If we push up our energy from our lowest part of our body (sex or root chakra) to our heart/heart chakra, we become blissful! The sex or root chakra is 5 cm above the vagina inside of the body; the heart chakra is between the breast nipples, or on the sternum 5 to 10 centimeters inside of the body. All mystical tradition have done so. Still, the techniques are different. We can even gain the Kundalini through these techniques and with the Kundalini the energy is going always upwards.1.)Shaking method of the whole body ... the pelvis is the pivot point. For instance, the Sufi Dikir: Huh Allah or Sufi breathing. The Chinese created great mantras for this, so you can also heal your body with a combination of different sounds/Chinese Mantras. When we move our pelvis back and forward with the sounds, we create even more energy upward… 6.)Even it looks weird we use this pelvic movement back and forward also in a different area with the same effect. It also works without sex only with deep breathing and sounds (Hu Allah) in the standing position! If you do it correct your body gets a body orgasm. 7.)The Tao Energy pump: We do the Kegel exercise. When breathing in the female contract the vagina and the male pull up the testicles and give some tension to the penis. No pressure on the anus. With the inhale we pull up the energy from the root chakra upward until the crone-chakra (head highest point). We press the tongue on the roof of the mouth and with the exhale we release the tension of the vagina or testicle and push the energy from the crone-chakra downward to the root chakra.Every baby does this when soaking milk. So older we grow so more difficult it gets to make friends.For our well being, most of the people need good friends.Today through our social media we have fewer friends and more virtually friends.The people are more connected to the Internet than to their friends and family. Our new Facebook friends are not real friends. If we try to meet them, to >90% it will not work out. On vacations, it is easier to get friends and when we come home, the new friends stay far away… This will not work for most friendships… Even so on vacation, the people are much different than in their daily life. We need friends where we live and not far away. It is easier to get a romantic love affair because we can connect with our senses and our mind is not in the way….Action Plan:1.) Do it blind… Ask your family/friends if they know somebody in your location which could fit you…. And date that person…2.) Share your hobbies, - my favoriteGo to local events or clubs and meet new people…. 3.) We all know a bunch of people and didn't get personal… Ask personal questions and connect with the people. Look what you have in common and connect.4.) Goal setting: Go to an event/party and connect with not more than 3 people… So more people we try to connect so less our chances to make at least one friend. 5.) Try to connect with a smile and then speak to the unknown person… It works! 6.) Be open to all kinds of people… Don't limit yourself,- even it is a freak you don't like. We have in us a 3 years old child and our superego (6-year-old child). Our 3 years old kid wants to have fun, sex, and Rock n'Roll. Our superego wants to fit perfectly in the society and wants that everybody is taking him seriously. And that superego is our hindrance:1.) to have fun, 2.) to become successful, 3.) to get the things that we want…Get rid of your fears to get humiliated and do the things that will humiliate you…Afterward, you will be so thankful and happy that you have done so. If you do it in the right way you feel that a heavy burden of personality is released. You will celebrate that day. What is freedom?Is the freedom to be free of obligations and responsibilities?Is the freedom to take drugs and do not feel the suffering anymore?Does the society love that we become free?Does our society love to enslave us and to determine our life?Who loves that we become free?Can we have freedom when we have to care about rules?Can we have freedom in a limited space of our life?Who limits our space of freedom?Can we be free even when we are in a prison or a lager?Is freedom only to have a choice or even more?If we are honest then we have to admit that most of our obligations what we should do are not relevant to our life. We have even chosen these obligations and we don't have to do them. If we stick to rules and feel responsible then this is also our choice.If I shoot a photo… I can't demand that I have 24 hours of daylight with the beautiful golden light before sunset or after sunrise. I am obligated to the cycle of the day, the weather to get the right light for my sunset picture.Still, I have the freedom to shoot the image.And so is it with all issues in our life.We all have the freedom to choose at least in one particular area.Even if we are in a lager we can choose our thoughts and feel free. We can choose: How we can make our jobs. 1.)Do what is meaningful for you. Regardless of how much money you earn or have if your life has no meaning, you get lost.When Viktor Frankl was in a KZ of the Nazis, he was challenged…. And then he discovered the “search of meaning” for every human being…. If we don't support our search for meaning and support other people with their search for meaning we make us and the other people worse.Because we all have the drift downward and we need the inspiration to counteract our negative side in us. And Money, Facebook, YouTube will not help us, even make us worse. “When a person can't find a deep sense of meaning, they distract themselves with pleasure.” -Viktor FranklViktor Frankl helped suicide patients to find a meaning or their life. He prevented so more than 20000 suicides. We can find in any suffering some positive aspects to find a deeper meaning in our life. Just look for it, or suffer! 