John Wall will officiate. Everyone acquainted with Wayne knew that he spent a total of 32 years in prison, 17 of those in federal prison. He was released on Jan 3rd, 2014, and went into The Foundry re-entry program on January 9th, 2014.Two life-transforming events happened to Wayne while at the Foundry. 1. Pastor Mark's discipleship class. Mark explained scripture to Wayne in a way that he had never heard before. 2. Wayne was asked to interview with James Jones for the position of kitchen manager. In this podcast, we interview Dr Mark Attalla from Chelsea Cosmetics Melbourne and learn how Dr Attalla increased his new patient conversion rate from 50% to 90%.Dr Attalla completed his MBBSa from Alexandria University of Egypt in 1987 then completed his general surgery training in a teaching hospital in Egypt.  After completing his Master’s Degree in General Surgery, he made the decision to move to Australia where he received his intensive training in various types of cosmetic surgery procedures guided by the best cosmetic surgeons from Australia and overseas. With over 20 years of experience, he places patient safety and satisfaction as his top priorities. He is a fellow of the Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery and also a member of the International Society of Stem Cells Research at the Australasian Society of Stem cells Research. 

This is the second episode that comes to us thanks to a white chocolate mocha. Earlier in the day of the discussion in this episode a patient of mine had woken up and decided to have a white chocolate mocha prior to coming to the hospital before his surgery. For those of you who have had surgery you know that there is a period of time when you can't eat or drink prior to having anesthesia. Because of his small indulgence we had a delay of two hours and a gap in the day. In our last episode I discussed the robotic partial nephrectomy with our current robotic oncology fellow Dr. Christopher Atalla. In this episode I took the opportunity to recruit Dr. Attalla and one of my partners Dr. Peter Sershon for a discussion about the robotic repair of a Uretero-pelvic Junction Obstruction, which happened to be the problem that we were waiting to fix on the patient who was still digesting his mocha.  I want to apologize for the audio.
