's not balanced in your posture, your body grows more bone. Anything bone-related is food-related, focus on eating healing foods. Also, see a doctor for exercises that focus on proper balance and posture. Why does cleansing help with pain? Cleansing, in a safe way, helps get rid of toxins in your body. The more toxins in your body, the more inflammation you'll experience. So we downregulate toxins through the three pathways, the three phases, of detox. 8. Allison asks @ 00:33:31 She began taking TianChi after hearing about it on the podcast in October of 2012 and took it pretty consistently until about the beginning of January 2013. After coming off it she has experienced unreal hormonal swings, PMS that is amplified, and two full periods this month separated by only a week. She's wondering if something in the adaptogenic herbs may have caused her hormones to go haywire when I stopped taking them. She is currently trying to get pregnant so this weirdness is kind of putting a kink in the works. She's been to an ob/gyn and had a pelvic exam and other tests and found nothing. ~ In my response, I refer to TianChi. Anonymous asks @ 00:39:43 He is 38 years old and races 70.3s and yet he doesn't have the libido he once had. He knows he isn't 19 any more but still… he would like to try some natural remedies. He tried Vit D3 (life extension) and some Cod Liver Oil (nordic naturals) and the Horny Goat Weed extract (NOW). Are those good brands? Is there a more pure form to get Horny Goat Weed? Do you think it even works? ~ In my response I list: 1. Oysters 2. Cold Showers 3. Any nitric oxide, citrulline or arginine blend, or dark chocolate/red wine. 4. Kamagra: www.FasterKam.com www.KamagraFast2.com 5. Heavy Lifting and/or Sprinting + Avoiding Chronic Cardio 6. The right bike seat. 7. Avoid porn. 8. Does it mean that he has more testosterone in his body? Should he be worried about it converting to estrogen? Carlos asks @ 01:08:15 He is experiencing bad allergies this year from pollen. Is wondering if you have any recommendations for natural products or vitamins that will help with allergies. ~ In my response, I mention www.naet.com, Sinus Buster, and this post on asthma that I did with Dr. David Minkoff. Jason asks @ 01:15:23Is using the Little Method of interval training on the treadmill. After he does the interval training he likes to do some sustained cardio training. Is that going to negate the afterburn effect that interval session is giving him?