2.)Narrow down what you really want instead to get lost by too many options.Choose by the 80/20% rule (20% of the things bring 80% of the results) what you do. Start small and end up big! 3.) Become yourself, live what you like without harming anybody, regardless of what. Every moment we waste our time instead to go forward, to ask for the things we want. I see, everywhere anxiety to ask. I am an introvert, I have a problem to ask, but I ask in any case. Because I have trained that. And you can train that too!!! 4.) Get out of your comfort zone to rewire your brain. Life can be exciting and when it starts to be boring, challenge yourself.5.)Overcome your materialism.Remember when you visited a new country when you were trekking with your backpack with less money in your pocket. Life was much happier than to gain wealth, success, power, fame… When you have saved some money; think over, the new better Laptop or the car will be after some time meaningless. A great journey or to learn something new or to have a new love affair would be better. Don't get stocked with social values…. 6.) Learn to travel inside with meditation. All the happiness is inside and it is for free. 7.) Become grateful for every circumstance and for everything. Because it can teach you something. So more grateful you are so happier you are…. When Nick (No arms, no legs, and no worries) was near to suicide for his crippled life… His parents said, it is your choice to complain or to be grateful! Today, Nick is rich, has a family and loves to help other people!8.) Give yourself the time to be sad, depressed instead to fight against your negative feelings.Learn to accept every emotion and spend some time with every emotion.So more we fight against our emotions so worse they get.Just feel them and let them go.9.) Have compassion for yourself.Forgive yourself on regular basis. I treat myself like a baby. I give compassion to me when I am sad, consult me when I am angry… Life can be wonderful. “I am also that…”When somebody abuse you; think, “I am also that…” For instance: Somebody is screaming: “You B*tch”, “Cut your b*lls”, “As-wh*le”, “F*ck you…” Sometimes, everybody is an As-wh*le…. Because, sometimes, everybody is messing up, do the wrong thing,… We are not perfect. Our imperfection makes us perfect! It is okay for me when I am sometimes a son of a B*tch. When somebody abuses us, even we don't deserve it, it means that to this moment he thinks that we are bad. So we won't be entirely bad. And if we think we are also bad, everything is perfect!“So what?”If we get angry at somebody because he didn't meet our expectation. Maybe he is not all the time to 100% perfect. Only we are perfect when we are messing up?!So what? With these 2 magical words, we can relax without the need to resolve the problems immediately. So what?We let go of our problems.We release our tension.And we win time to think over…For instance:Our spouse has cheated us.Can we change that? No, because it is already done.So what? Will we die, when our spouse has cheated us? Should we kill our spouse?So what? Relax and let go!“But” One of the worst words in our self-talk is: “BUT”Have you read all of my blocks? I rarely use any “But”. When we have done it well, our mind is looking for mistakes to mess up our good mood.And then this “But” appears. With this “But” we neglect what we have thought or said before.For instance, “my car is fantastic, “but” it uses too much petrol. I have done it well, but I forgot … “Shut up” We are never perfect. We can find always in everything mistakes because they exist. Only God is perfect even we think he messes up very often. I think that too, I am not better than you. Still, I believe in God. If we understand that there must be a reason why we can't focus we don't need to work so hard… For what? To suffer?When we do something without forcing we can find much easier the solution. Because our tension and fears (to get the things done) are in the way to attract the right outcome!First, enjoy your life! We are overloaded with the information on the Internet and the media and we can't process the information. Why we take all the information in when we can't process or memorize them? Our brain tries to sort out the information what is significant and what not. And our brain can't handle so much data that we get every day.Our brain connects easily only with information that is important to our survival.If our brain can associate the info with experience it is much easier to memorize. For instance, you learn about technique and everywhere you look to apply that information… If you find an object and can understand what you have learned, you will easily memorize it. After some time you will become an expert. So I have done it with technique, psychology, philosophy, and religion. And then I had/have my challenges with the Adobe Photoshop. I learned some techniques of the Adobe Photoshop, applied the knowledge and after 3 months of not applying my knowledge I forgot how to use Photoshop. Then I learned again the technique and forgot it again and again. Why? Photoshop is against every logic in my mind and so I can't connect the techniques of Photoshop with my other knowledge. And this is the reason why we can't memorize if we can't connect the new knowledge with our learned knowledge. Because our mind demands that we need to construct in our brain a new neuropathy when we learn something entirely new. Imagine if you go through the Forest without using any trek. If you repeat again to go the same path, after some time there will be a trek. And if you stop using this path the trek will disappear and so our knowledge. Every knowledge we learn, we need to apply and to repeat.When we read a book and can't remember what we have read, we should make notes and try to apply it… If we can connect this information for something useful in our life we easily can memorize it.Information that we don't need skip.Why? Overloading our brain leads to dysfunction. Learn to relax and find time to use more the right side of your brain. The right side of our brain is for feelings, intuition, sex, art, fun… And then learning is much easier. Because both sides of our mind/brain should be used equally. We try to see in everything the good and the bad because everything has two pols. In my worst experience, I have learned the most. 1.) If we have lost somebody, we regret what we didn't have done.2.) We had an accident and we hurt somebody worse…3.) If we have done the wrong thing we regret and crying desperately.The worst is, we can't repair what we have done wrong.1.) When we are engaged in many relationships then we can't serve everybody well. Also, we need time for ourselves, for our family, mission, sport, God, meditation,… We need to prioritize our time for our relationships, otherwise, we will fail. I was quite often confronted with suicide and helped as much as possible even I didn't have a good relationship or any relationship with that person. I was furious that even the closest friends didn't care for that person! After a suicide or death of a loved one, the tragic is huge… Anger, sadness is facing up and the regret will last long. What to do? To hold on our pain and to punish us will help nobody. To feel our pain, sadness, and regrets for a certain time like a week or 2 weeks is the best. Forgive yourself. And then do good, help other people to overcome their calamities and never judge again negative people!!!! Never say or think the best is to get rid of negative people, because it shows how less compassion you have. Become a better person, through that you will profit from your loss. 2.) We had that accident. Even I try my best, I never can be always aware of 100% what I do. We can not be our best every moment! This means an accident can't be avoided! When I make a mistake, I say thank you that nothing worse has happened. I try to become better. This helps a lot!When the accident has happened we try to adjust the situation as good as possible. And deal with our feelings described before and look that we help other people!3.) Forgive yourself. You will get your next chance only when you have felt all of your negative feelings about your failing. Learn from that experience, so that you will profit from it. Be thankful that you are still alive and that you will get your next chance. How can we avoid to have regrets?Do your best everywhere and every time, then you never feel much regrets. We all have done many mistakes and I hope we have learned from them.If we would start fresh with our lives what should we do?1.) When we start to work or do anything.- Be humble and work your way up, instead to wait for your great chance. Maybe your great chance will never come … In the meantime, you could get experience, connection in the area where you like to be.2.) Be flexible and adjust to that situation. We have to deal always with bad people, critical situations…. When we complain or want to change our environment for a better situation or better people we can't. We are always at the right place at the right time, to learn the right things.Think this over! The grass is not greener in the neighbor garden. Try to accept the situation and do your best!3.) Adapt to a healthy lifestyle. Health is our greatest asset. I have learned that quite early when I was so ill with 21… Today I am living total healthy and are total fit with 60 years old. Try to compete with me!!!4.) Try to challenge your mind every day. Don't be lazy learn every day. First, it is fun second, it keeps us mentally healthy. When I made my Yacht license with 55, the examiner said, now starts the journey of learning… And she was right.5.) Chose to be happy with the things that you already have. Otherwise, you will be never happy. And be thankful for everything.6.) Learn to save money, instead to be indulged in overspending. Life will be much easier.7.) Learn to serve and please the people. Ego trips will never pay out! Try to entertain all kind of people. If you do so your life will be much easier!8.) We all fail. So more we fail so better we get. Don't give up. A failure is a person who gives up and is afraid of failing. Learn to fail without to punish yourself or other people. Learn to enjoy your failing, Life will be wonderful. 9.) Try to improve your habits every day and learn good habits. And make this your whole life… If you do the wrong, then just adjust to the right. We can not be right all the time! There exist no magic number of repetition of a new habit or how long we need to build up a new habit. The University of London published that we need between 18 and 254 days or in average 76 days to change or form a habit.It is much easier to change a habit than to break a habit. We should understand the process between to form a new habit and to get rid of an old habit. It is easier to start doing something new than to stop doing something without any replacement. For instance, if we want to stop smoking. We should replace the smoking with something better. We are addicted to that nicotine and to that ritual of smoking. Be well prepared but don't stick to your script. Look after the needs of the auditorium and change your speech accordingly.4.) Instead of making assumptions, what the people think and need… Ask … If we learn to listen instead to assume that we know everything we are in a much better place. 5.) Instead to be perfect be human and admit your mistakes. We build up trust much easier if we show how vulnerable we are and when we admit that we have done it wrong. 6.) America first? We all like to become fit and healthy and most of the people start wrong with their fitness training. Many people hate their body in the fitness area and want to become super strong or beautiful…At first, we have to change our attitude: 1.) To love ourselves as we are.2.) To enjoy our life.3.) To enjoy our fitness program. 4.) To do our fitness for our health and longevity, and not for something else.5.) To have patience with our progress. 6.) To understand our whole life as a journey to perfect health and not to aim for a short good outcome.7.) To forgive ourselves for our sins when we can't stick to our diet or do our exercise. 8.) To chose what fits for ourselves and not to follow blindly any recommendation that should have the greatest impact and doesn't fit us. 9.) To change our approach to our health and fitness if we can't get the results. We need at least to make a cardiovascular training that keeps our heart young and strong. Endurance training is not enough! That I learned very late when I got a heart arrest… Through my endurance training my pulse rate sank dramatically and in the morning my pulse was at 50 to 55 and then I got through a shock in the morning a cardio arrest. And now, when I go up in the morning I make a short time - high-performance training similar to the recommend German Trim-Dich exercise… ( you run for 1 to 2 minutes very fast, stop for 5 minutes- just walk and do this again and again). We can make also Resistance training (weight lifting, muscle training…) with high peaks performance as our cardiovascular training.Should we eat protein powder or some other supplements to get better results?Don't do so these supplements harm more than do good. Eat a healthy and nutritious diet with fruits and salad. Please omit all acid food like meat, oil, sugar… What I have learned now from the people with the highest age like the 256-year-old Li Ching Yuen that without herbs for longevity we can't become so old. For sure Li Ching Yuen practiced also Qigong and meditation and learned Kung Fu. And we accept our dramas and see them as an exciting adventure. We don't escape from conflicts because if we do so we increase our fears. It is scientifically proved that 80 % of our thoughts are fear driven. We should conquer our fears instead of to supporting our fears when we escape!!!If we don't have peace in the mind we accept that as a part of our lives and face the situation. If you are independent and love yourself, the world will give you the praise even without demanding.Why we take drugs or overeat?Addiction is always a sign that we have suppressed negative emotions, traumas inside of us. With the help of the drugs, we keep suppressing our feelings and traumas. Face them!!! Then you don't need drugs anymore. For all of our worldly desires helps a spiritual practice to become inside happy and fulfilled. The spiritual path is created as a remedy for worldly desires. Still, it can't take away all of our wishes. Our guest today, Will Bulsiewicz, also known as Dr. B, is a gastroenterologist who is also the author of the books Fiber Fueled and The Fiber Fueled Cookbook.
